METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR ADAPTIVE ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION
The invention relates to means for advertising and informing. The technical result is to expand the functional capabilities of a method and a system for advertising and informing, to raise the effectiveness of same and to expand the existing range of advertising methods. A method of adaptive advertising and informing consists in arranging a peripheral processor in a bag/backpack, equipping the bag/backpack with a video camera and a screen/display which are connected to the peripheral processor and are aimed outward so that an image of people entering the field of view of the video camera can be read with the aid of said video camera, and allowing the visualisation of photo and/or video material on the screen/display according to display criteria set by the user, the continuous monitoring for compliance with said display criteria, the termination of display if one or all of the display criteria are not met, and the generation of a post-display report to allow subsequent processing and analysis of the corresponding data.
INFORMATIVE APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus, system, and methods for displaying information and advertisements in public or private venues including a body portion adapted to a seat structure or other seat supported apparatus, either as a base unit or a retrofit apparatus, wherein the seat structure or seating apparatus may provide the structure and housing for electronics necessary to power and control an electronic display that may be disposed on an adjustable modular bracket system that may be attached to a seat, a seat back, a cupholder, a cupholder attachment apparatus, a portable or mobile device attachment apparatus, which may be accessible, visible, and/or useable by a patron at a public venue.
Client caching identification tracking
Embodiments are directed towards employing multiple profiles to track identification of users across multiple domains. Multiple application-domain profiles and multiple web-domain profiles may each include a statistical identifier. A profile enrichment store may be generated from the application-domain profiles and web-domain profiles, where each entry in the profile enrichment store may be based on statistical identifiers. The profile enrichment store may be utilized to determine categories associated with a statistical identifier for a request from a client device. A targeted advertisement may be determined based on the determined category and may be provided to the client device. A client caching identifier may be used in a mobile web domain, in combination with the statistical identifier, to track mobile web users. If a request is associated with a profile that includes an affirmative opt-out flag, categories in the profile enrichment store for a corresponding statistical identifier may be cleaned up.
Methods and Systems for Generating Animated Images for Presentation by a Dynamic Keyboard Interface
The present disclosure is directed to generating animated images for presentation by a dynamic keyboard interface. In particular, the methods and systems of the present disclosure can: receive data describing advertisement content, and data describing a first context in which to present the advertisement content; generate data describing a first animated image including at least a portion of the advertisement content; determine a second context in which to present the advertisement content; generate data describing a second animated image including at least a portion of the advertisement content; and communicate, to one or more user devices on which one or more applications are executed, data indicating a plurality of different animated images for presentation by a dynamic keyboard interface in association with the one or more applications, the plurality of different animated images comprising the first animated image and the second animated image.
Method and system for using Wi-Fi location data for location based rewards
Providing a purchase incentive to a mobile device based for example the user's location, predicted route of travel, and prior transactions. A tracking server computer determines a number of locations of a mobile device as it travels along a route and an associated timeframe when it is at each of the locations. The tracking server computer records the locations and associated timeframes in a location log and analyzes the location log to predict a subsequent location and associated timeframe that the mobile device will be at that location. The tracking server computer then determines a merchant proximate to the predicted subsequent location of the mobile device and generates a purchase incentive for use at the merchant and delivers the purchase incentive to the mobile device. In the alternative, the incentive may be generated by a merchant computer or the mobile device.
Method and system for providing offers for automated retail machines via mobile devices
A mobile device with a display, processor(s), and memory: identifies a retail machine configured for wireless communications based on broadcasted information transmitted by the retail machine and including an identifier corresponding to the retail machine; transmits the identifier to a server and receives from the server an electronic communication including a promotional offer for products or services offered by the retail machine; displays the promotional offer; detects selection of a promotional offer; receives a notification from the retail machine that a product or service was provided by the retail machine for a user of the mobile device; transmits confirmation information associated with the notification to the server, receives promotion validation information from the server indicating validation of the promotional offer; and based on the promotion validation information, displays information confirming application of the promotional offer.
TECHNIQUES FOR REAL-TIME OBJECT CREATION IN EXTENDED REALITY ENVIRONMENTS
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying user preferences for an XR application executing at an XR user system, wherein the user preferences are associated with an XR application user, accessing a historical profile associated with the XR application user, receiving local environment information from a sensor array of the XR user system, selecting an XR object for presentation on an XR display of the XR user system based on the local environment information, the user preferences, and the historical profile, and allocating compute resources to facilitate a rendering of the XR object, wherein the allocated compute resources are selected from a compute resource pool comprising local compute resources of the XR user system and edge compute resources of a network. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Method and system for mobile device users to engage in multiple promotional campaigns by single registration
A device for engaging users in an advertisement and promotions campaign and a method and system for mobile device users to engage in multiple promotional campaigns by a single registration.
Determining targeting information based on a predictive targeting model
A targeting system based on a predictive targeting model based on observed behavioral data including visit data, user profile and/or survey data, and geographic features associated with a geographic region. The predictive targeting model analyzes the observed behavioral data and the geographic features data to predict conversion rates for every cell in a square grid of predefined size on the geographic region. The conversion rate of a cell indicates a likelihood that any random user in that cell will perform a targeted behavior.
System and method for mobile media distribution
A system and method are provided for location-targeting the provision of media distributed by a mobile platform. The method provides a mobile platform with an attached media projection subsystem, and an identifier associated with the media projection subsystem. The media projection subsystem is selectively enabled, the geographic location of the mobile platform is determined, and the identifier and the enablement of the media projection system are verified. Verification information, including the mobile platform (media projection subsystem) location, identifier, and enablement of the media projection subsystem is communicated to a server and stored in a non-transitory memory. A targeting application may direct the system to a target location in cooperation with analyzing the verification information, weighted for factors such as proximate vehicular traffic, line of sight, proximate pedestrian traffic, proximity to cultural events, proximity to cultural facilities, the time of day, and the length of time the media is being projected.
