Embodiments describe systems, apparatuses, and methods for transmitting/receiving signal data to/from a plurality of transceiver modules. Devices in accordance with some embodiments can include a plurality of wireless transceiver modules, each wireless transceiver module to be communicatively coupled to a corresponding external transceiver module, one or more antennas to exchange signal data with the plurality of external transceiver modules, a radio frequency (RF) circulator, and one or more amplifiers to amplify the signal data received by the one or more antennas and signal data to be transmitted by the one or more antennas. The use of circulator prevents transmitting signals that may collide with each other and cause interference with the communications.

According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for an antenna, comprising, a first power amplifier and a second power amplifier and a common ground between the first power amplifier and the second power amplifier, wherein a Radio Frequency, RF, output of the first power amplifier is coupled to the common ground and a RF output of the second power amplifier is coupled to the common ground.

LC FILTERING WITH AUTO TUNING

A radio-frequency amplifier for a cable network includes a forward amplifier configured to amplify a high frequency range of signals that are provided downstream to a cable receiver of the cable network and a return amplifier configured to amplify a low frequency range of signals that are provided upstream to a head end of the cable network. An out-of-band forward amplifier configured to amplify a digitally protected video signal having a frequency in a range between 70 MHz and 130 MHz that are provided downstream to the cable receiver of the cable network and a notch filter configured to reject the amplified digitally protected video signal having the frequency in the range between 70 MHz and 130 MHz from being amplified by the return amplifier.

Radio frequency front end for a full duplex or half duplex transceiver

A radio frequency (RF) front end for wireless communications, in particular for use in a half duplex (HD) and/or full duplex (FD) transceiver. The RF front end is based on a quadrature balanced power amplifier (QBPA). The RF front end includes an antenna port for outputting a transmit signal to and receiving a receive signal from an antenna, and a receive port for outputting the receive signal to a signal processing section. Further, the QBPA is configured to receive a transmit input signal at a first port, receive a cancellation input signal at a fourth port, and receive the receive signal at a second port coupled to the antenna port.

Switchless bi-directional amplifier using neutralized differential pair

A bi-directional amplifier (BDA) comprises a first pair of amplifier transistors and a second pair of amplifier transistors, wherein the first pair of amplifier transistors are cross-coupled with the second pair of amplifier transistors, and wherein the first pair of amplifier transistors and the second pair of amplifier transistors each comprise a differential common-emitter (CE) pair (or common-source (CS) pair) with equal transistor size or different transistor size. The BDA further comprises a plurality of blocking capacitors to decouple the collector and the base biases of the first pair of amplifier transistors and the second pair of amplifier transistors. Alternatively or additionally, the BDA further comprises two input/output baluns, through which a common voltage bias is applied to the collectors of each of the differential CE pairs (or drains of CS pairs in some implementations). The baluns enable single-ended measurement and characterization.
