PLUG CONNECTOR WITH IMPROVED INSERTION RELIABILITY
A plug connector includes a housing, a built-in circuit board partially located in the housing, and a cable electrically connected to the built-in circuit board. The housing includes a mating surface. The built-in circuit board includes a tongue plate and a number of conductive pads provided on the tongue plate. The housing includes an extension plate extending along a mating direction of the plug connector. The tongue plate and the extension plate protrude beyond the mating surface along the mating direction. The extension plate further protrudes beyond the tongue plate along the mating direction. Two lateral sides of the plug connector also respectively include slots extending through the mating surface. As a result, the insertion reliability of the plug connector of the present disclosure is improved.
EJECTOR FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING CONNECTORS
An ejector for electric vehicle charging connectors is provided. An ejector can be configured to be secured on the inside of the charging port of an EV and to automatically eject or push the charging connector from the charging port. The ejector may include a pusher assembly that selectively extends through an opening in a housing forming the socket of the charging port. The ejector may also include a driver assembly that forces the pusher assembly through the opening to eject the charging connector while allowing the pusher assembly to be freely withdrawn when the charging connector is inserted.
MOVING PART CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LOOSENING A MECHANICAL PART
A moving part control system for a vehicle configured to cause a movement of a mechanical part for loosening the mechanical part from a stuck state to a loose state. The moving part control system includes an electrically controlled actuator device configured to cause a movement of the mechanical part, a processing circuitry configured to be operatively connected to the electrically controlled actuator device and configured to determine an amplitude and/or a frequency of an oscillating movement of the electrically controlled actuator device to determine if the mechanical part is in a stuck state or a loose state.
PULL STRAP CONNECTOR AND ASSEMBLY THEREOF WITH IMPROVED LOCKING FEATURES
A pull strap connector includes an insulating housing, a number of conductive terminals, a movable element, an elastic member, and a pull strap. The insulating housing includes a main body and a tongue plate. The main body includes a first end wall and a second end wall. The movable element includes at least one first locking protrusion protruding forwardly from the first end wall for engaging with a first locking hole of a mating connector. The movable element includes at least one ejector rod. The movable element includes at least one second locking protrusion on a rear end of the ejector rod. The second locking protrusion protrudes forwardly towards the second end wall for engaging with a second locking hole of the mating connector. The pull strap is configured to drive the movable element to overcome the elastic member so that the movable element moves along a front-back direction.
PLUG CONNECTION, PLUG CONNECTOR, LATCHING MEANS, AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE LATCHING MEANS
An electrical and/or optical plug connection has a first plug connector and a second plug connector which can be fit to the first plug connector and which corresponds to the first plug connector. The first and second plug connectors each have a plug face which has a first sheet metal contact and a corresponding second sheet metal contact which can be fit together in an electrically contacting manner. The plug connectors further include first and second optical and/or electrical plug contacts which are fit together and which arranged with spacing from the first and second sheet metal contacts. A latching hook having a latching hook and latching arm is provided on the first plug connector and a corresponding latching recess having a latching edge is provided on the second plug connector. A hook portion (1 of the latching hook is connected to the latching arm via a bending line which deviates from a straight line and has a raised 3D shaped surface region with at least one open side.

Unlocking aid
An unlocking aid for simplifying a process of releasing an electrical connector from a mating electrical connector is disclosed. The electrical connector comprises at least one locking mechanism, at least one housing element and at least one cable connection. The unlocking aid is brought into engagement with the locking mechanism of the electrical connector from outside the electrical connector and, by means of a connecting element, leads a gripping region to a position substantially behind the cable connection in order to release the locking mechanism.
UNLOCKING KEY FOR PORT LOCK OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An unlocking key for a port lock of an electronic device for unlocking and separating, from a port of the electronic device, a blocking module which is inserted and coupled to the port of the electronic device and has a key recess in which a pattern part and a latch key holding recess are formed on different inner surfaces of the key recess, includes a main body casing, a movable housing installed to protrude from a front end of the main body casing, a pattern key which is fixedly installed to protrude from a front end of the movable housing, a latch key which protrudes from the front end of the movable housing, and a manipulation part which is movably installed in the main body casing and controls reciprocating of the movable housing and opening and closing of the latch key.
