MOBILE DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR MULTI-STEP ACTIVITIES
An multistep guided system for mobile devices that facilitates the creation and dissemination of multistep guided activities from a source computer/device to a plurality of other recipient mobile devices, wherein the multistep guided activities is disseminated to the recipient mobile devices in a form that is compatible with the capabilities of the respective recipient mobile devices. The audio guided system comprises the source computer/device, the plurality of other recipient mobile devices and a server.
COMMERCIALS ON MOBILE DEVICES
Among other things, videos and commercials are downloaded to a mobile device for storage on the mobile device and later playout on the mobile device. The downloading includes downloading of metadata associated with the commercials and based on which the mobile device can select commercials for insertion into videos being played back to the user of the mobile device. The commercials to be downloaded are selected based on one or a combination of any two or more of the location of the user, the type of mobile device, and personally-identifiable information about a user of the mobile device.
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD
The present disclosure describes a communication system that includes communication circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to collect a piece of user information of a user via the communication circuitry, analyze the collected piece of user information to obtain a user preference of the user, and identify a piece of advertisement as targeting the user according to the user preference. The processing circuitry is further configured to generate a guidance message based on reason of promotion information stored in association with the piece of advertisement, transmit the guidance message to a client terminal of the user, and transmit the piece of advertisement to the client terminal. The guidance message and the piece of advertisement are to be output as vocalized speeches of a voice agent of the client terminal.
Content collection navigation queue
Systems and methods for communicating and displaying collections of images according to a user-selected queue are described. In some example embodiments, a system aggregates content items organized into collections for display to a user on a device. The system receives a selection from the user of a desired order of collection display, based on the user selecting queue request elements associated with the content collections. In response to receiving a playlist request from the user, the system causes display of the content collections in the order selected by the user. In some example embodiments, the system automatically queues one or more pieces of autoforward content to automatically play after the completion of the queued content.
Method and system for reducing durations of sessions
Methods and devices for reducing durations of sessions (e.g., voice call sessions, chat sessions, etc.) include a mobile device that is configured to receive an instruction message from a customer service center associated with an enterprise, and in response, determine whether the mobile device user has engaged the customer service center associated with the enterprise within a proceeding duration. The mobile device may select a media element based on the received instruction message in response to determining that the mobile device user has engaged the customer service center associated with the enterprise within the proceeding duration. The mobile device may render the selected media element on a screen of the mobile device until the mobile device user interacts with the mobile device or the rendered media element.
REAL-TIME IDENTITY ENRICHMENT AND DEFINITION WITH DIGITAL SMART SCREEN
Systems and methods include acquiring data using multiple sensors in conjunction with a Digital Media Smart Screen, combining the sensor data in real time with data from big-data aggregators, resulting in real-time enriched analytics for highly-granular advertising decisions on the Digital Media Smart Screen, effectiveness measurement of those advertisements, targeting advertisements to individuals within viewing distance of the Digital Media Smart Screen, and re-targeting those individuals later with the same Digital Media Smart Screen or other displays in the same advertising ecosystem.
ADAPTIVE SCHEDULING OF ELECTRONIC MESSAGING BASED ON PREDICTIVE CONSUMPTION OF THE SAMPLING OF ITEMS VIA A NETWORKED COMPUTING PLATFORM
Various techniques for predictive replenishment of a sample of an item in accordance with an automatically adaptive schedule is described, including receiving at an adaptive distribution platform multiple requests for one or more items to be replenished by the adaptive distribution platform, analyzing each of the requests to identify an electronic request message associated with each of the requests and the items, identifying in the electronic request message an item characteristic associated with at least one item of the items to be replenished by the adaptive distribution platform, linking the item characteristic to a profile, and generating a control signal to a merchant computing system, the control signal including control data associated with replenishing the item and profile data.
Cross-device geolocation sensing to geotarget offers
Provided is a process of distributing offers to non-location-sensing devices based on a geolocation sensed by another device, the process comprising: obtaining a geolocation of a user from a mobile device of the user; associating the geolocation of the user with an identifier of the user in an offers engine; receiving a request for an offer from another computing device of the user, the request including or prompting obtaining data from the other computing device sufficient to identify the user; retrieving the geolocation of the user obtained from the mobile device by identifying the user with the data from the other computing device sufficient to identify the user account; selecting, with the offers engine, a responsive offer based on the geolocation of the user obtained from the mobile device; and sending the responsive offer to the other computing device of the user.
Dynamic content item creation
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing a customized content item. A method includes: receiving a content request; identifying one or more user device attributes and/or a context of the request; identifying a content item having distribution parameters matching the context and/or user device attributes and including one or more variables that are resolved based on the context or the one or more user device attributes; selecting, as modifying data, a subset of feed data to which the one or more variables for the content item will be resolved, including: identifying the feed data, evaluating the feed data to locate the subset; and selecting the modifying data; and modifying the content item, at least in part, by including, in place of the one or more variables, the selected modifying data; and providing the modified content item in response to the request.
Extending mobile applications to the lock screen of a mobile device
Methods, configured mobile devices, and computer-readable media for displaying content on mobile devices are disclosed. An exemplary method for displaying content on a mobile device includes steps for receiving a first content request provided by a native app executing on one or more processors of a mobile device; computing a priority of the native app to display app content on a lock screen of the mobile device; and in the event that the native app has higher priority than other requesting apps to display app content on the lock screen of the mobile device, transmitting a second content request to a content server; receiving app content from the content server in response to the second content request; and displaying the app content on the lock screen of the mobile device. In an alternative method, in the event that the native app has higher priority than other requesting apps to display app content on the lock screen of the mobile device, a method comprises obtaining app content from the native app; and displaying the app content on the lock screen of the mobile device.
