WIRELESS COMMUNICATION HELMET SYSTEM AND METHOD
A wireless communication helmet system preferably includes a helmet assembly, a power-cord, and a control assembly. The helmet assembly preferably includes a helmet, a speaker, a microphone, and a power-supply. Preferably, the control assembly includes a wireless-communications-device, a digital-screen, and a volume-control, where the control assembly is in wireless communication with the helmet assembly, and the power-cord is removably coupleable to the helmet assembly. The wireless communication helmet system allows a user to communicate to at least one remote individual without a need to hold a communications device in a hand of the user.
Helmet Lock
A helmet locking system utilizing an arrangement of two enlarged members, a pass-through locking member, and a length of cable. A fixed enlarged member is permanently mounted to the cable and a detachable enlarged member engages with the pass-through locking member which is positioned on the cable's end opposite to the fixed enlarged member. The locking system does not require keys or a combination. Pass-through locking member is threaded through the D-ring of a helmet. Detachable enlarged member is then then fixedly fitted onto the pass-through locking member. The detachable enlarged member is then placed into a motorcycle's storage compartment which is then closed and locked thereby securing the helmet to the motorcycle.

Headgear shroud assembly
In one aspect, a shroud assembly for headgear includes a frame formed of a polymer material having a shape that matches a contour of the headgear. An insert is formed of metal or metal alloy and is attached to a front side of the frame. The insert is configured for removable attachment to a mounting assembly. The frame includes first and second spaced flexible walls disposed on the front side of the frame on opposite sides of the insert. The first and second flexible walls are spaced a sufficient distance apart to provide an interference fit between the mounting assembly and the first and second flexible walls. In another embodiment, the shroud assembly further includes a friction pad disposed on a rear surface of the frame for increasing friction between the shroud assembly and the headgear. In another aspect, a method for attaching a mounting assembly to headgear is provided.

Data collecting head guard systems and methods thereof
A head guard is provided. The head guard includes one or more sensors as part of an sensory input and communications system. The head guard wirelessly communicates data to remote computing devices for intelligent data collection.
Safety Headwear and Accessories
A coupling system for safety headwear is provided. Various embodiments of safety headwear accessories, such as a brim guard, are adjustable to couple to various configurations of safety headwear. The brim guard includes a mechanism to detachably couple accessories, such as a face shield, to the safety headwear.
Hard Hat Attachment System and Sun Visor
A universal mounting system for a hard hat is provided that includes front and rear mounting locations and auxiliary ridges on either side. A visor is coupled to the hard hat mounting system in such a way as to provide access with minimal interference from the visor to the equipment attached to the mounting locations and ports in the auxiliary ridges. Various embodiments of visors enable modular designs that incorporate different materials and features of the visor. Parallel stretch zones enable folding and holding opposite brims of the visor. Enclosed elastic areas along the inner sides of visor provide user access to auxiliary ridges. Combinations of various accessories on hard hat and how the accessories work together on the universal mounting system are discussed: such as the interaction between visors, earmuffs, face shields, and lamps.
