COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR THE AUTOMATED ANALYSIS OR USE OF DATA
A computer implemented method for the automated analysis or use of data is implemented by a voice assistant. The method comprises the steps of: (a) storing in a memory a structured, machine-readable representation of data that conforms to a machine-readable language (machine representation); the machine representation including representations of user speech or text input to a human/machine interface; and (b) automatically processing the machine representations to analyse the user speech or text input.
REAL-TIME MONITORING OF ADS INSERTED IN REAL-TIME INTO A WEB PAGE
There is provided a method for monitoring of web browser media object(s) received in response to a web browser request rendering a web page, comprising: loading ad-monitoring code with the web page that includes at least one designation for placement of at least one web browser media object received in response to a web browser request by the web browser; monitoring, using the ad-monitoring code, at least one of actions and events driven by the at least one web browser media object; identifying a deviation from a set-of-rules according to an analysis of the monitored at least one of actions and events, wherein the set-of-rules define at least one of allowable and prohibited actions and events of the at least one web browser media object; and at least one of filtering and outputting an indication of the at least one web browser media object identified as deviating from the set-of-rules.
SOCIAL NETWORK BASED ON GPS AND OTHER NETWORK CONNECTIONS
A method for interactively providing information to a user over a network, including: transmitting a stream of data from a server to a first user device through the network and displaying the stream of data on the first user device; receiving a first location information of the first user device through a first beacon signal from a first beacon installed on the first user device and including the first user location information in the stream of data sent to the first user device; receiving a preference information of a first user from the first user device over the network; and sending a stream of data related to the preference information of the first user to the first user device based on the first user location information of the first user device.
Computing system supporting online purchases
An online system uses, in various embodiments of the invention, credit report information, loan affordability screening and credit approval and management functionality to facilitate the purchase and finance of products online. The online system may include both sellers of products and lenders that offer financing to buyers seeking to purchase the products. The system may automatically obtain a buyer's credit report information and use that information to determine if the buyer is pre-approved, for example, to obtain financing for a particular product or products. The system also enables use of buyer credit information to identify only those of a seller's products for which the buyer is pre-approved, for example, to finance using one or more loans. The system then enables selection of an identified product or products for purchase, and selection of a loan, for example, for financing of the selected product or products. Credit approval (or pre-approval) may be performed automatically, and along with credit processing, may be performed completely online.
Graph-based music recommendation and dynamic media work micro-licensing systems and methods
Provided herein are systems and methods for generating a set of recommended media works based on an identified seed media work. The seed media work is used to identify a set of co-occurring media works, which are defined as media works that have been intentionally interacted with within a predetermined time window as the seed media work by a single user. After the co-occurrence set is created, it is ranked and filtered. Media works identified in the co-occurrence set may then be selected based on their ranking.
Systems and methods for saving advertisements
Methods, machine-readable media, apparatuses and systems are provided to save electronic advertisements selected by a user. An electronic advertisement displayed with a first application of a mobile device of the user is received after selection of a save option associated with the electronic advertisement. The electronic advertisement is saved. The electronic advertisement is provided to the mobile device after receipt of a command from a second application of the mobile device. The electronic advertisements may include any type of incentive or offer, including coupons.
Messaging system for providing multi-zone messages
Systems and methods are provided for receiving input for a message, including a comment from a user, in a first zone of a message area of a graphical user interface of a first interface, the graphical user interface comprising the message area comprising the first zone to allow the user to enter a comment and a second zone to allow the user to insert item details by accessing an item list generated from a database. The systems and method further providing for detecting input in the comment from the user indicating a request for an item list associated with the input, accessing the database to generate the item list based on the input entered by the user wherein the item list is displayed to the user, detecting a selected item in the item list displayed to the user, generating item details associated with the selected item wherein the item details are inserted in the second zone of the message area of the graphical user interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENHANCED SEARCH, CONTENT, AND ADVERTISEMENT DELIVERY
A search engine system generally includes a user interface in a computing environment configured to receive at least a first fragment from a user and a content display module configured to automatically generate an anticipated search result in the computing environment based on at least the first fragment. The content display module is configured to automatically display search results that include an arrangement of a plurality of visual content elements based on the anticipated search result. The content display module is configured to direct the user to content at one of a network and a local destination associated with one of the visual content elements selectable by the user with the user interface.
METHOD, APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR SELECTING AN IMAGE ASSOCIATED WITH A PROMOTION
Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods, apparatuses, systems and computer program products that are configured to select an image associated with a promotion for presentation to a consumer. In an embodiment of the method includes associating a promotion with at least one set of images of a plurality of images, receiving at least one user selection indication, updating a user record based on the at least one user selection indication, selecting, using a processor, at least one image from the at least one set of images for presentation in association with the promotion based at least in part on the user record, and causing a transmission of the selected at least one image in association with the promotion.
Real-Time Patron-Activity Information System
An activity-information system is provided. The system comprises an activity-information server and a plurality of activity-information devices. Activity-information devices may be proprietor devices (e.g., for bar owners/staff), affiliate devices (e.g., for club promoters or taxi drivers), or end-user devices (e.g., for patrons). The activity-information devices provide activity information (such as, a user's location or presence at a venue or within a district) to the activity-information server, which stores the activity information in an activity-information repository. The activity-information server then determines activity levels for venues and districts, which may be transmitted to devices. The activity-information device then may display activity level in an activity-information interface. The activity-information interface may comprise a map with highlighting and icons indicative of activity levels for districts and venues, respectively. In addition, activity-information interface may comprise a display area for display marketing information (such as promotions and coupons) related to venues.
