SPIRALLY WOUND ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY, BATTERY CELL, BATTERY AND ELECTRIC APPARATUS
Disclosed are a wound electrode assembly, and a method and manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the wound electrode assembly. The wound electrode assembly includes an electrode sheet. The electrode sheet includes a winding ending section, the winding ending section is provided with a plurality of first tabs, the plurality of first tabs are laminated, and among the two adjacent first tabs, a width of the first tab close to a winding center of the wound electrode assembly is greater than a width of the first tab away from the winding center. Among the two adjacent first tabs, a width of the first tab close to the winding center is greater than a width of the first tab away from the winding center. After the winding ending section is wound, the amount of misalignment between the two adjacent first tabs is reduced.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE
A method of manufacturing an electrode, the electrode including a coated portion coated with an electrode active material and an electrode tab protruding from the coated portion, the method including setting a region of the non-coated portion at a center of foil based on a longitudinal direction of the foil so that the region of the non-coated portion corresponds to a protruding length of the electrode tab, forming a pair of coated portions at two opposite sides of the non-coated portion by applying the electrode active material so that the pair of coated portions is symmetrically disposed at the two opposite sides based on the non-coated portion, and forming an electrode tab with a preset pattern by processing the non-coated portion by using a cutting unit.

BATTERY
In one embodiment, a battery includes an exterior unit, an electrode group, an electrode terminal, tab bundles and a lead. The electrode group is housed in an interior cavity of the exterior unit, and the electrode terminal is exposed to an outside. Current collecting tabs are stacked in the thickness direction of the electrode group in each of the tab bundles having the same polarity. The tab bundles protrude from the electrode group to the same side in the length direction of the electrode group. The lead establishes an electric connection between the respective tab bundles and the electrode terminal. The tab bundles are bonded to the lead at positions deviated from one another in the thickness direction, and are mounted on the lead from the same side in the thickness direction.
