Electronic device comprising metal case having metal pad attached thereto
An electronic device comprising a metal case having a metal pad attached thereto is disclosed. According to the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a metal case having a metal terminal part formed therein; a metal pad joined to the metal terminal part by laser welding; and a conductive first coating layer coated on one surface of the metal pad, wherein the light reflectivity of the first coating layer is lower than the light reflectivity of the metal pad.
CONNECTOR AND TERMINAL FITTING
A connector includes: a terminal fitting having a terminal part and a conductor connecting part; a housing in which the terminal fitting is housed; and a conductive component that is molded as a laminate body including an electrical conductor and an electrical insulator and having a through-hole, and causes the electrical conductor to be physically and electrically connected to the conductor connecting part inserted into the through-hole when the electrical conductor is soldered to the conductor connecting part. The conductor connecting part is formed in a tubular part with two ends butted each other in a contact state so that end faces that are the non-plated surfaces of the two ends do not appear on the surface, and the entire outer wall surface of the tubular part is a plating layer.
TERMINAL FIXING METHOD
A terminal fixing method, for fixing one or more terminals to a plurality of lands provided on a substrate by laser welding, includes: constructing the plurality of lands by one or more terminal installation lands on which the terminals are installed and one or more dummy lands each larger than each of the terminal installation lands; irradiating each of divided laser beams emitted from a laser oscillator toward a corresponding land of two or more lands in the plurality of lands by the laser welding; and constructing the two or more lands by two or more terminal installation lands in the terminal installation lands, or one or more terminal installation lands in the terminal installation lands and the one or more dummy lands.
Reversible electronic card and method of implementation thereof
There is provided a method for implementing an electronic card. The method can include providing the electronic card with a printed circuit board. The method further includes selecting one of a first side and a second side as a specified side on which only connection hardware is to be mounted. The first side is located at a first x-y plane and the second side is located at a second x-y plane, the first and second x-y planes being separated by a length equal to a thickness of the PCB. The first and second x-y planes are parallel.
TERMINAL AND RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR
A terminal and a receptacle connector are provided. The terminal comprises a soldering segment, an upright arm and a bending arm. The soldering segment has a first end portion and the upright arm extends upwardly from the first end portion. The bending arm bends back and obliquely extends upwardly close to the upright arm and includes an upper bending segment and a contact segment extends upwardly from the upper bending segment. A shoulder portion is formed at each of at least one side edge of two side edges of each of at least one of the upright arm and the bending arm, the two side edges are connected with the soldering segment, the shoulder portion protrudes relative to a corresponding side edge of the soldering segment.
Connector and manufacturing method thereof
Provided are a connector and a manufacturing method thereof. The connector is configured to dispose on a circuit board including a mounting hole. The connector includes a guide pin module and a conductive cover. The guide pin module is located on one side of the circuit board and includes a base, a metal guide pin, and a glass sealing layer. The base has a perforation hole corresponding to the mounting hole. The metal guide pin is inserted into the perforation hole and the mounting hole. The glass sealing layer is disposed at the perforation hole and wraps around part of the metal guide pin. The conductive cover is disposed at the mounting hole, connected to the top of the metal guide pin, and protrudes from the circuit board. The conductive cover is bonded to the circuit board by soldering to electrically connect the metal guide pin to the circuit board.
METHOD OF MOUNTING CONNECTION ELEMENT STRUCTURE ON TARGET
A method of mounting a connection element structure on a target is introduced and includes providing a lifting-laying tool to lift the connection element structure; moving the connection element structure to a default height above a mounting position of the target with the lifting-laying tool; and releasing or loosening the connection element structure from the lifting-laying tool to lay the connection element structure at the mounting position of the target. Therefore, the method can mount the connection element structure on the target, enhancing the efficiency of subsequent processes.
Soldering aid for connecting a cable to a printed circuit board
A soldering aid for connecting a cable to a printed circuit board includes an electrically insulating body having a first, second and third recesses, and an electrically conductive contact structure coupled thereto. The contact structure is partially embedded in the body to be connected to a cable core therein, and partially protrudes from the body to be connected the printed circuit board. The first recess is conically tapered to receive an end portion of the cable and has first and second sections for non-stripped and stripped portions of the cable end portion, respectively. An end of the second recess adjoins the second section of the first recess to enable optical verification of formation of a connection between the cable core and the contact structure. The third recess is configured to receive and transfer solder to the second section of the first recess to thereby form the connection.
Plug connector
A plug connector used to mate with the socket connector includes: a housing; a printed circuit board received in the housing, the circuit print board having plural soldering points; and a cable electrically connected to the soldering points of the printed circuit board, wherein the soldering points are provided with glue blocks to protect a connection between the printed circuit board and the cable.
Method for Securing the Electrical Contacts in a Connector System
