OPERATION METHOD, INVOKING SERVICE METHOD, DEVICE, AND MEDIUM
A method for operating a software framework is provided. The method may be applied to a software framework applicable to a gateway device, the software framework includes an application service layer and a basic service layer, the application service layer includes at least one device service registered in advance, and the basic service layer includes a data bus built in advance. The method includes: realizing a capability of a device associated with the gateway device based on the device service; and realizing communication between the device service and an external service based on the data bus, where the external service includes a device service belonging to a same gateway device as the device service or a different gateway device than the device service.
Methods and systems for communication session management
A computing device (e.g., a network device) may receive a request from a user device to initiate a communication session. The request may indicate a requested beacon data communication rate associated with the user device. The computing device may determine that an advertised beacon data communication rate associated with the computing device is different from the requested beacon data communication rate for the user device. The computing device may determine to communicate with the user device at the requested beacon data communication rate associated with the user device. The computing device may send, to the user device, a response at a data communication rate associated with the requested beacon data communication rate.
Multi-Tenant Dispute Services
A method for processing disputes in a multi-tenant architecture system includes receiving, at a first service provider, a dispute request from a second service provider that manages entity identities of a plurality of customers. The dispute request indicates a disputed transaction between a customer of the plurality of customers and another entity. The method includes accessing an identity manager to determine a customer representation, the identity manager previously onboarded the plurality of customers as a plurality of customer representations. The identity manager is hosted by the first service provider that manages customer representations corresponding to entity identities of the customers. The dispute request is propagated with the customer representation to a dispute management engine that determines an outcome for the dispute, the determination based on characteristics of the disputed transaction and on characteristics of the customer. The method also includes propagating the determination to the second service provider.
Access point and method for instructing link resumption of a station in a power saving mode
A method performed by an AP may comprise initializing a CCC and increasing the CCC upon a change of at least one of a plurality of parameters of the AP. The plurality of parameters may include at least a high throughput (HT) Operation element, one or more Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA) parameters, or one or more operational mode parameters. The method may further comprise transmitting a frame, to at least one STA, wherein the frame includes an indication of the CCC, and the frame indicates that the at least one STA return from a power saving mode.
Systems and methods for enhanced autonegotiation
An improved autonegotiation approach includes determining that a negotiated rate between a first network device and a second network device exceeds data transfer capacity over a network path downstream of the second network device. In response, a configuration message is generated and transmitted to the first network device. When received by the first network device, the configuration message causes the first network device to limit data transfer between the first network device and the second network device to no more than the downstream data transfer capacity.
DEVICE THAT INITIATES TRANSMISSION OF SMS MESSAGES VIA A CELLULAR NETWORK AND PACKET SWITCHED MESSAGES VIA A PSMS
A method may comprise initiating the sending of first information representing a phone number of a first receiving mobile phone to a server of a packet switched message service (PSMS). According to a first response to the sending of the first information, the sending of an SMS message may be initiated to the first receiving mobile phone. Second information representing a phone number of a second receiving mobile phone may be sent to the server and a packet switched message to the second receiving mobile phone may be initiated. The packet switched message sent to the second receiving mobile phone may be sent via the PSMS. The packet switched message may be delivered to a plurality of receiving mobile wireless devices.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SIGNALING RAN-ASSISTED CODEC ADAPTATION CAPABILITIES IN IMS MULTIMEDIA TELEPHONY SESSIONS
Provided herein are apparatus and method for signal RAN-assisted codec adaptation capabilities via IMS. An apparatus for a UE includes a RF interface to receive an SDP offer message from the remote UE, the SDP offer message including a first dedicated SDP attribute parameter to indicate support of ANBR capability of the remote UE; and processor circuitry. The processor circuitry is to decode the SDP offer message to determine the support of ANBR capability of the remote UE; encode an SDP answer message in response to the SDP offer message, the SDP answer message including a second dedicated SDP attribute parameter to indicate support of ANBR capability of the UE; and cause transmission of the SDP answer message to the remote UE. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.
METHODS, APPARATUS AND SYSTEMS FOR DETERMINING A TRANSPORT BLOCK SIZE IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
Methods, apparatus and systems for determining a transport block size in a wireless communication are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device is disclosed. The method comprises: receiving control information from a wireless communication node, wherein the control information includes a plurality of transmission parameters related to transport blocks to be transmitted between the wireless communication device and the wireless communication node; calculating an intermediate transport block size (TBS) for the transport blocks based on the plurality of transmission parameters; modifying the intermediate TBS to generate a modified TBS in response to an event that the intermediate TBS is smaller than a threshold; and determining a final. TBS for the transport blocks based on a TBS that is closest to the modified TBS, among TBSs that are in a quantized set and not smaller than the modified TBS.
Consumer electronic registration, control and support concierge device and method
We disclose a concierge device that can be configured to register, control and support a consumer device. It can alternatively or redundantly connect to a home management bridge and/or cloud-based management servers. It can accept menus that allow a single concierge device to provide a wide range of functions for various consumer devices. The concierge device allows the user in a single action to initiate a support session, automatically identifying the consumer device. The concierge device can be configured for voice or video support calls. The concierge device in conjunction with a home management bridge or gateway can manage on boarding of components of an automated home, such as switches and lamps. Implementations of the concierge device that include a display can show supplemental information, such as advertising, optionally in coordination with media being played on a consumer device coupled in communication with the concierge device.
