A system and method for dynamic cluster personalization is provided. A method of dynamic cluster personalization comprises acquiring information from a user, creating a usage log based on the acquired user information including language information and generating user features based on the usage log. The method further comprises determining a clustering feature from the user features, creating a user cluster based on the clustering feature, determining a personalization feature within the user cluster from the user features, generating a personalization for the user cluster based on the personalization feature and applying the personalization to the users in the user cluster.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating and presenting engagement heatmaps. In one aspect, a method includes generating and providing, to a client device, an interactive interface that includes a session replay area that presents playback of user interfaces presented during a user session. A detection is made, based on interaction data received from the client device, of user interaction with an interface control for viewing engagement heatmaps. In response to detecting the user interaction with the interface control, playback is paused. The interactive interface is updated to present, for each of two or more user interface elements presented by the given user interface, an engagement heatmap visualization that visually represents a relative quantity of user interactions with the user interface element when the user interface element was presented by the given interface.

The system and method described herein may use various natural language models to deliver targeted advertisements and/or provide natural language processing based on advertisements. The natural language utterance may be interpreted based on the advertisement and, responsive to the existence of a pronoun in the natural language utterance, a determination of whether the pronoun refers to one or more of the product or service or a provider of the product or service may be effectuated.

A method includes: for each of a plurality of content items in an inventory of content items: identifying an entity associated with the content item and a plurality of page types for a vertical associated with a product or service described in the content item; locating a plurality of informational pages associated with the entity; classifying each informational page based on the page types; identifying queries associated with the entity, wherein a query is used as a selection criteria for delivering one or more content items associated with the entity; for each informational page of the plurality of informational pages determining relevant queries from the identified queries; and storing in a data structure an association between the content item, data associated with the relevant queries and associated informational pages.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VERIFIED REPORTING OF ILLNESS STATES USING DISPARATE DATASETS
Illness states are reported to create disparate data sets associated with illness reports. The illness reports are verified by comparing and correlating information in the data sets. Illness reports are indicated by location-specific markers displayed on a map of a particular geographical region of interest by a computing device having a display screen. Illness reports having associated data in both data sets are considered to be verified, and thus to have a higher level of relevance as more reliable, more persuasive, more severe, and/or more accurate. Verification indicators are displayed on the display screen in association with each marker for which the associated illness report has been verified. Accordingly, reported illnesses are displayed on a geographically-relevant basis in differentiated fashion to provide a visual indication of verified and unverified reported illnesses.

In embodiments, the present invention provides a method and system for managing playback of content delivered to a mobile device with a pause and resume functionality. The method and system including receiving delivered content on a mobile device, initiating playback of the delivered content, pausing playback of the content being delivered to the mobile device in response to an action and resuming delivery of the content upon a request.

A customer relationship management system wirelessly detects presence and identity of a customer when the customer enters a business establishment. The system captures a visit pattern of the customer based on communication from the wireless device. A relevant marketing message for the customer is determined based on the customer's presence, visit pattern, identity, and location. The marketing message is delivered directly to a wireless device carried to the customer upon a subsequent entry of the customer to the business establishment.
