MOTOR UNIT
A motor assembly includes a housing and a plate-shaped first substrate. The housing houses a motor whose axis of rotation extends in the axial direction. Electronic components are mounted on the first substrate. The housing includes a tubular portion and a side wall portion. The tubular portion extends in the axial direction and accommodates the motor. The side wall portion protrudes from a radial outer surface of the tubular portion in a direction including at least the radially outward direction and the circumferential direction, and extends in the axial direction. An accommodation space to accommodate the electronic components is provided between the tubular portion and the side wall portion as viewed from the axial direction.
MOTOR
The present invention may provide a motor including a shaft, a rotor coupled to the shaft, a stator disposed to correspond to the rotor, a busbar disposed above the stator, a bearing plate disposed above the busbar, and a power terminal unit coupled to the bearing plate and electrically connected to the busbar, wherein the busbar includes a first terminal, the power terminal unit includes a second body and a second terminal disposed on the second body, the bearing plate includes a first hole, and a first end portion of the first terminal, which passes through the first hole and is disposed in the second body, and a second end portion of the second terminal are in contact with each other in the second body.
POWERED GARDEN TOOLS
A motor module (100) for an electrically driven garden tool comprises: a brushless DC motor (102) having a motor drive shaft (104); and a gearbox having an output shaft (108), the gearbox configured to receive the motor drive shaft (104) from the brushless DC motor (102) and drive a rotary element of the electrically driven garden tool with the output shaft (108), wherein the gearbox having a gear reduction ratio of at least 2:1. An electrically driven garden tool comprises: a housing (602) comprising a receptacle for receiving a motor module (100); and a rotary element drivable with an electric motor, the rotary element comprises a receiving element having a keyed interface corresponding to the keyed surface (122) or structure on the output shaft (108) of the motor module (100). A grass compactor (900) comprises: mounting structure to attach the grass compactor (900) to a lawn mower (1000); an inlet (1104) for receiving cut grass from an underside of the lawn mower (1000); a channel (1206) for transporting cut grass from the inlet (1104) to a feed hopper (1400); and a compaction conveyor (1404) configured to receive cut grass from the feed hopper (1400), and to compact and convey cut grass along a length thereof and discharge compacted cut grass from the outlet (1210).
Motor and Electric Appliance
An electric motor and an electrical appliance are provided. The electric motor includes a rotating shaft, a stator, a rotor disposed on the rotating shaft, spaced apart from the stator, and embedded in the stator, a first end cover, and a first bearing. The first bearing includes a first outer ring fixed on the first end cover and insulated from at least part of the first end cover, a first inner ring embedded in the first outer ring, and a first ball disposed between the first outer ring and the first inner ring. The rotating shaft is fixed on the first inner ring and rotationally supported on the first end cover. The part of the first end cover that is insulated from the first outer ring is short-circuited with a stator core of the stator and is grounded.
HOLLOW SHAFT MOTOR
A hollow shaft motor includes: a motor housing 11 having a cylindrical shape; a housing cover assembly 12 coupled to an upper portion of the motor housing 11; a rear cover 15 coupled to a lower portion of the motor housing 11; a stator assembly 20 located in the motor housing 11 and in a lower portion of the housing cover assembly 12; and a rotor assembly 30 located in the stator assembly 20 to rotate.
MOTOR
In a motor, a stator includes: a stator core having slots arranged in a circumferential direction; and conductor connection bodies with conductors connected in series and inserted into the slots. A conductor connection body includes: a first portion wave-wound toward one side in the circumferential direction from a first end to a second end; a second portion wave-wound toward the one side in the circumferential direction from a third end to a fourth end; and a folded portion connecting the first and second portions. The first and third ends protrude in an axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction, and the second and fourth ends protrude in the axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction. The conductors include a folded conductor that forms a folded portion connecting the second end of the first portion and the fourth end of the second portion.
ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
A brushless motor is at least partially located in a hermetically sealed space. An electric work machine includes a brushless motor, an output unit, a motor case, a lead wire, and a first seal. The brushless motor includes a stator, a rotor rotatable with respect to the stator, and a rotor shaft fixed to the rotor. The output unit is drivable by the rotor shaft. The motor case includes an internal space and a wiring passage. The internal space accommodates the stator and the rotor. The lead wire is located in the wiring passage connecting the internal space and an external space of the motor case. The first seal seals between the lead wire and the motor case.
ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
An electric work machine is drivable appropriately when a brushless motor generates heat. The electric work machine includes a brushless motor including a stator, a rotor rotatable with respect to the stator, and a rotor shaft fixed to the rotor, an output unit drivable by the rotor shaft, a motor case accommodating the stator and the rotor, and a cooling fan located outside the motor case and rotatable by the rotor shaft.
SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH COIL ASSEMBLIES AND INTERNAL RADIAL MAGNETIC ELEMENTS
One variation of a system for an electric motor includes a rotor including magnetic elements within a body. The system also includes a stator including coil assemblies arranged about the rotor. Each coil assembly includes an outer hook element and an inner hook element. The outer hook element extends across a first axial face and an outer radial surface of the rotor. The inner hook element: extends across a second axial face of the rotor; extends partially across the inner radial surface of the rotor; and is coupled to the outer hook element to define a throat configured to locate the rotor within the coil assembly. The system includes a shaft coupled to the inner radial surface of the rotor. Furthermore, the system includes a controller configured to drive current through the coil assemblies to generate a toroidal magnetic field configured to couple the magnetic elements to rotate the rotor.
Instrument drive units
An integrated circuit includes a nexus and a first, a second, a third, and a fourth circuit board. Each of the first and second circuit boards is coupled to opposing sides of the nexus, and each of the third and fourth circuit boards is coupled to opposing sides of the second circuit board. The integrated circuit is transitionable between a first, open configuration, in which the first, second, third and fourth circuit boards and the nexus are substantially coplanar, and a second configuration, in which the first, second, third and fourth circuit boards and the nexus are coupled to one another to define a cavity therein.
