Electromagnetic machine comprising stationary former with segmented winding structure
A motor (1) has a pair of journal supports (2), between which is journalled a rotor (3) on a shaft (4). The rotor has a disc (5) fast with the shaft and at right angles to it, whereby it rotates without wobble. At the circumference of the disc, a plurality of short, circular cylindrical permanent magnets (6) are provided at the same radial distance (7) from the shaft to their polar axes, tangential to the disc at their mid-point, with their polar axes in the central plane of the disc and the midpoints of the axes on a circular path (9) of radius (7), and equally spaced around the disc with an angular pitch (10) equal to double their polar length (11). A stator (12) carried by the supports on rods (14). It included two formers (15,16).

A stator for a generator of a wind turbine includes stator segments including a lamination stack, and a stator support structure with segments extending in an axial direction and being adjacently located in a circumferential direction to form a ring-like structure, wherein each support structure segment includes at least one longitudinal carrier element, which extends in an axial direction and includes a stator segment-sided lamination attachment section for fixing the carrier element to the respective stator segment using a lamination attachment assembly, wherein the lamination attachment assembly for each carrier element includes: a counter bearing element to be inserted into a cavity of the lamination stack and extending at least essentially over the complete axial length of the stator segment, a stiffening bar to be placed inside the carrier element on the lamination attachment section, extending at least essentially over the complete axial length of the support structure segment.
STATOR FOR A ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
A stator for a rotating electric machine includes a laminated core, and an electrically conductive winding including a winding top layer with electrically conductive top bars, and a winding bottom layer with electrically conductive bottom bars. Each groove of a stator segment of the laminated core has arranged therein a top bar and a bottom bar in adjacent relationship. The top and bottom bars protrude out of the grooves. A connecting element connects a free end of a top bar to a free end of a bottom bar of an adjacent stator segment and includes an inclined section to connect two ends of the connecting element. The ends are angled relative to the inclined section. One end of the connecting element is connected to the free end of the bottom bar and the other end of the connecting element is connected to the free end of the top bar.
A CHANNEL SEGMENT FOR A TRACK OF A MOVER DEVICE
A channel segment for a track of a mover device is provided, the channel segment comprising: opposite ends joined by a body forming a magnetic flux pathway between the opposite ends, the magnetic flux pathway being one or more of C-shaped, U-shaped and horseshoe shaped between the opposite ends, the opposite ends forming respective transverse magnetic flux pathways about perpendicular to the magnetic flux pathway; laminations of ferromagnetic material forming the body, the laminations about parallel to the magnetic flux pathway and about perpendicular to the respective transverse magnetic flux pathways; shear pins through the laminations, the shear pins positioned to reduce eddy currents one or more of in and around the shear pins; and a retention mechanism at the opposite ends, the retention mechanism configured to transversely fasten the laminations together at the opposite ends while remaining insulated from each other.

Hydraulic control comprising at least one hydraulic valve, each hydraulic valve comprising a hydraulic distributor and an electric actuator. The hydraulic distributor comprises a valve slide mounted with the ability to slide in a body comprising hydraulic ports. The electric actuator is fixed to the body of the hydraulic distributor and comprises an electric motor, an electronic circuit comprising a circuit board, a linear-displacement output member coupled to the control slide, reduction gearing comprising gear wheels coupling the motor to the output member, and a housing in which the electric motor, the electronic circuit and the reduction gearing are mounted.
LAMINATED ROTOR CORE FOR A ROTOR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LAMINATED ROTOR CORE
A laminated rotor core for a rotor of a permanently excited electric machine and to a method for producing same are provided. The laminated rotor core consists of a plurality of stacked lamination rings, each lamination ring consisting of a plurality of circular segments. Each circular segment has multiple receiving openings, which are arranged in a V-shaped manner relative to each other in pairs, for permanent magnets and multiple passages for respective fixing elements. The laminated rotor core is mounted on a holding disc using the fixing elements, which run in the passages of the laminated rotor core.
METHOD FOR REMOVING AN ELECTROMAGNETIC MODULE FROM AN ELECTRICAL MACHINE
In a first aspect, a method for removing an electromagnetic module from an electrical machine is provided. The electrical machine comprises a plurality of electromagnetic modules having an electromagnetic material. The electromagnetic modules comprise base and a support extending from the base and supporting the electromagnetic material. The base comprises a bottom surface and a first side surface. The first side surface comprises an axially extending groove defining a cooling channel with an axially extending groove of a first side surface of an adjacent electromagnetic module. The method comprises inserting a rod in a cooling channel formed by the groove of the electromagnetic module to be removed and a groove of an adjacent electromagnetic module; releasing the electromagnetic module to be removed from a structure of the electrical machine; and sliding the electromagnetic module to be removed along the rod.
STATOR ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS
The present disclosure relates to a stator assembly for an electrical machine. The stator assembly comprises a plurality of stator frames (110, 120, 130) forming a stator rim (100). The stator frames (110, 120, 130) defining ring sectors and mounted to each other to form a stator rim (100). Further, the stator frames (110, 120, 130) at least partially form an air distribution channel extending from at least one of the stator frames (110, 120, 130) into another of the stator frames (110, 120, 130). Methods (400) for assembling a stator assembly are also disclosed.
Planar stator having discrete segments with different winding characteristics
In some embodiments, two or more different types of stator structures may be disposed within a gap of an axial flux machine. Such arrangements may be advantageous, for example, for producing a machine optimized for multiple modes of operation, such as mechanical torque generation, conversion of mechanical torque to electrical power, and/or dissipation of mechanical power. Further, in some embodiments, an axial flux machine may include a planar stator having a winding arranged to be positioned within the machine's active region, and may further include at least one switch configured to be selectively closed to establish an electrical connection between respective ends of the winding at a time that the winding is not coupled to an external power source.
STATOR SEGMENT, STATOR, WIND TURBINE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A STATOR SEGMENT
A stator segment for an electric machine, in particular for a wind turbine generator is provided, the stator segment including a support structure, a lamination stack, and at least one fastening member for fastening the lamination stack to the support structure, wherein the lamination stack includes a plurality of lamination packets stacked between a drive end and a non-drive end, each lamination packet including a yoke having a plurality of teeth extending radially outwards on one side of the yoke and a connection structure formed at the side opposite the teeth, the connection structure being shaped to engage with the at least one fastening member in such a way that a part of the fastening member extends within the yoke. Furthermore, a stator, a wind turbine and a method of manufacturing are provided.
