ALUMINUM TERMINAL AND COPPER-ALUMINUM TRANSITION CONNECTOR
An aluminum terminal includes an insertion cavity for inserting the aluminum wire. The insertion cavity includes a first cavity with an inner diameter matching with an outer diameter of the conductor core of the aluminum wire, and a second cavity with an inner diameter matching with an outer diameter of the insulation layer of the aluminum wire. The rear end of the first cavity is connected to the front end of the second cavity. The minimum wall thickness of the insertion cavity is not less than times the wall thickness of the insulation layer. The copper-aluminum transition connector includes the copper terminal and at least one aluminum terminal. The copper terminal is fixed on the front end of the first cavity of the aluminum terminal.
Electrical cable connecting system
An electrical cable connecting system includes a modular electrical or electronic wiring device assembly, in which an electrical or electronic wiring device and a connector may be electrically coupled via pig-tail jumper electrical wires. The connector may be coupled to cable electrical wires fitted with a cable protector to protect the electrical wire conductors therein. The connector may include internal electrical terminals for electrically coupling building electrical cable wires with corresponding jumper electrical wires. The connector may be mechanically and electrically coupled to and directly terminate one or more building electrical cables, which may provide power to or from one or more electrical or electronic wiring devices by establishing an electrical pathway from a source of electrical power, through the building electrical cable wires, the connector, the pig-tail jumper electrical wires and an electrical or electronic wiring device.
CABLE ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present disclosure provides a cable assembly and a manufacturing method therefore. The cable assembly provided by the present disclosure includes a first cable, a second cable and a shielding connection assembly. The first cable includes a first cable core and a first shielding layer. A first protective layer is wrapped around an outer side of the first cable core, and the first shielding layer is disposed on an outer side of the first protective layer. The second cable includes a second cable core and a second shielding layer. A second protective layer is wrapped around an outer side of the second cable core, and the second shielding layer is disposed on an outer side of the second protective layer. The shielding connection assembly includes at least one shielding device, and at least one shielding device is connected to the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer.
Multi-earth terminal assembly
A multi-earth terminal includes: a body having a hook piece and a hook rib, which are formed on an outer edge of the body; a barrel coupled with a wire; and a connector interconnecting the body with the barrel. Two or more bodies are stacked vertically and coupled to each other. When the two or more bodies are stacked vertically and coupled to each other, each of the two or more bodies includes the hook rib and the hook piece so that the hook rib of a first body that is located at an upper side of the vertically stacked bodies is inserted into and engaged with the hook piece of a second body that is located at a lower side of the vertically stacked bodies.

Connector, cable harness assembly, vehicle can bus connector and connection terminal
A first perspective of the invention relates to a connector, a cable harness assembly, and a vehicle CAN bus connector. The connector includes a housing and a metal connection terminal. The cable harness assembly includes multiple cables and the connector. The vehicle CAN bus connector includes the cable harness assembly. According to the invention, an input terminal and an output terminal are integrally disposed, saving the need of a printed circuit board, as such, a process of connecting terminals to a printed circuit board is eliminated. A second perspective of the invention relates to a connection terminal, a connector, a cable harness assembly, and a vehicle CAN bus connector. The connection terminal includes a terminal body and one or more shoulders, which are asymmetrically disposed on a surface of the terminal body and protrude therefrom, so that the connection terminal has an asymmetric structure in a direction perpendicular to the plug-in direction. The invention can prevent a mold from being damaged by incorrect placement of the connection terminal.
Electrical switching device comprising electrical clamping connections
A clamping arrangement includes: two spring-force terminals, the two spring-force terminals each including a clamping cage and a spring, each of the two clamping cages being able to receive an electrical conductor pushed in an insertion direction and to clamp the conductor between the cage and the spring, a first insertion direction of a first of the two spring-force terminals and a second insertion direction of a second of the two spring-force terminals being arranged at an angle larger than 0 to one another. The two spring-force terminals are arranged one behind the other in one of the insertion directions of the electrical conductor. The first insertion direction of the first of the two spring-force terminals and the second insertion direction of the second of the two spring-force terminals are arranged at a right angle to one another or counter to one another.
