Battery clamp device

A battery clamp having a first inner metal battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion, a second inner metal battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion, a first outer insulating battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion connected to the first inner metal battery clamp, and a second outer insulating battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion connected to the second inner metal battery clamp. The first inner metal battery clamp member and/or the second inner metal battery clamp member having an inclined connection plate for connection with a battery cable, the inclined connect plate configured to allow a user to access the inclined access plate with a tool while avoiding interference with the handle portions of the battery clamp.

BATTERY TERMINAL

A battery terminal includes a terminal main body and a protector to be mounted to the terminal main body, wherein the terminal main body includes an operating section for clamping and tightening the battery post, and the protector includes a movable section provided with a contact section to be brought into contact with the upper surface of the battery main body, and a displacement section to be freely displaced between a covering position for covering the operating section and a retracted position with an external force applied on the contact section, wherein in the retracted position, the displacement section is retracted from the covering position, and wherein the displacement section is displaced to the retracted position by pressing the contact section against the upper surface of the battery main body so that the access to the operating section is allowed.

CONDUCTOR JOINT

A conductor joint (1) is provided for connecting two conductors along a longitudinal direction. The conductor joint comprises a first segment having a first segment end (202) adapted connecting to an end portion of a first conductor and a second segment (300) comprising a second segment end (302) relative to the longitudinal direction adapted for receiving a second conductor end of a second conductor. The second segment further has an opposite second segment end (304) fixed, or forming an integral part with, an opposite first segment end (204) of the first segment (200), a tubular sleeve (310) and a core rod (320) wherein ends (310a, 320a) of the tubular sleeve (310) and the core rod (320) are arranged with a radial offset forming a sleeve opening for receiving at the end portion of the second conductor end of the second conductor.

CONDUCTOR JOINT

A conductor joint (1) is provided for connecting two conductors along a longitudinal direction. The conductor joint comprises a first segment having a first segment end (202) adapted connecting to an end portion of a first conductor and a second segment (300) comprising a second segment end (302) relative to the longitudinal direction adapted for receiving a second conductor end of a second conductor. The second segment further has an opposite second segment end (304) fixed, or forming an integral part with, an opposite first segment end (204) of the first segment (200), a tubular sleeve (310) and a core rod (320) wherein ends (310a, 320a) of the tubular sleeve (310) and the core rod (320) are arranged with a radial offset forming a sleeve opening for receiving at the end portion of the second conductor end of the second conductor.

The subsea cable (11) comprises at least a first supply cable (21), a second supply cable (22) and at least one return cable (24, 25) where the first supply cable (21), the second supply cable (22) and the at least one return cable (24, 25) each comprises a conductor element (101, 102, 103, 104) for conduction of an electric current. The subsea cable system (10) further comprises a conductor transition element (66) comprising a conductor element (67) that is provided with at least a first conductor leg (73), a second conductor leg (74) and a third conductor leg (75). The first conductor leg (73) is connected to the conductor element (101) of the first supply cable (21), the second conductor leg (74) is connected to the conductor element (102) of the second supply cable (22) and the third conductor leg (75) is connected to conductor element (56) of an end supply cable (53) that is connectable to a consumer device (46). A method for supplying electrical power to a subsea consumer device of electricity is also disclosed.

The subsea cable system (10) further comprises a conductor transition element (66) comprising a conductor element (67) that is provided with at least a first conductor leg (73), a second conductor leg (74) and a third conductor leg (75). The first conductor leg (73) is connected to the conductor element (101) of the first supply cable (21), the second conductor leg (74) is connected to the conductor element (102) of the second supply cable (22) and the third conductor leg (75) is connected to conductor element (56) of an end supply cable (53) that is connectable to a consumer device (46). A method for supplying electrical power to a subsea consumer device of electricity is also disclosed.
