BATTERY RESCUE ACTIVATING RESET DEVICE
The present invention is a battery rescue activating reset device, used for powering a preset battery, the reset device including: a power supplier, a control circuit, an anode connection line, a cathode connection line and a reset connection line. The control circuit includes an electric switch, as a switch for the power supplier to power the battery, when the anode connection line is connected to the anode end of the battery, or the cathode connection line is connected to the cathode end of the battery, then the reset connection line is connected to both the anode end or the cathode end of the battery, and when the anode connection line is not connected to the anode end of the battery, or the cathode connection line is not connected to the cathode end of the battery, then meanwhile the reset connection line is not connected to the anode end or the cathode end of the battery, making the electric switch closed.
JUMPER CABLES FOR LITHIUM-BASED STARTER BATTERY
Apparatus for increasing the efficiency of a starter battery for a starter motor of an internal combustion engine in a battery pack arrangement with one or more lithium based cells. The invention includes a solid state switching configuration for high powered battery systems for protecting against over-charging, over-discharging and short circuiting of batteries, especially starter batteries for internal combustion engines, and jumper cables having associated integral control devices, including within the cable housings.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device is provided with built-in battery, a first latch for locking first battery, and a second latch for locking second battery. The electronic device also includes: first switch alternatively selecting a battery for supplying power to the electronic device from first battery and second battery; and second switch for switching on and off the supply of power from built-in battery to the electronic device. The electronic device is additionally provided with a latch opening/closing detector for detecting opening and closing of the first latch and the second latch, battery remaining amount detector for detecting remaining amounts of first battery and second battery, and a power controller for controlling first switch and second switch. The power controller controls first switch and second switch based on detection results of latch opening/closing detector and battery remaining amount detector.

Portable vehicle battery jump start apparatus with safety protection
A handheld device for jump starting a vehicle engine includes a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack (32) and a microcontroller (1). The lithium ion battery is coupled to a power output port of the device through a power switch circuit (15) actuated by the microcontroller. A vehicle battery isolation sensor (12) connected in circuit with positive and negative polarity outputs detects the presence of a vehicle battery (72) connected between the positive and negative polarity outputs. A reverse polarity sensor (10) connected in circuit with the positive and negative polarity outputs detects the polarity of a vehicle battery connected between the positive and negative polarity outputs, such that the microcontroller will enable power to be delivered from the lithium ion power pack to the output port only when a good battery is connected to the output port and only when the battery is connected with proper polarity of positive and negative terminals.
