Systems and methods are disclosed herein for distributing online ads based on an automatically detected social media trend. The systems and methods involve detecting a social media trend based on a spike in user engagement with social media distributed via the Internet. The spike is detected based on amount of social media postings or interactions relating to a topic occurring within a time frame. The systems and methods associate a keyword with the social media trend by automatically analyzing content of the social media relating to the topic during the time frame of the spike and identify content for online ads to be distributed based on the keyword associated with the spike.

Systems and methods are for identifying online advertisements to display to a user based on historical user data collected across the user's use of a plurality of Internet devices. The demographic or browsing history information is synchronized based on the unique identifier being stored on the user's first device and the user's second device.

Techniques described herein are directed to interactive elements displayed in multimedia content. In an example, it is determined that multimedia content displays an item offered for sale by a merchant. Based on so determining, an interactive element is rendered that displays a representation of the item offered for sale by the merchant in place of a portion of the multimedia content. When an interaction by a user with the interactive element is detected, a graphical user interface is displayed that is configured to allow the user to purchase the item.

An example method includes receiving visual data including a visible portion of a source face, determining, based on the visible portion of the source face, a first portion of source face parameters associated with a parametric face model, where the first portion corresponds to the visible portion, predicting, based partially on the visible portion of the source face, a second portion of the source face parameters, where the second portion corresponds to the rest of the source face, receiving a target video that includes a target face, determining, based on the target video, target face parameters associated with the parametric face model and corresponding to the target face, and synthesizing, using the parametric face model, based on the source face parameters and the target face parameters, an output face that includes the source face imitating a facial expression of the target face.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DISPLAYED CONTENT ON A DIGITAL SIGNAGE
A content management and delivery system for providing targeted content to a user. The system includes a kiosk and sensors for determining whether a user is proximate or within the kiosk and for sensing a user's visually perceptible features.
A storage device stores general content, received primarily from local broadcasters. An experience recommendation engine (AI/ML based) recommends targeted content to a user. The targeted content is selected from the general content based on the emotional state of a current user, as that state is predicted based on the visually perceptible features, and based on a predicted future user behavior or a future user emotional state after exposure to the targeted content. A device at the kiosk presents the targeted content to the user.
