PORTABLE MICROORGANISM SANITATION SYSTEM
A portable microorganism sanitation system produces UV light and air treatment for treating an enclosed space, such as a room. A portable microorganism sanitation system incorporates a plurality of UV light sources configured around a lamp tower having reflective surfaces to produce emitted UV and reflected UV light in a wide range of angles. This wide range of angles of the emitted and reflected UV light enables more complete and direct impingement of UV light on surfaces in the enclosure or room. The portable microorganism sanitation system also incorporates active air treatment, wherein an air moving device draws airflow into a conduit inside of the lamp tower and then through airflow outlets. The airflow outlets are configured to expose the outlet airflow to the UV light sources, thereby treating the airflow to destroy microorganism therein. Photocatalyst may be configured on the surfaces of the lamp tower to promote microorganism destruction.
Fragrance dispenser for air filter
A fragrance dispenser for emitting fragrance into an airstream impinging on an air filter, the dispenser having a receptacle with an open end that faces toward the air filter and that has a porous diffuser layer occlusively overlying the open end of the receptacle.
Ozone generator
The present invention has as its object the provision of an ozone generator that can generate ozone with high efficiency. The ozone generator of the present invention includes: source gas supply means for supplying a source gas containing oxygen; a gas flow channel forming member for forming a gas flow channel through which the source gas from the source gas supply means flows; and an ultraviolet light source for emitting ultraviolet light, the ultraviolet light source being disposed in the gas flow channel. The ozone generator irradiates the source gas flowing through the gas flow channel with the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet light source to cause the oxygen in the source gas to absorb the ultraviolet light and thereby generate ozone. The ultraviolet light source comprises an excimer lamp for emitting ultraviolet light with a wavelength of not more than 200 nm. A flow rate of the source gas in a region where the ultraviolet light source is disposed in the gas flow channel is not lower than 0.1 m/s.
Voltage application device and discharge device
A voltage application device according to the present disclosure includes a voltage application circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit causes the voltage application circuit to alternately repeat a first mode and a second mode. The first mode is a mode that raises a voltage while time elapses, and generates a discharge current by promoting corona discharge to dielectric breakdown. The second mode is a mode that lowers the voltage to cut off the discharge current by causing a load to be in an overload state against the voltage application circuit. This can suppress an amount of ozone generated, while increasing an amount of radicals produced.
TRANSPARENT POROUS SUSTAINED-RELEASE BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND KIT OF SUSTAINED-RELEASE BODY, SUSTAINED-RELEASE APPARATUS, AND SUSTAINED-RELEASE METHOD
The present invention provides a porous sustained-release body in which transparency of a porous carrier changes. The porous sustained-release body includes an inorganic monolithic porous body 1 including a skeleton body 2 of an inorganic compound and air gaps 3,4 having a three-dimensional continuous network structure formed in the skeleton body 2, and a sustained-release liquid absorbed into air gaps 2, 3, wherein the inorganic monolithic porous body 1 is opaque at an initial state, which is a state before absorption of the sustained-release liquid in which air exists in the air gaps, and refractive index of the sustained-release liquid and refractive index of the skeleton body are the same within an error range within which a portion in which the sustained-release liquid is absorbed into the air gaps changes to transparent or semitransparent.
INDOOR AIR PURIFICATION APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE USING NON-THERMAL PLASMA
Provided is an indoor air cleaning device for a vehicle using a nonthermal plasma, and more particularly, to an indoor air cleaning device for a vehicle using a nonthermal plasma, in which ozone is generated by a nonthermal plasma through corona discharge and an air purifying filter is sterilized through strong oxidization action of ozone, achieving more hygienic and continuous management, static electricity of an electrostatic filter is recharged with the controlled magnitude of applied voltage to maintain the best purification performance of the filter, and negative ions beneficial for human body are generated, creating pleasant indoor air conditions.
METHOD FOR SUPPRESSING VIRUS ACTION AND APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING VIRUS ACTION SUPPRESSING COMPONENT
An apparatus for delivering a virus action suppressing component performs, when delivering an active ingredient including a virus action suppressing component into a space, detecting a humidity in the space, determining whether the humidity in the space is equal to or higher than a first set value, and increasing an amount of the active ingredient delivered into the space when the humidity in the space is equal to or higher than the first set value, compared to when the humidity in the space is less than the first set value. This can increase the effect of suppressing the action of viruses when the humidity is high.
CHLORINE DIOXIDE GENERATING DEVICE
A device for generating and dispersing chlorine dioxide which includes a housing, at least one removeable tray having a plurality of compartments contained within an interior of the housing, and a fan in communication with the interior of the housing and the exterior of the housing for directing a current of chlorine dioxide gas that is generated from chemicals that are positioned within the removeable tray(s).
AEROSOL-FREE, SPILL-RESISTANT VOLATILE FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE
A device for introducing volatile fluid into a local environment. A volatile fluid chamber holds a quantity of volatile fluid in a solidified form to permit sustained release of volatile fluid in vapor form. A device may cause release of volatile fluid vapor into the local environment as a steady stream or intermittent puff. Gas discharge from the device may be urged by way of a vacuum pump, compressor, container of compressed gas, or by way of a gas-generating chemical reaction.
Clothing treatment apparatus
A clothes deodorizing apparatus includes: a bag body for accommodating clothes; an ozone supply apparatus to supply air with the ozone into the bag body; a throwing inlet arranged on the bag body and opened and closed through a zipper; and a locking detection unit configured to detect that the throwing inlet is locked by the zipper. The locking detection unit includes: a detection lock connected with a slider of the zipper; and a lock detection part arranged on the ozone supply apparatus and configured to detect a lock inserting concave part that accepts the detection lock and the detection lock. The detection lock does not reach the lock inserting concave part in a state that the zipper is completely opened, and reaches the lock inserting concave part in a state that the zipper is completely closed.
