A power supply conversion circuit and a charging device are provided. The power supply conversion circuit includes: a first voltage conversion circuit that converts a voltage when the voltage exceeds a preset voltage range and outputs the converted voltage; a post-stage voltage conversion circuit that receives the converted voltage and converts the converted voltage into a target voltage for outputting; and a signal feedback circuit that feeds back a signal to the first voltage conversion circuit according to the target voltage, so that the first voltage conversion circuit is synchronized with the post-stage voltage conversion circuit.
Electric vehicle (EV) charge unit reservations
A computer implemented method for managing charge availability of a charge unit (CU) to obtain charge for a battery of an electric vehicle (EV) is provided. The CU includes a computer for processing at least part of the method and for communicating with a server over a network. The method includes receiving, by the server, status information from the computer of the CU. The method includes sending to the computer of the CU instructions to make a reservation for the CU. The reservation is for a user account that has requested a desire to charge the battery of the electric vehicle of the user at the CU or another CU. The method includes sending, by the server, a confirmation for the reservation to the user account. The confirmation is viewable via a device having access to the server via the user account. The method includes sending, by the server, a data regarding a time of availability of the CU to the user account for the reservation. The computer of the CU is configured to display a visual indicator regarding the reservation of the CU.
BATTERY ISSUE IDENTIFICATION AND CONFIDENCE-LEVEL BASED REMEDIAL ACTION
Responsive to data being indicative of conditions that will decrease a life of a battery to the extent the life expectancy will be less than a target value with a confidence that exceeds a first threshold, a processor may generate an alert or mitigation recommendations. Responsive to data being indicative of the cause of conditions that result in the life expectancy to be less than a target value with a confidence that exceeds a second threshold, the processor may implement a control strategy or set of control strategies to benefit the life expectancy of the battery.
Charging device, terminal, and method for controlling charging
A charging device, a terminal, and a method for controlling charging are provided. The charging device includes a wireless receiving circuit, a charging interface, a charging management module, and a control module. The wireless receiving circuit is configured to convert a wireless charging signal received into charging electrical energy. The charging interface is configured to receive charging electrical energy supplied by an external power supply device. The charging management module is configured to adjust a voltage and/or current in the charging electrical energy output from the wireless receiving circuit or the charging interface. The control module is configured to control a first charging channel where the wireless receiving circuit and the charging management module are disposed to be switched on, and/or control a second charging channel where the charging interface and the charging management module are disposed to be switched on.
CHARGING APPARATUS AND CHARGING METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
A charging apparatus includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a switch unit, a control unit, and a communication unit. The switch unit is turned on or turned off to control whether the first terminal is coupled to the second terminal. The control unit sets a first time from the switch unit receiving a control signal to the switch unit actually being turned on or turned off. The control unit and the electric vehicle mutually transmit a communication signal through the communication unit. The control unit calculates a second time when the current reaches to a zero point based on an abnormal state indicated by the communication signal, and calculates a third time when the switch unit operates at the zero point based on the first time and the second time, and provides the control signal to turn off the switch unit at the third time.
BATTERY VOLTAGE PREDICTION APPARATUS AND METHOD
A battery voltage prediction apparatus may include: a state-of-charge (SOC) derivation unit configured to derive the SOC of a battery according to a current that is input or output to the battery and a capacity of the battery; a fixed parameter derivation unit configured to derive fixed parameters required for an equivalent circuit model based on voltages measured according to input/output currents of the battery and a time change within a preset time when the current is input or output for the preset time; and a tuning parameter derivation unit configured to derive at least one tuning parameter that varies depending on a time required for the equivalent circuit model when the current is input or output for a time exceeding the preset time.
Reset circuit for battery management system
A battery cell monitoring circuit comprises an input pin; a reset command detection circuit comprising an integrator circuit coupled to the input pin; a counter circuit coupled to an output terminal of the integrator circuit; and a one-shot circuit coupled to an output terminal of the counter circuit; a logic gate coupled to an output terminal of the one-shot circuit; and a reset circuit coupled to the logic gate.
Methods for identifying charging device, mobile robots and systems for identifying charging device
Methods, devices, and systems for identifying charging devices are provided. In one aspect, a method of identifying a charging device include: capturing an infrared image and a depth image of a current field of view with a depth camera; determining, according to the infrared image, that there are one or more suspected charging device areas that satisfy first specified conditions; determining, according to the depth image, that there is a target charging device area whose height relative to a depth camera is within a specified range in the one or more suspected charging device areas; and identifying the charging device according to the target charging device area. The first specified conditions indicate that a gray-scale value of each of pixels in an area is greater than a second specified value, and a number of the pixels in the area is greater than a third specified value.
External and internal power management for embedded electronic devices
A power management system is provided to manage internal and external power sources for an embedded electronic device. The power management system includes an internal power source and an external power source. The power management system determines when to power the internal embedded electronic device or devices from either the internal or external power source, when to recharge the internal power source, when to shut down the internal embedded electronic device so as not to over discharge and damage the internal power source when external power is not available.
