CHANNEL MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING FOR FULL-DUPLEX OPERATION
This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for channel measurement and reporting by a FD UE. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit an uplink (UL) signal in a set of UL resources configured with a base station. The UE may be further configured to monitor a set of downlink (DL) resources configured with the base station, the set of DL resources being adjacent to or at least partially overlapping with the set of UL resources. The UE may be further configure to determine a channel quality associated with the set of DL resources based on the UL signal transmitted in the set of UL resources. The UE may be configured to then transmit, to the base station, information indicating channel state feedback (CSF) based on the determined channel quality.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ENHANCING AN AIR-TO-GROUND WIFI SYSTEM
An aggregation router for an aircraft may include processing circuitry. The processing circuitry may be configured to receive a first channel from a first airborne radio, and receive a second channel from a second airborne radio. The first and second channels may be WAN connections to wireless communication network resources on the ground. The processing circuitry may be further configured to aggregate the first and second channels for service to LAN connections on the aircraft, which LAN connections may include one or more short range wireless communication access points.

UCI Multiplexing Enhancements
Apparatuses, systems, and methods to enhance system performance (e.g., UL throughput) without impinging on (e.g., tightening) processing timeline for UL-SCH data and/or CSI reporting. A base station may request for a UE to send a CSI report(s) during PDCCH monitoring. The base station may also request the UE to send UL-SCH data. At a first transmit opportunity, the UE may transmit first PUSCH (including UL-SCH data that may be multiplexed onto the first PUSCH). Additionally, at a second (later) transmit opportunity, the UE may transmit second PUSCH (including the CSI report(s) that may be multiplexed onto the second PUSCH). The second transmit opportunity may be identified as a transmit opportunity starting at least a specified number of symbols after a first symbol of the first repetition. The specified number of symbols may be dependent upon at least one of UE uplink processing time capabilities or SCS.

MEDIUM ACCESS CONTROL LAYER MAPPING FOR PATHLOSS REFERENCE SIGNAL
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a medium access control layer message indicating a set of mappings between a set of pathloss reference signals and one of: a set of physical uplink shared channel identifiers, or a set of sounding reference signal identifiers; receive downlink control information activating a mapping of the set of mappings; and perform a pathloss measurement using a pathloss reference signal identified by the activated mapping. Numerous other aspects are provided.
