10454336 · 2019-10-22 · ·

A rotor applicable to a vacuum cleaner motor includes a rotating shaft, a rotor magnetic steel, a load blade, two bearings between the rotor magnetic steel and the load blade, and a pre-tightening spring for providing precompressions to the bearings at two sides. The bearings are arranged between the load blade and the rotor magnetic steel, so that the motor structure is simplified, the overall size of the motor is reduced, and the machining and manufacturing of the vacuum cleaner motor are facilitated. As the pre-tightening spring is arranged between the two bearings, the bearings are close to the load blade as much as possible under the effect of pre-tightening force.

A drive unit for a hybrid module includes a housing assembly and an electric motor including a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixed to the housing assembly. The drive unit further includes an assembly configured for rotatably connecting the rotor to an internal combustion engine. The assembly includes a shaft configured for connecting to the internal combustion engine, a rear bearing on the shaft and a bearing housing on an outer race of the rear bearing. The bearing housing axially abuts the rear bearing so the rear bearing limits rearward axial movement of the bearing housing.

Electric motor

According to one embodiment, an electric motor includes a rotor supporter which is movable in an axial direction of a central axis of a rotor shaft with respect to a case, and a support member receiver attached to at least one of the rotor shaft and the rotor core so that the rotor supporter is able to come into contact therewith and be separated therefrom, and able to fix the rotor shaft and the rotor core to the rotor supporter when the rotor supporter is in contact therewith.

Base unit, spindle motor, and disk drive apparatus

Provided is a base unit for use in a disk drive apparatus including a motor arranged to be capable of rotating about a central axis extending in a vertical direction. The base unit includes a base member arranged to extend radially to support the motor, and including a predetermined adhesion region and an outside region outside of the adhesion region; and a connector electrically connected to a wire arranged on the base member. The connector is adhered to the base member through an adhesive at the adhesion region of the base member. A wettability of the adhesive on the adhesion region is higher than a wettability of the adhesive on the outside region of the base member.

Bearing device and brushless motor

A washer member 22a and a seal member 41a are disposed in a mutually non-contacting state in the axial direction. A rotary shaft 11 has an annular groove 11a in the outer circumferential face. A minimum diameter part 11a3 of the annular groove 11a is disposed between the uppermost surface of the washer member 22a and the lowermost surface of the seal member 41a. The upper end of the annular groove 11a is disposed axially below the uppermost surface of the seal member 41a. The outer surface of the seal member 41a and the outer circumferential face of the rotary shaft 11 that faces the seal member 41a in the radial direction are subjected to oil-repellent treatment.

Disconnect bearing and input seal for a variable frequency starter generator

A sealing assembly of an input shaft includes a support structure, a bearing assembly, and an input seal. The input seal including an input seal housing having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is arranged adjacent the bearing assembly. At least one face plate anti-rotation pin is coupled to the input seal housing and positioned adjacent the input shaft. A face plate is positioned adjacent the second portion. The face plate is configured to directly contact the input shaft.
