Toilet wash
Systems, devices, and methods for providing a spray wand with a disposable wand head tube that can be attached to a toilet water supply that can be used with toilet paper to remove fecal matter material and urine that wiping was not able to remove. A dual shot off valve can be attached to an inlet water line from a wall adjacent to the toilet. A first supply line can pass from one of the valves to the toilet and a second supply line can be attached to the other one of the dual valves, and an opposite end attached to a single valve for the supplying water to the disposable wand head tube. The disposable wand head tube can be formed from a paper straw and a plastic tube, and the like. The disposable wand tubes can have bent end portions and come in packs.
Nasal drug delivery device and method of making same
A drug delivery device capable of forming a medicated mist that reaches the nasal and paranasal sinus cavities contains a puncturing element within its canister. The puncturing element is used in combination with a compartment that contains a filling. The compartment is optionally detachable from an interior of the device or entirely separate from the device. The puncturing element punctures the compartment, releasing the filling into the reservoir of the device to provide a medicated liquid. The device may store any form of medication so long as the medication remains stable. When dry powder forms are desired, the reservoir and/or compartment may be filled with a solution or diluent so as to form the medicated liquid, which may then be dispensed as a mist through the device following the puncturing.
WOUND DRESSING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a wound dressing system for treating a wound, comprising at least a first and a second sheet-like capillary membrane system, wherein the first and the second sheet-like capillary membrane systems are in each case connected to at least one supply line, so that fluids, media, gases, and/or other substances can be guided through the supply line and the respective capillary membrane system. According to the invention, the wound dressing system further comprisesa first removal container which is detachably connected via a line path, which comprises at least one of the supply lines of the first capillary membrane system, to the first capillary membrane system, and via which a rinsing fluid can be supplied to said first capillary membrane system,a second removal container which is detachably connected via a line path, which comprises at least one of the supply lines of the second capillary membrane system, to the second capillary membrane system, and via which a treatment solution can be supplied to said second capillary membrane system, anda drainage system, which can be coupled to a vacuum unit and via which fluids can be discharged from the wound to be treated.
PRESSURIZED WATER FLUID DISTRIBUTION
A fluid distribution system can include a water inlet configured to receive water from a supply spout. A supply line can be connected to the inlet, and an applicator tip can be connected to the supply line distal from the inlet. The applicator tip can be configured to spray water received through the supply line at the same time as the receiving of the water from the supply spout through the inlet. The system can further include a water pressurizing device that is operable to pressurize water received from the supply spout via the water inlet and supplied through the supply line to the applicator tip. The water pressurizing device can include one or more of a powered fluid pump and a source adapter. The system may include a fluid-actuated pressure clamp.
Cleaning instrument for large intestine
Disclosed is a colonic irrigator capable of cleansing the inside of the large intestine and removing impacted feces remaining inside the large intestine by spraying a cleansing solution into the large intestine. The colonic irrigator includes a cleansing body 10 having a laid down egg shape, having a spray hole 12 formed at a lifted portion 11 provided on the upper part thereof and having a cleansing solution channel 13 formed therein to communicate with the spray hole 12, and a connector 20 which has a screw part 21 formed at one side thereof so as to be connected to a shower hose 40, is bent at 90 degrees such that the other side is connected to the lower part of the cleansing body 10, and has a cleansing solution channel 23 formed therein to communicate with the cleansing solution channel 13 of the cleansing body 10, where the cleansing body 10 and the connector 20 are integrated.
Devices for cooling the nasal cavity
A method for cerebral cooling is described using a cooling assembly, which includes first and second elongate tubular members adapted for insertion into a nasal cavity of a patient through the patient's nostrils. The elongate tubular members each have a proximal end, a distal end, a lumen extending therebetween, and a plurality of ports in fluid communication with the lumen. The cooling assembly also includes a manifold and a reservoir, which contains a pressurized fluid that includes a propellant having a boiling point less than 22 C. The elongate tubular members are inserted into the nasal cavity through the patient's nostrils and pressurized fluid is delivered onto a surface of the nasal cavity by infusing the pressurized fluid from the reservoir through the manifold, into the lumens and through the plurality of ports of the first and second elongate tubular members.
Multi-Directional Intelligent Enema Machine
The present invention discloses a multi-directional intelligent enema machine, which comprises a first air pump, a first reversing valve, a medicine feeding unit, a first check valve, a heating unit and a first insertion tube which are sequentially connected, and further comprises a first flushing unit, a second flushing unit, a second air pump, art air intake unit, a waste discharge unit and a circuit control unit. The units are connected by a pipeline and controlled and monitored by the circuit control unit. The enema machine of the present invention is safe, reliable, efficient and convenient, and has the functions of liquid infusing, flushing, waste discharging and mixing the intake air and liquid, and can monitor the pressure, temperature and liquid level and so on at the same time.
Oral Irrigator
An oral irrigator has a separate high pressure water system and low pressure mouth rinse system to deliver two different fluids to a pick or other accessories. The water system and mouth rinse system are combined in a handle. The pick is connected to the handle. The water system has a blocking valve located in the handle and the mouth rinse system has a hand pump located in the handle. The hand pump sits next to a valve button for closing the blocking valve. When the hand pump is pressed, it presses against the valve button of the blocking valve to shut off the source of high pressure water to the pick. The pressure in the pick drops so that the hand pump can then introduce mouth rinse into the pick. When the hand pump is released, the blocking valve opens up and high pressure water returns to the pick.
NASAL RINSE TIP
A device for nasal lavage is described. The device ejects a gentle flow of fluid under pressure. The fluid stream provides a high quantity of fluid at low pressure. The low pressure fluid stream is more comfortable for a user than a high pressure fluid stream that is delivered by some types of pressurized cans of solution.
Portable Trans Anal Irrigation Device
A portable trans anal irrigation device has a hand-held water management unit removably connectable to an irrigation arm. The water management unit includes a water cartridge and a controller. The irrigation arm has a cone head for interfacing with the user's body.
