Each of the plurality of cells includes at least two main resonant elements and a parasitic resonant element coupled to the at least two main resonant elements. The parasitic resonant element is configured to adjust a resonant frequency of the parasitic resonant element and adjust a reflection phase of a surface of the reflect array by adjusting a resonant frequency of the at least two main resonant elements each adjacent to the parasitic resonant element, to which the parasitic resonant element is coupled.

In some aspects, a controller of a reconfigurable reflective surface may receive or determine configuration information for a set of reflective elements of the reconfigurable reflective surface, wherein the configuration information indicates a set of reflective matrices associated with indicating reconfigurable reflective surface information to a user equipment (UE), wherein the configuration information indicates the UE, and wherein the configuration information is associated with reflecting a signal in a sub-band, of multiple sub-bands, of a base station. The controller may configure the set of reflective elements to indicate the reconfigurable reflective surface information via the signal as reflected by the reconfigurable reflective surface. The control device acquires information on a first magnetic field detected by the magnetic sensor from the terminal device, when the electromagnet is off. The control device acquires information on a second magnetic field detected by the magnetic sensor from the terminal device, when the electromagnet is on. The control device estimates a direction from the wireless communication device to the terminal device based on a difference between the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field.
