LED DISPLAY UNIT GROUP AND DISPLAY PANEL
Provided are a LED display unit group and a display panel. The LED display unit group includes a circuit board and pixel units arranged in an array of m rows and n columns on the circuit board. The circuit board includes N metal line layers stacked in sequence and an insulating plate located between adjacent metal line layers. The N metal line layers are electrically connected through a conductive via on the insulating plate, where N≥2. Each pixel unit includes at least two LED light-emitting chips with different light-emitting colors, where m≥2, n≥2. The first metal line layer includes m common A-electrode pads, multiple A-electrode pads and multiple B-electrode pads.
Manufacturing apparatus for display device and method of using the same
A manufacturing method of a display device includes: loading, on a stage, a panel assembly including: a display panel drivable to display an image, and first and second printed circuit boards attached to the display panel, end portions of the first and second printed circuit boards overlapping each other; providing a jet of air to the overlapping end portion of the second printed circuit board to raise the overlapping end portion away from and expose the end portion of the first printed circuit board; fixing the raised end portion away from the exposed end portion of the first printed circuit board; pre-processing the exposed end portion of the first printed circuit board; and aligning a distal end of the pre-processed end portion of the first printed circuit board and a distal end of the end portion of the second printed circuit board.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a display device includes a display panel including a first substrate, and a wiring board mounted on a mounting portion of the first substrate. The display panel includes a first terminal and a second terminal located in the mounting portion, a first alignment mark located in the mounting portion and located between the first terminal and the second terminal, a first wiring line connected to the first terminal, and a second wiring line connected to the second terminal. The wiring board includes a first connection wiring line connected to the first terminal, a second connection wiring line connected to the second terminal, and a second alignment mark located between the first connection wiring line and the second connection wiring line.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND FILM PACKAGE
A display device is provided and includes a display panel including a display area that displays an image and a pad area disposed at least at a side of the display area, and a flexible circuit film electrically connected to the pad area. The flexible circuit film includes connection pads, a first measurement pad, and a second measurement pad. The connection pads are arrayed in a first direction and inclined with respect to a reference line extending in a second direction different from the first direction, the first measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a first side of the connection pads, and the second measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a second side of the connection pads. The connection pads are between the first measurement pad and the second measurement pad.
Electronic module
The present invention relates to an electronic module. In particular, to an electronic module which includes one or more components embedded in an installation base. The electronic module can be a module like a circuit board, which includes several components, which are connected to each other electrically, through conducting structures manufactured in the module. The components can be passive components, microcircuits, semiconductor components, or other similar components. Components that are typically connected to a circuit board form one group of components. Another important group of components are components that are typically packaged for connection to a circuit board. The electronic modules to which the invention relates can, of course, also include other types of components.
BONDING DEVICE
A bonding device includes a stage supporting a display panel including a first area through which a pad is exposed, a sensor disposed on the stage and facing the first area, and a handler disposing a circuit board on the first area. The handler includes a body supporting the circuit board and a rod connected to the body and selectively in contact with a second area of the circuit board overlapping the first area.

A method of fabricating a display device may include disposing a display panel on a stage to be parallel to an XZ-plane defined by a horizontal X-axis and a vertical Z-axis, measuring a height of a first side surface of the display panel in a direction of the Z-axis, rotating the stage such that the first side surface is parallel to a reference horizontal line in case that a result of the measured height indicates that the first side surface includes an inclined surface, moving the display panel in a direction of the Z-axis such that a first pad disposed on the first side surface overlaps the reference horizontal line, and bonding a second pad of a printed circuit board with the first pad.
Alignment method, method for connecting electronic component, method for manufacturing connection body, connection body and anisotropic conductive film
An alignment mark at a position that overlaps an area in which an anisotropic conductive film is pasted, and to accurately perform alignment using an image captured by a camera. An alignment method in which an electronic component is mounted on the obverse surface of a transparent substrate with a conductive adhesive agent interposed therebetween, a substrate-side alignment mark and a component-side alignment mark are adjusted from the captured image, and the position at which the electronic component is mounted on the transparent substrate is aligned, wherein in the conductive adhesive agent, conductive particles are in a regular arrangement as viewed from a planar perspective, and in the captured image, the outside edges of the alignment marks exposed between the conductive particles are intermittently visible as line segments (S) along the imaginary line segments of the outside edges of the alignment mark.
WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD
A wiring circuit board includes an insulating layer, a wire embedded in the insulating layer, and an alignment mark electrically independent from the wire and disposed in the insulating layer so as to allow a one-side surface in a thickness direction of the alignment mark to be exposed from the insulating layer. A peripheral portion of the alignment mark consists of only the insulating layer and has a thickness of 30 μm or less.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COATING A SUBSTRATE
A system and method for applying a coating to a substrate are disclosed. The system includes a coating station for applying a coating material to the substrate, where the coating station has a bottom portion, an oven for curing the coating material on the substrate, where the oven is positioned vertically below the bottom portion, and a first lift for transporting the substrate from the coating station to the oven. The system can also include an inspection station for inspecting the substrate. Each of the separate elements of the coating system, including the coating station, first lift, oven, and inspection station can define self-contained modules.
