LINE GUIDING DEVICE FOR HANGING APPLICATIONS, PARTICULARLY AS A SERVICE LOOP FOR A DRILLING RIG
A line routing device for guiding a plurality of lines, such as cables, hoses, or the like, particularly for hanging applications, such as supplying a vertically traveling power head of a drill. The line routing device has a flexible carrying strand and a plurality of guide bodies arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the carrying strand. According to the invention, adjacent guide bodies can be deflected spatially toward each other and each guide body has a central part having a center axis, which extends coaxially to the carrying strand, and an outer part having at least one circumferential element. The outer part delimits a receiving region, which is open in the axial direction, for the lines, radially to the outside.
WIRE BRACE
A wire brace including two interconnected arms identical to each other, each having a first end having a first connection member, a second end opposed to the first end and having a second connection member complementary to the first connection member, and an engagement portion intermediate the first and second ends and including at least one tie member configured to surround and engage a wire. Also, a wire brace having first and second arms each with an engagement portion configured to be secured to a wire, and an end including a connection member. The connection members are removably engageable to each other in at least first and second alternate configurations; in the first configuration, the arms maintain a relative orientation at a first angle from each other, and in the second configuration, the arms maintain a relative orientation at a second angle different from the first angle.
WIRE GUIDE DEVICE
A wire guide body includes: a vehicle body-side guide portion having a configuration in which a plurality of vehicle body-side link members are coupled so as to form a string and to be capable of being curved as seen in a plan view, the vehicle body-side guide portion being coupled to a vehicle body-side bracket; a door-side guide portion having a configuration in which a plurality of door-side link members are coupled so as to form a string and to be capable of being curved as seen in a plan view, the door-side guide portion being coupled to a door-side bracket; and a relay link member including a vehicle body-side coupling portion that is coupled to the vehicle body-side guide portion, and a door-side coupling portion that is disposed at a position lower than the vehicle body-side coupling portion and that is coupled to the door-side guide portion.
System and Method for Automated Conductive Charging of an Electric Vehicle
A charging station for automatically conductively charging an electric vehicle having an underbody receptacle cavity is provided. When charging, the charging station and the electric vehicle may spaced apart by a linear distance. Other alignment discrepancies may also exist between the electric vehicle and the charging station. To traverse the linear distance and align and insert the plug into the receptacle, the charging station may be capable of moving in multiple translational degrees of freedom.
Tubing structure with magnetic control
A tubing structure includes a first unit, a second unit movably connected to the first unit, and a controller. The first unit includes a first body and at least one first magnetic component disposed inside the first body. The second unit includes a second body movably engaging with the first body and at least one second magnetic component disposed inside the second body and located at a position corresponding to the at least one first magnetic component. The controller is electrically connected to at least one of the at least one first magnetic component and the at least one second magnetic component. The controller selectively controls the at least one first magnetic component and the at least one second magnetic component to magnetically attract or repulse each other to drive the second body to move relative to the first body for inclining the second unit relative to the first unit.
Modular Conduit Cable Management Assembly
A modular conduit cable management assembly is used with tall vertical structures for holding and managing one or more cables, with the assembly having a plurality of conduit members and a plurality of removable closure members. Each conduit member has at least one retaining arm, a plurality of prongs, an anchor, and a core, with each conduit member defining a slot opening, a plurality of apertures, a holding cavity forming a conduit track, and a receiving chamber. Once assembled, one or more cables can be installed within the conduit track, with at least one of the closure members closing the conduit member slot opening. The cables and each conduit track may be accessed at a later time after removing the closure member.
MARKING ON INJECTION MOULDED PARTS FOR ENERGY GUIDING CHAINS
An injection-moulded plastic part for a cable carrier, particularly a side part of a chain link produced in an injection moulding process. The injection moulded part has a visible, identifiable marking on a first side, particularly the outside. The at least one marking comprises a data code marking having a 2D code for data encoding which is introduced into the plastic body directly in the injection moulding process so that said marking is provided on the first side to be machine-readable. The invention likewise relates to a corresponding injection moulding tool having a number of first symbol regions and second symbol regions for producing the data code marking in the injection moulding process.
Cable tube for furniture
The present invention relates to a cable tube (10) for furniture (18). The cable tube is composed of the combination of a foldable and extensible helical cylindrical spring (11), whose coils (13) are applied and constrained to a sleeve (12) made of flexible material, said tube (10) being provided at opposite ends with a ballasted base (15) for resting on the floor, and connection means (17) to said furniture (18).
Retaining device for a flexible line
A retaining device for a flexible line, comprising a first member (100), a second member (200) moveably attachable to the first member, and a guiding means (110, 210) positioned on either or both of the first member (100) and the second member (200). The first member has a first retaining portion (400) positioned on a first retaining surface (100a) of the first member. The second member has a second retaining portion (400) positioned on a second retaining surface (200a) of the second member. The first retaining portion and the second retaining portion are each configured to retain a flexible line, and the guiding means (110, 210) is configured to determine the curvature of the flexible line to inhibit kinking of the flexible line when retained by the first retaining portion (400) and the second retaining portion (400).
Flexible clad protection system
Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a protection device and/or system that may include a thimble capable of being placed over a transmission line, such as an electrical power cord, to provide protection in the form of cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and/or impact resistance. In some embodiments, a plurality of thimbles can be placed over the transmission line to form an overlapping arrangement to protect a desired length of the transmission line. While each thimble may be rigid, semi-rigid, and/or flexible, the arrangement can maintain flexibility to allow for many degrees of movement of the electrical power cord even as it is cladded in the protection system.
