A system and method for dynamic cluster personalization is provided. A method of dynamic cluster personalization comprises acquiring information from a user, creating a usage log based on the acquired user information including language information and generating user features based on the usage log. The method further comprises determining a clustering feature from the user features, creating a user cluster based on the clustering feature, determining a personalization feature within the user cluster from the user features, generating a personalization for the user cluster based on the personalization feature and applying the personalization to the users in the user cluster.

In one aspect, a method includes generating and providing, to a client device, an interactive interface that includes a session replay area that presents playback of user interfaces presented during a user session. A detection is made, based on interaction data received from the client device, of user interaction with an interface control for viewing engagement heatmaps. In response to detecting the user interaction with the interface control, playback is paused. The interactive interface is updated to present, for each of two or more user interface elements presented by the given user interface, an engagement heatmap visualization that visually represents a relative quantity of user interactions with the user interface element when the user interface element was presented by the given interface.

Vehicle data including information on traveling of a plurality of vehicles driven by a plurality of drivers are acquired from a plurality of in-vehicle devices. Based on the acquired vehicle data, a property relative to traveling of a specific driver of the plurality of drivers is analyzed to generate analysis result data. Illness states are reported to create disparate data sets associated with illness reports. The illness reports are verified by comparing and correlating information in the data sets. The method and system including receiving delivered content on a mobile device, initiating playback of the delivered content, pausing playback of the content being delivered to the mobile device in response to an action and resuming delivery of the content upon a request.

The method includes obtaining input data, and converting a data structure of the input data into a uniform sample structure; determining a feature group identifier and a feature extraction function that correspond to the AI recommendation model; extracting a feature group identifier, a feature identifier and a feature value of the input data from the converted input data according to the feature extraction function; and constructing a sample of the AI recommendation model according to the feature group identifier, the feature identifier and the feature value of the input data.

A customer relationship management system wirelessly detects presence and identity of a customer when the customer enters a business establishment. The system captures a visit pattern of the customer based on communication from the wireless device. A relevant marketing message for the customer is determined based on the customer's presence, visit pattern, identity, and location. The marketing message is delivered directly to a wireless device carried to the customer upon a subsequent entry of the customer to the business establishment. Responses of the customer (e.g., purchasing patterns, etc.) are stored for subsequent use in presenting relevant offers.
