Portable bidet device and system
A portable bidet can include a bidet tank that can contain a liquid for personal washing, a hand pump, a bidet hose, a control valve with a control lever, an angulated wand that includes a bend with a re-angulation, a spray nozzle, such that the portable bidet can be used by a person sitting on a toilet, such that the angulated wand protrudes downward and rearward between legs of the person, such that the bend of the angulated wand directs the spray of the liquid towards a perineal-genital-anal area of the person. The liquid can include water, and optionally soap and a hemorrhoid treatment composition.
PORTABLE HYGIENE DEVICE
A personal hygiene device includes a bottle body portion configured to hold fluid, and an elongated portion, connected to the bottle body portion. In some embodiments, the elongated portion includes a brush and an orifice configured to release the fluid. In other embodiments, the elongated portion is designed to be inserted into a body cavity and does not include a brush.
NON-DISPOSABLE LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE
The present invention provides a liquid dispensing device made of non-plastic material for its use to squirt liquid through a nozzle of the device. The non-disposable device is an environmentally friendly and health safe alternative to conventional plastic bottles used by millions of people suffering from allergies for nasal irrigation. The device comprises a main body structure including a plunger disc, a push button operation mechanism, a container, and a nozzle. The container is detachable from the main body so it can be filled with water and warmed up in a microwave oven. When the button is pushed to plunge the disc into the container, warm water is squirted through the nozzle into a nasal opening.
Body-wall-contact-type water tank and in-cavity fluid perfusion system
A body-wall-contact-type water tank (12) is equipped with: a water-tank body for storing a fluid to be supplied into a body cavity, and positioned so as to contact a body wall (120); a through-hole which conveys the fluid stored in the water-tank body into the body cavity via an incision formed in the body wall (120), and which is formed in the bottom section of the water-tank body; and a connecting means for connecting, in a fluid-tight manner, the water-tank body to the body wall (120) and/or to a retractor (110) attached to the incision.
Enema and Vaginal Cleaning Apparatus
An apparatus for holding and administering an enema and vaginal cleaning includes a container with an opening and a port. A fitting is provided having a threaded portion, and a neck portion. A nut is configured to engage the threaded portion, with a first seal seated between the flange portion and the container, and a second seal seated between the nut and the container. A hose has a first end and a second end, with the first end coupled to the fitting adjacent the neck portion, and a tip has an insertion end for inserting into the hose. The tip is configured for emitting the fluid from the hose, as the liquid moves from the container, through the hose, and out of the tip under gravity.
Device for trans anal irrigation
A trans-anal irrigation (TAI) system adapted for self-use includes an irrigation head supplied with water from a reservoir by a pump or by gravity feed. The irrigation head has either internal or external structures for releasably retaining the head in a user's rectum during the water flow portion of a TAI process. A guide member arm may be provided for manipulating the irrigation head for both insertion and removal. The irrigation head is reliably attached to the guide member arm. The guide member arm may include an integral manual pump.
STERILE SURGICAL TRAY
A surgical apparatus for use by a surgeon can include a tray and a plurality of surgical instruments. The tray can have a plurality of structures located on an upper side of the tray for receiving the plurality of surgical instruments. The tray can receive a separate control unit. The tray can also have a fluid reservoir receiver for receiving a bottle or container of fluid, such as balanced salt solution. The fluid reservoir receiver can include one or more features, including, a spike, an air vent, and a light. A separate container can be used to place the bottle or container of fluid into the fluid reservoir receiver on the tray. This separate container can include a collapsible section.
Fluid infusion system
A fluid infusion system includes an air pump connected to an accumulator tank to produce pressurized air that is stored in the accumulator tank. The system can include one or more fluid bag chambers wherein each fluid bag chamber includes an inflatable bladder positioned inside the fluid bag chamber to apply pressure on the fluid bag supported inside the chamber. The fluid bag can be connected by a tube set to deliver fluid from the fluid bag to a surgical tool at a surgical site. The fluid can, for example, be irrigation fluid or distention fluid. The system can include a controller connected to the pump to control the pump to produce the pressurized air and an adjustable pressure regulator can be connected between the accumulator tank and the inflatable bladder to control the pressure of air delivered to the inflatable bladder and the pressure that the fluid is delivered to the surgical tool. A pressure sensor can be connected between the adjustable pressure regulator and the inflatable bladder to measure the air pressure delivered to the inflatable bladder and send the air pressure measurements to the controller. The controller can configure the system display to show the air pressure measured by the pressure sensor.
Apparatus And Method For Draining Material From A Stomach
This invention relates to new apparatuses for draining material from a stomach and infusing fluid into the stomach comprising a tubing connector, a housing unit, and a one-way valve. In an embodiment the connector can have a first port, a second port, a third port and a branched lumen that extends through each of the first, second and third ports. The housing unit can have a housing lumen that is sized and shaped to receive the third port and the housing unit is sized and shaped to receive the connector. The one-way valve can be sized and shaped to be received in the housing lumen.
ENEMA DEVICE, AND A DELIVERY CONTAINER FOR USE IN SAID ENEMA DEVICE
The present invention relates to an enema device comprising a delivery container arranged for accommodating an enema and an applicator nozzle for dispersing the enema, and wherein the delivery container is arranged as a hand held pump and for remaining in an at least partly compressed configuration when the user releases the pressure on said delivery container during use. Thereby is provided a simple, inexpensive and essentially maintenance free enema device which can be used for self-administrating of an enema.
