Queue management system
The present invention provides a system that comprises a memory and a queue manager that maintains a virtual queue in the memory for a consumable event, the virtual queue defining a current order of a plurality of agents, and summons one or more agents of the plurality of agents to the consumable event, wherein the queue manager is configured to communicate with a plurality of mobile devices, each mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices associated with an agent of the plurality of agents, wherein the queue manager communicates with each mobile device in order to monitor the associated agent, and wherein the queue manager is configured to dynamically determine when to summon one or more agents of the plurality of agents in the virtual queue to the consumable event based on the monitoring of the plurality of agents.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ENABLING A USER TO BID ON A WORK ASSIGNMENT
A graphical user interface implemented on a computer for enabling a user to bid on a job assignment. The graphical user interface comprises an information display area for displaying a plurality of entries, each entry of the plurality of entries being indicative of a respective job grouping, each job grouping being associated with at least one job on which the user can bid. The graphical user interface further comprising a control component operable by the user at the computer to cause the graphical user interface to display additional information associated with a selected one of the job groupings.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING BUSINESS DEALS
In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for managing business deals. The mechanisms and methods for managing business deals may enable embodiments to provide a dynamic and interactive user-interface including any combination of contacts, accounts, opportunities, allowing users to create tasks, events, leads (e.g., from Data.com), reports, dashboards, instant messenger, external deal spaces, email service (e.g., Outlook), a cloud-based productivity suite for businesses that allows work on any device (e.g., Google apps), mobile access, private messaging, lead management, mass email templates, social media monitoring (e.g., from Radian6), role-based sharing and security, and/or additional storage, for example. In an embodiment, the number of contacts may be unlimited.
PROJECT MODELING USING ITERATIVE VARIABLE DEFECT FORECASTS
Project modeling is conducted using variable defect arrival rate or variable defect rate density parameters. These defect rates may be updated on an iteration by iteration basis and may be used to provide remediation and further project modeling, remediation, and prediction.
ABNORMALITY PROCESSING SYSTEM
An abnormality processing system is provided capable of executing appropriate processing in cases where an abnormality occurs in a worker's living body. A management computer 300, if determining that an abnormality is present in a worker's living body, transmits an abnormality signal to an administrator terminal 100, a work device 200, a worker camera 20 and a surveillance camera 50. When receiving the abnormality signal, the administrator terminal 100 displays an image showing that an abnormality has occurred. When receiving the abnormality signal, the work device 200 stops operation. When receiving the abnormality signal, the worker camera 20 and the surveillance camera 50 transmit to the management computer 300 imaging data containing at least data of images before and after a timing at which the abnormality has occurred in the worker's living body.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING WASTE SERVICES
A system is disclosed for managing waste services. The system may have a locating device configured to generate a signal indicative of a location of a service vehicle, a motion tracking device wearable by an management personnel of the service vehicle, and a controller in communication with the locating and motion tracking devices. The controller may be configured to determine based on the signal a proximity of the service vehicle to a target location at which the waste services are to be performed, and to monitor an activity of the management personnel via the motion tracking device when the proximity of the service vehicle is within a threshold proximity of the target location. The controller may also be configured to automatically flag the target location in memory as having been serviced based on the monitored activity of the management personnel.
METHOD OF COLLABORATIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
A method of collaboratively developing software includes recording a plurality of developers' tasks relating to a collection of software development files via software executing on a computer. The method further includes calculating a proximity score between a plurality of tasks based on the overlap of the developers' activities via software executing on a computer. The method further includes selecting and capturing a group of task properties that along with the proximity score can be used to select a group of task pairings that require coordination. The method further includes notifying the developers assigned to the task pairings selected that they may need to coordinate their development efforts.
Cooking management system with wireless voice engine server
The disclosed technology provides computer-to-wireless-voice integration methods and systems. In some implementations, the methods and systems deliver real-time voice instructions to users of required time-sensitive actions and ensure that such directives are received and a recipient effectively acts on the directives. The systems and methods include receiving a notification of an event from a terminal in a wireless active voice engine (WAVE) system, determining an active voice directive corresponding to the event with a WAVE module, converting the active voice directive into a voice event via a directive converter, and notifying a targeted recipient of the active voice directive corresponding to the event with a communications module. In some implementations, the systems and methods include sending a confirmation event via the receiver to the communications module that the active voice directive was received by the targeted recipient and communicating the active voice directive has been completed.
SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING WORKFLOW AND DETECTING INACTIVE OPERATORS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Provided is an improved apparatus and method for identifying inefficient workers in a workplace. The apparatus receives voice commands from a worker in the workplace and transforms the voice commands into text commands by converting audio signals associated with the voice commands to one or more points in data that are stored in a database. The apparatus further creates a dialogue-stream including the text commands and a time of receipt of each voice command associated with the respective text command. Further, a workflow record may be created from the dialogue-stream and may be used to generate an efficiency metric for the worker. Both the dialogue-stream and workflow record can be used to monitor the efficiency of the worker and implement effective changes to the workflow process.
NETWORK SYSTEM TO DETERMINE A ROUTE BASED ON TIMING DATA
A computer system can estimate preparation times associated with items offered by a plurality of entities to manage a service over a given geographic region. The computer system can receive, from a user device of a user, a request that indicates a user selection of a first set of one or more items to be provided by a first entity and a second set of one or more items to be provided by a second entity. The network system can determine a route of travel for a service provider to navigate in fulfilling the request. The route of navigation can be determined based at least in part on a first set of preparation timing information associated with the first set of one or more items and a second set of preparation timing information associated with the second set of one or more items.
