A service providing device includes a receiver configured to receive utterance content information uttered by a user; a selection unit configured to select a target content device which would accept an order from the user among a plurality of content devices that execute an order acceptance process based on the utterance content information; an inquiry execution unit configured to sequentially execute an inquiry as to whether or not the order from the user is acceptable for the other content devices, in a case where an unacceptance response is received from the target content device, based on the utterance content information uttered to the target content device which has been received together with the unacceptance response; and a switching unit configured to reset the content device that transmits an acceptance response as the target content device in a case where the acceptance response is received.

During a voice conversation, conversationally continuous voice input may be received from at least a first participant of the voice conversation. During the voice conversation, the conversationally continuous voice input may be converted into text, and the text may be analyzed to characterize content thereof. Using a graphical user interface displayed to at least a second participant of the voice conversation, a voice content animation may be rendered that visually represents the characterized content and is repeatedly updated as new content is characterized during the voice conversation.

Systems and methods for real-time transcription of an audio signal into texts are disclosed, wherein the audio signal contains a first speech signal and a second speech signal. The method may include establishing a session for receiving the audio signal, receiving the first speech signal through the established session, segmenting the first speech signal into a first set of speech segments, transcribing the first set of speech segments into a first set of texts, and receiving the second speech signal while the first set of speech segments are being transcribed.

Methods and systems are disclosed for enabling the generation of a token corresponding to a tone generated by a telephony system, comprising receiving one or more dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones generated by a telephony system, generating a token based on the one or more DTMF tones; and transmitting the generated token to a merchant system.

The present publication discloses a method and system for sending messages in a telecommunications network. In the method, a first text-form message is sent to a user of the service, a reply to the first text-form message is received from the user of the service to an address defined in the previous message, if the reply is of the correct form and content, the desired service is sent to the user of the service. According to the invention, the user of the message service is offered a second service by a message, the information (such as the sending number is text-message traffic) defining the reply address of which differs from that of the first message, and the second offer message is sent with a sending delay, which depends of the content or type of the first service.

Typically, the data retrieved from the local network pertains to the current location. The local network can be used to provide wireless service to mobile devices in order to remove them from their carrier network, including providing a local breakout via a Private Branch Exchange (PBX).

A method and system for providing a service session using a call include: initiating a first call between a caller and a callee according to a callee address record; establishing a voice communication session during the call; modifying the caller address record; and initiating a second call between the caller and the callee according to the modified callee address record. A behavior of the second call differs from a behavior of the first call. In one embodiment, the callee address record is modified according to a modification request. In one embodiment, the callee address record includes at least one session initiation entry. The session initiation entry includes a session address attribute with information for establishing the communication session, a session communication method with a protocol used for the communication session, and a session data attribute with data information for sending over the communication session based on the session address attribute.

Methods and arrangements for facilitating offline delivery of content available in voice applications. User access to a voice application is permitted, and the user is accorded a capability to select content in the voice application for offline delivery. The selected content is stored in a holding arrangement, and the selected content is availed for delivery to the user.
