Universal linear edge connector
An apparatus comprises a cable connector including: a first connector body portion including a first plurality of electrical contacts arranged to contact electrical contacts of a first surface of an edge connector substrate; a second connector body portion separate from the first connector body portion and including a second plurality of electrical contacts arranged to oppose the first plurality of electrical contacts of the first connector body portion and to contact electrical contacts of a second surface of the edge connector substrate, wherein the first and second plurality of electrical contacts are electrically coupled to one or more cables; and a joining mechanism configured to join the first connector body portion and the second connector body portion together and to apply a bias force to the edge connector substrate when the edge connector substrate is arranged between the first connector body portion and the second connector body portion.
DEVICE FOR CONNECTING A TERMINAL OF A BATTERY MODULE TO AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR
A device for connecting a U-shaped terminal of a battery module to an electrical conductor includes a longitudinal insulation body having at least one housing for receiving the terminal; a flexible electrical conductor disposed in the longitudinal insulation body, the electrical conductor comprising a pair of flexible contact blades configured to be arranged in the terminal and to make contact with an inner contact surface of the terminal. The device further includes at least one connecting element configured to be inserted in the connection position into the housing and between the flexible blades of the at least one pair of flexible contact blades to keep them pressed against the inner contact surface of the terminal.
Conductor terminal
A conductor terminal with an insulating housing that has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact pin insertion opening for inserting a contact pin, with a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg with a clamping edge oriented so as to rest against the electrical conductor to be clamped, has a spring bend, and has a support leg, wherein the conductor insertion opening leads to the clamping edge in order to guide the electrical conductor to a clamping point formed by the clamping edge, and wherein the contact pin insertion opening extends into the interior of the insulating housing in the opposite direction to the conductor insertion opening and leads to the support leg in order to guide the contact pin for clamping to the support leg.
DEVICE FOR CONNECTING A TERMINAL OF A BATTERY MODULE TO AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR
A device for connecting a terminal of a battery module to an electrical conductor comprises a longitudinal insulation body having at least one housing for receiving the terminal, and an electrical conductor arranged in the longitudinal insulation body. The connection device further comprises a connection arrangement including an electrical connector configured to be inserted into the housing and to make electrical contact between the terminal and the electrical conductor in order to electrically connect them, and a latch. A visual lock indicator is disposed on the longitudinal insulation body so as to be at least partially concealed by the latch in a first latch position and to be fully exposed in a second latch position.
CONDUCTOR TERMINAL
A conductor terminal with an insulating housing that has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact pin insertion opening for inserting a contact pin, with a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg with a clamping edge oriented so as to rest against the electrical conductor to be clamped, has a spring bend, and has a support leg, wherein the conductor insertion opening leads to the clamping edge in order to guide the electrical conductor to a clamping point formed by the clamping edge, and wherein the contact pin insertion opening extends into the interior of the insulating housing in the opposite direction to the conductor insertion opening and leads to the support leg in order to guide the contact pin for clamping to the support leg.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING AN ANGLED PLUG CONNECTOR
A method for assembling an angled plug connector with a plug connector housing, which has a through channel preferably angled at a right angle in order to receive conductor components extending at an angle relative to one another, wherein a first conductor component introduced from one side (X) into the through channel in the interior of the through channel is connected by non-positive and/or by positive engagement to a second conductor component introduced from the other side (Y) into the through channel. Additionally, an assembly unit for carrying out the method is presented.

An adapter apparatus and method includes using an adapter body defining a socket cavity configured to receive a packaged device and a torque applicator configured to apply an axial force. A bearing structure positioned between the torque applicator and a packaged device may be used to transfer a force (e.g., an axial force) applied using the torque applicator to the packaged device.
Socket for electric component
A socket for an electric component includes a socket body in which a contact pin is provided in a housing part and a cover member provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the socket body. The cover member has a cover member body and a heat slug in contact with an electric component. The heat slug is configured so as to move downward and press the electric component by being pressed from above by a cooling head in a state in which the cover member is closed. In a state in which the electric component is housed in the housing part, a restricting mechanism allows the downward movement of the heat slug, whereas in a state in which the electric component is not housed in the housing part, the restricting mechanism prevents the downward movement of the heat slug.
