Controlling interactivity for gaming and social-communication applications
A wagering game system and its operations are described herein. In embodiments, the operations can include detecting a trigger in a wagering game associated with a first application. In some instances, the operations can further include causing a portion of wagering game content for the wagering game to become selectable. Further, in some examples, the operations can include selecting the portion of the wagering game content in response to one or more user inputs received via one or more input devices associated with a wagering game machine. The operations can further include transferring an element representing the selected portion from the wagering game to a second application different from the first application.
BETTING SYSTEM
A pool betting system is disclosed, which allows betting to take place before an event, as in a traditional pool, and also provides for a secondary market in bets during the event. For example, players may bet on the highest scoring batsman in a game of cricket. Bets are placed and the pool is closed before play begins, but during the game players can change their position by buying and selling bets from other players. This allows in-play participation without adversely affecting the interests of non-participating players.
Gaming system having exchangeable bonus token accumulation-redemption feature
A gaming terminal is utilized for playing a wagering game. The gaming terminal includes a wager-input device and a display for displaying the wagering game. The wagering game includes a randomly-selected outcome selected from a plurality of outcomes in response to a wager input received via the wager-input device. The plurality of outcomes include at least one outcome that awards standard credits and bonus tokens. A credit output device outputs a value of the standard credits and the bonus tokens in response to achieving the at least one outcome. The bonus tokens are exchangeable for a special event on a second gaming terminal.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION IN WAGER-BASED GAMES
In one embodiment, a system, apparatus, and method for distributing a portion of game information may include a gaming machine configured to play a game of chance and produce game information. A gaming server can be configured to communicate with the gaming machine, may establish a remote gaming session between the gaming machine and a user device, and may distribute the portion of the game information to the user device.
Server system, game system, terminal device, and method of providing information related to game
In the case where a combination instruction to combine a lower-ranked first game card in which a specific ability parameter is specified with a higher-ranked second game card is received, a sever executes determination processing of determining whether the first game card meets a given combination condition and, in the case where it is determined that the first game card meets the combination condition, the sever executes, as combination processing, specific ability addition processing of adding the specific ability parameter specified in the first game card to the second game card.
Centralized mobile wagering and video presentation
Disclosed herein is a system and method for operating a centralized promotional bingo tournament. The promotional bingo tournament is facilitated by a mobile gaming sub-system that communicates with a plurality of authorized mobile devices to provide each authorized mobile device access to participate in a promotional bingo tournament session based upon an association between each authorized mobile device and a ticket granting access to a venue. The system and method also include a video presentation sub-system communicatively coupled to the mobile gaming sub-system and a stationary monitor client. The video presentation sub-system receives bingo tournament results from the mobile gaming sub-system, and generates an integrated broadcast announcement. The integrated broadcast announcement includes the bingo tournament results and commentary about the bingo tournament session. The video presentation sub-system then communicates the integrated broadcast announcement to the stationary monitor client, which displays the integrated broadcast announcement.
COMPUTERIZED METHOD FOR OPERATING A FEATURE IN A GAME AND A SYSTEM THEREOF
A computerized method of facilitating participation in a feature operation executed in a game is provided. The computerized method comprises providing an aggregation platform operatively communicating with at least one remote game server (RGS). The RGS hosts at least one game to be provided to a plurality of players through players' devices. The method further comprises determining, in real time, eligibility of the plurality of players to participate in an operation of a feature shared between the players for a pre-configured event duration, wherein the shared feature operation is executed separately from the game. In response to determining that players are eligible players, facilitating their participation in the execution of the shared feature operation by iteratively selecting one eligible player as possessing a shared feature for a possession iteration having a respective possession duration, and granting an award feature to an eligible player that possesses the shared feature.
Methods, devices, and systems for sending and receiving virtual goods
A method and device for sending and receiving virtual goods are provided. A client device may communicate with a server. The client device may receive a receiving link from the server. The server may generate the receiving link in response to an invocation request received by the server from an invoker device that is different from the recipient client device after a total amount of the virtual goods in an invoker account corresponding to the invoker device is successfully transferred to a server account corresponding to the server. The receiving link may include instructions configured to cause the recipient client device to request a virtual goods package from the server. The client device may detect the link is triggered. The client device may request, from the server, in response to link being triggered, the virtual goods package. The client device may accept, by the recipient client device, the virtual goods package by interacting with the server via the receiving link.
APPARATUS AND METHODS TO INSTANTIATE AND TRANSACT NFTS USING ATOMIC INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT SMART CONTRACTS
Methods, apparatus and techniques are disclosed to atomically instantiate a secure hash locked account record in association with an NFT record (a crypto-asset record) where the account record is stored in a validation layer of a blockchain and the NFT record is stored in an application layer. The secure hash locked protocol prevents a transfer of the NFT record except with a transfer of the account. The secure hash locked protocol uses first and second hashes of first and second pre-images (e.g. hash locks) to lock the account from transfer. Secure hash locked accounts may be transferred for one another using an unlock, setup and atomic swap transaction process to ensure secure transfer. Once minted, the NFT record is static and is configured to store arbitrary data useful to an external application. As an example, NFT assets may comprise digital assets such as in-game features from video games.
EMAILING OR TEXTING AS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MOBILE DEVICE AND EGM
A gaming system compatible with patron-controlled portable electronic devices, such as smart phones or tablet computers, is described. Via E-mailing or texting, a server can mediate communications between a user-controlled device, such as a mobile device, and an EGM. In one embodiment, for a transaction involving interactions with a user-controlled device and an EGM, the server can be configured to create a temporary e-mail or text message address. In particular embodiments, a transaction can involve transferring credits to or from the EGM or transferring game play related information from the EGM to a user specified location.
