Coil component and method of manufacturing the same
A coil component includes: a body including a magnetic material and a coil of which both ends are externally exposed; intermetallic compounds disposed on the exposed both ends of the coil; and external electrodes disposed on the body to cover the intermetallic compounds. The external electrodes include: conductive resin layers disposed on outer surfaces of the body to contact the exposed both ends of the coil and including base resins, a plurality of metal particles disposed in the base resins, and conductive connecting parts surrounding the plurality of metal particles and contacting the intermetallic compounds. The coil component further includes electrode layers disposed on the conductive resin layers and contacting the conductive connecting parts.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SPIRAL-SHAPED BODY WITH A COMPRESSED SPIRAL
A method for producing a spiral-shaped body, in particular an electric coil, made of an electrically conductive material. First, the material is wound about a mandrel in a casting mold in order to form a coil with a plurality of windings, and pressure is then exerted onto the coil in the axial direction of the coil. The pressure leads to a deformation and compression of the cross-section of the individual windings in the axial direction of the coil. By compressing the coil, an optimal use of space is achieved with an electric coil, for example for an electric machine.
Electronic component
An electronic component includes: a multilayer body; an inductor constituted of a plurality of inductor conductor layers and a via hole conductor, the inductor having a helical shape; a first outer electrode provided on a first end surface formed by contiguous outer edges of the insulation layers; and a second outer electrode provided on a second end surface. The plurality of inductor conductor layers have a first inductor conductor layer connected to the first outer electrode, and a second inductor conductor layer adjacent to the first inductor conductor layer on another side in the lamination direction. The via hole conductor connecting the first inductor conductor layer and the second inductor conductor layer is provided closer to the first outer electrode than the second outer electrode, and when viewed in plan view from a normal direction of the first end surface, does not overlap with the first outer electrode.
CHIP INDUCTOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A chip inductor includes a sealing body having a mounting surface and a coil conductor sealed in an interior of the sealing body, wherein the coil conductor includes a first coil end exposed from the mounting surface of the sealing body, a second coil end exposed from the mounting surface of the sealing body, and a spiral portion of spiral form connected to the first coil end and the second coil end and routed along a normal direction of the mounting surface of the sealing body from the first coil end and the second coil end.
Magnetic coupling coil component
A coil component according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a first insulator body containing first filler particles at least partially having electrical conductivity; a second insulator body containing second filler particles at least partially having electrical conductivity; a first coil conductor provided in the first insulator body and wound around a coil axis for N1 turns such that intervals between adjacent turns are g1; and a second coil conductor provided in the second insulator body and wound around the coil axis for N2 turns such that intervals between adjacent turns are g2. In the embodiment, a first coil surface of the first coil conductor faces a second coil surface of the second coil conductor, and a distance T between the first coil surface and the second coil surface satisfies a relationship T≥g1×N1+g2×N2.
Inductor component
An inductor component comprising a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer containing a resin, a substrate of a sintered body having a first principal surface in close contact with the first magnetic layer and a second principal surface above which the second magnetic layer is disposed, and a spiral wiring disposed between the second magnetic layer and the substrate.

A primary coil suitable for use in a transformer includes a primary winding bobbin onto which a layer of a primary winding and at least one layer, which includes a fixed number of 1 to 3 layers, of an interlayer insulation material are wound alternately, wherein the interlayer insulation material and the primary winding are impregnated with an epoxy, and wherein the interlayer insulation material is a nonwoven material or a crepe paper.
Coil component and manufacturing method for the same
A coil component includes a multilayer body in which a plurality of resin insulation layers is laminated, a spiral-shaped coil conductor layer disposed on main surface of one of the resin insulation layers, and a close contact layer disposed at interfaces between two of the resin insulation layers and not connected to the coil conductor layer. The close contact layer contains a metal having desired adhesion to the resin insulation layers.
