Screening assays and methods
Screening assays and methods of performing such assays are provided. In certain examples, the assays and methods may be designed to determine whether or not two or more species can associate with each other. In some examples, the assays and methods may be used to determine if a known antigen binds to an unknown monoclonal antibody.

IDENTIFYING HUMAN B CELLS EXPRESSING ANTI‐ALLERGEN ANTIBODIES
In one aspect, methods of generating human monoclonal antibodies that specifically binds to an allergen are provided. In some embodiments, the monoclonal antibodies are generated from sequences identified from isolated single B cells from a human subject who is allergic to the allergen.
ALLERGEN-SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES
In one aspect, methods of generating human monoclonal antibodies that specifically binds to an allergen are provided. In some embodiments, the monoclonal antibodies are generated from sequences identified from isolated single B cells from a human subject who is allergic to the allergen.
Method for determining the cell mediated immune competence of a subject
The invention relates to a method for determining the cell mediated immune competence of a subject. The method comprises conducting a cell-mediated immunoassay (CMI) on a sample comprising immune cells from a subject. The method further comprises detecting in vitro an immune response to a pool of peptides, wherein the pool of peptides is derived from at least three viral antigens.
METHODS OF DETECTING SIGNATURES OF DISEASE OR CONDITIONS IN BODILY FLUIDS
Methods and compositions for diagnosing the presence of a cancer cell in an individual are provided. Methods and compositions for identifying a tumor-specific signature in an individual having cancer are also provided. Methods and compositions for diagnosing the presence of an infectious agent in an individual and/or for identifying an infectious agent-specific signature in an infected individual are provided. Methods and compositions for diagnosing the presence of a disease in an individual are also provided. Methods and compositions for identifying a disease-specific signature in an individual having the disease are also provided.
Methods for making novel antigen binding domains
The present invention relates generally to the field of making novel antigen binding domains against infectious diseases. The present invention also relates to novel CARs that utilize the novel antigen binding domains as an extracellular element. The present invention also relates to use of the novel antigen binding domains as therapeutic agents.
METHODS OF ISOLATING ALLERGEN-SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES FROM HUMANS AND USES THEREOF
In one aspect, methods of generating human monoclonal antibodies that specifically binds to an allergen are provided. In some embodiments, the monoclonal antibodies are generated from sequences identified from isolated single B cells from a human subject who is allergic to the allergen.
