A glazing includes a first glass sheet, a resistive coating extending across a part of the first glass sheet, first and second busbars connected to the resistive coating, a data transmission window in the resistive coating, comprising a plurality of deletion lines in the resistive coating, a plurality of channels, formed by the plurality of deletion lines, and at least one conductive element positioned in at least one of the channels. The conductive element is separated from the first and second busbars by the resistive coating.
FLEXIBLE HEATING DEVICE AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND USE OF SAME
This present disclosure relates to a flexible heating device having a unique layered assembly structure including a flexible heat generating layer. The present disclosure also relates to a method of manufacturing the flexible heating device and method of use of the flexible heating device in various applications.
FLOW HEATER WITH CALORIMETRIC FLOW SENSOR
A flow heater for vehicles is described. The flow heater has a housing, which has an inlet and an outlet. A flow channel for fluid to be heated is disposed in the housing and leads from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet. A heating plate forms a wall of a heated section of the flow channel and carries an electric heating resistor. A calorimetric flow sensor is provided for measuring a fluid flow in the flow channel.
CARTRIDGE WITH CONDUCTION AND CONVECTION HEATING
Various embodiments of the subject technology may provide methods and apparatus for using a cartridge to vaporize a vaporizable liquid. The methods and apparatus for using the cartridge to vaporize the vaporizable liquid may include drawing air into an airflow path of the cartridge. The methods and apparatus for using the cartridge to vaporize the vaporizable liquid may also include vaporizing a first portion of the vaporizable liquid by conductively heating the first portion as the air is drawn into the airflow path. The methods and apparatus for using the cartridge to vaporize the vaporizable liquid may further include vaporizing a second portion of the vaporizable liquid by convectively heating the second portion as the air flows along the airflow path.
HEATING DEVICE
The invention relates to a heating device having a flat expanded support and at least one heating conductor assembly thereon which is electrically connected by means of two connection contacts. The heating conductor assembly has a plurality of heating conductors which are connected together at connection points and are wired as a whole so as to form parallel and series circuits between the connection contacts. The plurality of heating conductors are advantageously designed as a lattice, wherein every set of four heating conductors forms a closed mesh, and four heating conductors are connected together at the connection points. The heating conductor assembly is applied onto the support with a film construction in a film method, advantageously a thick-film method.
Device for treating exhaust
A device for treating exhaust gases which is designed for electrically contacting a plurality of conductor tracks, which are arranged within an interior space that is surrounded by an outer wall of the device, through the outer wall. One or more electrodes which may be electrically contacted through the outer wall are arranged in the interior space, each of which electrodes electrically contacts two or more of the conductor tracks in the interior space.
Thin Film Heater
A method of fabricating a thin film heater includes a first step of etching a metal sheet from two opposing sides to provide a planar heating element; and a second step of attaching the heating element to a flexible electrically insulating backing film. The method allows for the fabrication of a thin film heater which provides more uniform heating and allows for greater range of selection of the properties of the flexible electrically insulating backing film and the parameters of the etching process. A heater assembly and an aerosol generating device incorporating the thin film are also described.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND FLUID HEATER
A printed circuit board includes a conducting path shaped via a subtractive method and a heating line. The heating line is formed by the conducting path and designed to have a predetermined heating power for a heating fluid. The printed circuit board further includes a heat dispersion layer designed for transferring heat to the fluid. A heater includes such a printed circuit board.
