An inflatable neck traction device includes a supporting portion and a bearing portion. The height of the top surface of the bearing portion is lower than that of the supporting portion. The supporting portion has a neck support body and two shoulder abutting bodies, and can be provided therein with a first airbag and two second airbags. An inflation device can be connected to the airbags. When a user rests on the device in a supine position, the top surface of the neck support body supports the neck, and the shoulder abutting bodies abut against the shoulders. The inflation device inflates or deflates the airbags to displace the neck support body along a first axis and the shoulder abutting bodies along a second axis to change the force exerted by the neck support body and shoulder abutting bodies on the neck and shoulders to achieve cervical traction effects.

Head and neck compression garment

Compression garments and methods may include a head garment configured to be positioned around both sides of a head of a body from a posterior of the head to an anterior of the head (e.g., wherein the head garment may include a plurality of controllable head pressure applying regions positionable proximate at least cheeks and a posterior of the head) and a neck garment (e.g., coupled to the head garment). The compression garments and methods may also include a torso garment. Such garment portions may include one or more controllable pressure applying regions to move lymph from the head downward.

ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION GARMENT

Compression garments may include mitts and tightening apparatus to don, or put on, such compression garments. The mitts may be configured to receive a user's hand such that the user can move one or more portions of the garments using the mitts. The tightening apparatus may allow a user to selectively tighten or loosen the garments about the user's body portions. Once donned, the compression garments may apply pressure to one or more regions of the user's body such as, e.g., arm regions, shoulder regions, torso regions, and neck regions.

Assist device

An assist device includes: a first harness to be fitted to at least one of a shoulder region and a breast region of a user; a second harness configured to be fitted to one of a leg region and a waist region, of the user; a belt body provided so as to extend to the first harness and to the second harness along a back side of the user; an actuator provided in one of the first harness and the second harness; and a controller performs operation control of the actuator. The actuator winds a part of the belt body and unwinds the part of the belt body. The controller performs the operation control of the actuator based on a posture change of the user.

WEARABLE SUIT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A wearable suit and control method thereof is disclosed herein. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of controlling a wearable suit including a muscular strength assistance unit, at least a portion of which is made of a shape memory alloy material, is provided, the method including: a heating process of heating the muscular strength assistance unit to provide auxiliary force to a user of the wearable suit; and a cooling process of cooling the muscular strength assistance unit to reduce the auxiliary force, wherein the cooling process is a process of cooling the muscular strength assistance unit based on an operating time of the user.

Apparatus

An embodiment apparatus includes a wire unit surrounding a shoulder of a wearer, a clutch unit penetrated by the wire unit and disposed on a route along which the wire unit extends, and a support unit having a first side rotatably connected to the clutch unit and a second side supporting an elbow of the wearer.

A garment with prepositioned, definite sensory stimulating devices attached. The sensory stimulating devices include, but are not limited to, electrical stimulation, audio and physical stimulation such as localized force generation, compression, constriction, vibration, and surround sound. Predetermined and defined actuators allow the wearer to receive tissue, nerve and/or muscle stimulation and/or contraction so that the stimulation is precise as determined by its ability to conform to the scientific methodology of repeatability, reproducibility and reliability; this being due to consistency of actuator positioning in one or multiple locals on the human body. A personal surround sound can also be integrated to the garment to ensure the wearer is always in the optimal position relative to the speakers. These actuators can be force generators within the garment for the wearer to feel impact or apparatus or electrodes included in the garment to locally constrict and increase pressure to the wearer.
