A solid cosmetic composition including at least one lipophilic gelling agent chosen from sucrose polyesters, at least one fatty substance having a melting point between 25° C. and 55° C., at least one oil, at least one colorant. Also, a stick including the solid cosmetic composition, a method for preparing the solid cosmetic composition and a method for making up the skin, mucous membranes or integuments, including the application of the solid cosmetic composition.

Provided are lip-based compositions such as lipsticks, lip balms, and lip glosses that have favorable transparency, haze, temperature stability, hardness, taste, payoff, moisturizing effect, feel, and/or resistance to droop and/or shear. In certain embodiments, the lip-based compositions are for use with a container that exposes a substantial percentage of the surface area of the lip-based composition. Also provided are processes for production of such lip-based compositions.

The present invention relates to a silicone composition comprising the three silicone compounds: stearyl dimethicone, a C30-45 alkyl methicone, and a caprylyl methicone. Said combination provides a unique effect in the treatment of scars, by increasing hydration of stratum corneum and thereby facilitates regulation of fibroblast production and reduction in collagen production, whereby treatment of skin injuries is obtained. Said composition can be applied as a thin transparent silicone film on a desired skin area, does not require any drying time, and has an improved adherence to the patient's skin, thereby improving patient compliance during treatment. Furthermore, said silicone composition can be provided with an SPF of 50 and a relatively high silicone concentration.

The present disclosure provides gel stick compositions. The gel stick compositions comprise i) one or more emollients; ii) one or more emulsifiers; iii) one or more block copolymers; iv) one or more co-gellants; and v) one or more antioxidants. Inclusion of a “co-gellant” to the described gel stick compositions provides several synergistic advantages of the resultant compositions.

The present invention relates to an anti-perspirant (AP) composition that comprises conventional metal based AP actives, natural oil and a selective sulphur containing anti-oxidant that ensures that when such compositions are used on a body part e.g. the axilla there is minimal or no yellow coloured staining of the fabric which is worn by an individual through several use-wash-rinse-dry cycles.

A lip cosmetic has a high transparency without giving unnatural whiteness and exerts a remarkable effect of ultraviolet ray protection over a broad wavelength range including the UVA and UVB regions. The lip cosmetic includes (A) at least 5% by mass of UV absorbers; wherein said (A) UV absorbers comprises (A1) at least one UV absorber selected from a group consisting of octocrylene, dimethicodiethylbenzalmalonate and diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, and (A2) ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate; (B) a high-viscosity oil component in a range of 30% by mass to 70% by mass thereof; (C) a low-viscosity oil component in a range of 20% by mass to 40% by mass thereof, and (D) titanium dioxide and zinc oxide of which a total content is at most 0.5% by mass thereof; and wherein a sun-protection-factor (SPF) of the lip cosmetic is at least 20, and a critical wavelength thereof is at a shortest 370 nm.

The application is directed to personal care products (e.g., deodorants and/or anti-perspirants) with improved delivery of aluminum (Al) active, wherein the personal care product of the disclosure contains low amounts of cyclomethicone, is substantially free of cylcomethicone, or there is no amount of cyclomethicone present. Methods of preparing the personal care composition and uses of the personal care composition are also disclosed.

The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of dermatophytic conditions such as tinea pedis. Such conditions can progress through multiple stages, such as fungal and bacterial stages, making effective treatment results difficult to achieve. The invention relates to a combined therapy effective for treatment of the condition that utilizes daily administration of a balanced combination of antifungals, antiperspirants and drying agents to achieve a beneficial therapeutic effect, irrespective of the stage of the disease upon commencement of the treatment.

The present disclosure provides a free-standing cosmetic stick or a liquid cosmetic. The free-standing cosmetic stick or liquid cosmetic includes a bis-carboxy silicone polymer component, one or more coloring agents, and one or more constituents for rendering the formulation into a solid stick or liquid cosmetic.
