ELECTRIC CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY, HIGH-VOLTAGE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING
An electric connector assembly for a high-voltage terminal including a contact tube made of electroconductive material, a high-voltage terminal comprising an electric connector assembly and a busbar made of electroconductive material, and a method for assembling a high-voltage terminal.
CONDUCTOR INSULATION ANCHORING SYSTEM
The unintended retraction of extruded insulation from a conductor causes reliability and safety concerns. A variety of insulation lock mechanisms are designed to prevent the insulation layer of an insulated lead from retracting and exposing uninsulated portions of the conductor. The insulation lock mechanism can be included between the conductor and the insulation layer, or included in a connector used to provide an electrical connection between an internal motor lead and an insulated lead of a motor lead cable. Within the connector, the insulation lock mechanism can be included between the insulation layer and a terminal that electrically connects the motor lead to the insulated lead.

Electrical connector with shearable fastener
A fastener for connecting an electrical conductor to a connector body includes a first portion adapted to engage an opening of the connector body and a second portion engaging the first portion. The second portion includes a head, a base coupled to the first portion and including an end adapted to engage the electrical conductor, and a shearable section positioned between the head and the base.
JUMP STARTING SYSTEMS WITH ELECTRICAL JUMPER PLUGS
The invention is a jump starting system for conducting a charging operation with various combinations of two automotive batteries in which one or both batteries is either a conventional battery, a battery with embossed electrical contact sockets, or a battery with internal electrical contact slots, where electrical connection between batteries is established by means of a battery jumper plug cable having four electrical jumper plugs electrically attached to respective ends of a positive insulated conductor and a negative insulated conductor.
HAND HOLDABLE LIGHT HAVING AN ERGONOMIC GRIP AND A BATTERY ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A hand holdable light comprises: a light body having a forward portion, and a central or second portion; a light source proximate a forward end; and one or more switch actuators for controlling the light source. A rearward portion may have a non-circular cross-section; the actuators is/are on the forward portion; and the central or second portion may have a recess opposite the actuator. The light is holdable by a hand in several ways wherein a finger or thumb is proximate an actuator. A battery assembly comprises: a battery housing for receiving and connecting a battery; an electrical switch on a first end of the battery housing; and a pattern of electrical contacts on a second end of the battery housing, wherein ones of the electrical contacts are connected to the battery.
Transducer sensor system
A system that may include a bus bar that may include a mounting bracket configured to electrically couple the bus bar to a motor. The mounting bracket may also be configured to be removably coupled to the motor with at least one fastener. A transducer may be electrically coupled to the bus bar and have transducer elements. A dielectric material may be disposed between the bus bar and the transducer to prevent debris from contacting the active transducer elements and electrical arcing from occurring.

Forklift connector lockout
A lockout assembly is configured to lockout a battery connector including a connector head connected to a wire, The lockout assembly includes a connector cover part and a sliding part. The connector cover part includes a cupped portion providing a cavity and a guide rail extending away from the cavity in which the cavity is dimensioned to receive an end of the connector head. The sliding part is dimensioned to slidably engage the guide rail and has a hooking foot configured to selectively engage the connector head opposite the cavity of the connector cover part.
Fastening device
A fastening device for fastening an electrical terminal to an electrically conducting post includes a spring and a locking device retaining the electrical terminal on the electrically conducting post in a locked position of the fastening device. The spring is at least partially loaded in the locked position.
