ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER
An electrostatic latent image developing toner includes a plurality of toner particles each including a composite core and a shell layer covering a surface of the composite core. The composite core is a composite of a toner core and a plurality of organic particles each adhering to a surface of the toner core. The shell layer contains a first resin having a glass transition point of at least 50° C. and no greater than 90° C. The organic particles each contain a releasing agent and a second resin having a glass transition point of at least 90° C. and no greater than 110° C.
Toner
Provided is a toner for which the heat-resistant storability and the low-temperature fixability are able to co-exist at higher levels and for which the temporal stability of the low-temperature fixability is also excellent. The toner has a toner particle that contains a binder resin and a pigment, and this binder resin contains a polyester resin that has a specific structure and specific properties.

A toner having a toner particle that contains a binder resin, a pigment, a pigment dispersant, and a crystalline polyester, wherein the pigment dispersant has a specific pigment adsorption segment and a polymer moiety and a hydrophobic parameter HP1 for the pigment dispersant and a hydrophobic parameter HP2 for the crystalline polyester satisfy the formula −0.28≦(HP1−HP2)≦0.15.
Toner
There is provided a toner including toner base particles and an external additive in which the external additive is prevented from being buried in the base particles. The toner can maintain a high transfer efficiency over an extended period of use. The toner includes: (1) toner base particles containing a cycloolefin copolymer and a polyethylene; or (2) toner base particles whose surfaces contain a resin having an elastic deformation rate of 70% or more and a melting temperature of 125.0° C. or less.
TONER FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESSES AND ELECTROSTATIC PRINTING PROCESSES
Disclosed is a toner including toner particles each including a core portion that contains a binder resin, and a surface layer containing an organosilicon polymer, in which each of the toner particles contains a polyvalent metal element having a resistivity of 2.5×10.sup.−8 Ω.Math.m or more and 10.0×10.sup.−8 Ω.Math.m or less at 20° C., and when the toner particles are subjected to X-ray fluorescence analysis, a net intensity originating from the polyvalent metal element is 0.10 kcps or more and 30.00 kcps or less.
Positive-charging toner
Provided is a positive-charging toner having a toner particle that contains a binder resin, the binder resin contains a polymer A having a first monomer unit derived from a first polymerizable monomer, and a second monomer unit derived from a second polymerizable monomer, the first polymerizable monomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid esters having a C18 to C36 alkyl group, the content of the first monomer unit in the polymer A is 5.0 to 60.0 mol % and the content of the second monomer unit is 20.0 to 95.0 mol %, SP.sub.11 of the first monomer unit and SP.sub.21 of the second monomer unit satisfy 3.00≤(SP.sub.21−SP.sub.11)≤25.00, and the work function of the toner is 5.0 to 5.4 V.
Magnetic toner
A magnetic toner includes toner particles. The toner particles each include a toner mother particle and an external additive attached to a surface of the toner mother particle. The toner mother particles contain a binder resin and a magnetic powder. The external additive includes resin particles as external additive particles. The resin particles have a blocking rate of no greater than 40% by mass. The resin particles have a number average primary particle diameter of at least 40 nm and no greater than 120 nm. A resin constituting the resin particles is a vinyl resin including repeating units represented by general formulas (1) and (2), and a repeating unit derived from a sulfo group-containing vinyl compound. The content of the repeating unit derived from the sulfo group-containing vinyl compound in the vinyl resin is at least 0.1 mol % and no greater than 3.5 mol % ##STR00001##
TONER
Provided is a toner including toner particles, each of which contains a binder resin, a colorant, a releasing agent and a crystalline polyester, wherein in an observation of a cross-section each of the toner particles by transmission electron microscopy, specific toner particles each of which has domains of the crystalline polyester and domains of the releasing agent, are present at a ratio of at least 70% by number of the toner particles in the toner, an arithmetic mean of maximum diameters of the domains of the releasing agent is within prescribed range, and the specific toner particles satisfy prescribed conditions.
TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE
A toner for developing an electrostatic latent image includes: toner base particles containing a hybrid crystalline polyester resin having a crystalline polyester polymerized segment and an amorphous polymerized segment chemically bonded to each other and an amorphous resin; and an external additive including fatty acid metal salt particles, wherein a volume median diameter of the fatty acid metal salt particles is from 3.0 to 5.0 μm.

A toner includes a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin. A ratio of the storage modulus of the toner G′ (T.sub.O) at a temperature T.sub.O to the storage modulus of the toner G′ (T.sub.O+3) at a temperature T.sub.O+3 is greater than or equal to 10, in a case where the temperature T.sub.O is within a range from 50° C. to 65° C.
