Battery terminal connector
A battery terminal connector includes a clamp with extended arms to engage with varying size of terminal post of a battery. A connector extending from the clamp has either a protruded or hollow end depending on whether the clamp is engaged with a positive or negative terminal. A cable connecting a terminal of an external device is shaped to accommodate the connector to supply current to the external device from the battery. The battery terminal connector providing a connecting and cable shaped differently depending on whether it is connected to a positive or negative terminal post of the battery reduces accidents caused by mistakenly cross connecting a positive terminal of the battery to a negative terminal of the external device, and vice versa.
Connector Assembly, Battery Pole Terminal and Battery Sensor
The disclosure relates to a connector assembly for a battery sensor or a battery pole terminal with a connector segment for making contact with the battery sensor or the battery pole terminal. The connector segment includes a fastening element and a contact bolt. The contact bolt includes a socket for the fastening element and can be mounted at the fastening element. The contact bolt includes a contact surface which, when the contact bolt is in the mounted state at the fastening element, lies at the connector segment, and provides an electrical contact between the contact bolt and the connector segment. The disclosure further relates to a battery pole terminal and to a battery sensor having such a connector assembly.
WIRING MODULE
A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power elements which store or generate power includes a bus bar connecting the power elements to each other or connecting the power element and a load to each other, an abnormality detection element detecting an abnormality of the power element, and an insulating protector holding the bus bar and the abnormality detection element. The insulating protector is integrally provided with a first holding shaft portion and a second holding shaft portion which position and hold the bus bar by fitting the bus bar there onto, and an element holding portion which position and hold the abnormality detection element by fitting the abnormality detection element there into.
Automotive battery booster cable battery clamp
An automotive battery clamp that attaches to the terminals of a battery includes: a clamp housing; two terminal contacts extending from the clamp housing and in contact with the battery terminals; either electrical contact pads secured in two electrical contact openings in a surface of the clamp housing or electrical prongs secured in the clamp housing; two conductive lines inside the clamp housing, each conductive line electrically connecting a terminal contact with either an electrical contact pad or an electrical prong; whereby a source of charging current can be applied to the automotive battery terminals via either the electrical contact openings or the electrical prongs.
Battery
A battery, for example, a rechargeable battery (e.g. lithium ion battery) having a casing with battery terminals. The casing, for example, includes an upper section, middle section, and lower section connected together. The battery can be connected to one or more battery trays having the same height or different heights for various applications.
Battery sensor device
A battery sensor device includes; a bus bar having a resistor and disposed in a power supply path from a battery; a sensor substrate configured to detect current flowing through the resistor; an output end configured to externally output a signal based on current detected by the sensor substrate; and a battery terminal unit configured to electrically couple the bus bar and the battery. A sensor unit including the bus bar and the output end is separate from the battery terminal unit. The sensor unit has a structure capable of being fixed onto the battery terminal unit in two modes in a reverse relation in a plane.
BATTERY
A battery, for example, a rechargeable battery (e.g. lithium ion battery) having a casing with battery terminals. The casing, for example, includes an upper section, middle section, and lower section connected together. The battery can be connected to one or more battery trays having the same height or different heights for various applications.
Cover for a housing, battery sensor and method for producing a battery sensor
A cover for a housing including a number of press-fit pins which have at least two different press-fit zones. A battery sensor including a cover of this kind, and a method for producing a battery sensor are also disclosed.
Battery terminal
A battery terminal includes: a main body unit; a penetration member that is arranged in a manner extending from an end side of the main body unit to the other end side of the main body unit across slits along a tightening direction Y, includes an abutting portion formed in the end side, and has a threaded hole and a taper forming end portion provided with first tapered surfaces formed in the other end side; a fastening member threadedly engaged with the threaded hole; and a pressing force converting member that converts fastening force in an axial direction X generated between the fastening member and the penetration member with rotation of the fastening member around the axial direction X into pressing force in the tightening direction Y pressing the main body unit between the abutting portion and the pressing force converting member along the tightening direction Y.
Conductive connection structure, multifunctional high-voltage connector and battery product
The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.
