Wireless device capability information
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A base station and wireless device may communicate capability information associated with a wireless device. The capability information may include information indicating support for an Ethernet type packet data unit session or header parameter compression. An Ethernet type packet data unit session may be instantiated based on the capability information.
Techniques to extend a multiple access session and access traffic steering, switching, and splitting low-layer (ATSSS-LL) policies to an enterprise network
Presented herein are techniques to facilitate extending a multiple access Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session and Access Traffic Steering, Switching, and Splitting Low-Layer (ATSSS-LL) policies to an enterprise network. In one example, a method may include obtaining a request for an ATSSS-LL policy for a user equipment (UE) for establishing a multiple access protocol data unit session for the UE via a wireless wide area access network for an enterprise network; and providing to the UE one or more ATSSS-LL rules for the ATSSS-LL policy, an Internet Protocol (IP) address for the multiple access protocol data unit session for the UE, and an identifier for the multiple access protocol data unit session for the UE in which the IP address is utilized for a wireless local area access network connection for the UE established via a wireless local area access network of the enterprise network.

Techniques for radio link failure recovery and beam failure recovery on secondary cell group in dormancy state
Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for radio link failure recovery and beam failure recovery on a secondary cell group (SCG) in dormancy state. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may determine the UE has entered a dormant state with respect to the SCG of a secondary node (SN) having a primary SCG cell (PSCell). The UE may monitor the PSCell to detect a beam failure or a radio link failure while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. The UE may transmit, to the SN, a report based on the beam failure or the radio link failure on the PSCell being detected.
Beam configuration management service
A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which beam configuration management service is provided. A network device of a wireless access network provides the service that includes identifying redundant configurations across carriers associated with a cell group, and links the common beam configurations to these carriers. The service also includes identifying any difference in beam configurations relative to the common beam configurations for a carrier. The service may transmit this beam configuration information in a control plane message to an end device. The end device may use the beam configuration information.
Method and apparatus for handling sidelink reception in a wireless communication system
A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), if sidelink packet duplication is configured or enabled for a Sidelink Radio Bearer (SLRB), a first Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) Protocol Data Unit (PDU), corresponding to a first PDCP Service Data Unit (SDU), and a duplicate of the first PDCP PDU, are transmitted. A first PDCP Sequence Number (SN) of the first PDCP PDU is set based upon one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB. If the sidelink packet duplication is de-configured or disabled for the SLRB, a second PDCP PDU, corresponding to a second PDCP SDU, is transmitted. Noduplicate of the second PDCP PDU is transmitted. A second PDCP SN of the second PDCP PDU is set based upon the one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB.

QOS FLOW CONFIGURATION FOR USER EQUIPMENT TO USER EQUIPMENT COMMUNICATIONS
In some example embodiment, there may be provided an apparatus configured to at least receive or generate an indication indicative of two flows including a first flow and a second flow, the two flows carrying data from a first user equipment via a cellular network to a second user equipment. Related system, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
Joint-Processing of Random Access Channel Communications
Techniques and apparatuses are described for joint-processing of random access channel communications to improve the reliability and/or the geographic range of a random access procedure for a user equipment. Joint-processing, including joint-transmission and/or joint-reception, by a user equipment-coordination set on behalf of a single user equipment, or by an Active Coordination Set of base stations with the single user equipment, can improve the link budget of Random Access Channel communications and facilitate network access for a user equipment at a greater distance from a base station or in the face of challenging channel conditions.
