Method for assembling an angled plug connector
A method for assembling an angled plug connector with a plug connector housing, which has a through channel preferably angled at a right angle in order to receive conductor components extending at an angle relative to one another, wherein a first conductor component introduced from one side (X) into the through channel in the interior of the through channel is connected by non-positive and/or by positive engagement to a second conductor component introduced from the other side (Y) into the through channel. Additionally, an assembly unit for carrying out the method is presented.
CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
The connector includes a sheet member having flexibility and insulating property, and including a fitting portion to be fitted to a counter connector and a mounting portion to be mounted on a mounting object, a flexible conductor disposed at least on a top surface of the sheet member, and a contact member and a positioning member disposed in the fitting portion of the sheet member, and the flexible conductor includes a first connection portion disposed in the fitting portion of the sheet member and electrically connected to the contact member, a second connection portion disposed in the mounting portion of the sheet member and to be electrically connected to the wiring portion of the mounting object, and a joint portion joining the first connection portion and the second connection portion to each other.

Terminal and wire with terminal
A terminal 12 to be connected to a front end part of a wire 11 in an extending direction is provided with a terminal body 15 including a wire connecting portion 20 to be connected to the wire 11, and a shell to be externally fit to the wire connecting portion 20. The wire connecting portion 20 includes a sandwiching portion 18A, 18B extending in the extending direction of the wire 11 and configured to sandwich the wire 11. The shell includes a resilient pressurizing portion for resiliently pressurizing the sandwiching portion 18A, 18B toward the wire 11.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector is provided for a wire having a wire end, wherein an uninsulated wire segment extending out of the wire end and an insulated wire segment adjoining the uninsulated wire segment together form an insertion section. The electrical connector comprises a connector body, the connector body having a channel for receiving the insertion section. The connector further comprises an electrical con-nection element, wherein the electrical connection element has a wire contact area, arranged in the channel, for making contact with the uninsulated wire segment and a connection area arranged on the outside of the connector body, wherein the electrical connection element is formed by metallization, in particular a partial metallization, of the connector body. The electrical connector further comprises a cover element, the cover element having a clamping structure.
