The image processing device includes acquisition means, playing means, changing means, and determination means. The acquisition means acquires a plurality of kinds of sound data indicating sounds different from each other. The playing means plays one kind of sound data from the sound data. The changing means changes the one sound data to another kind of sound data. The determination means determines one kind of sound data from the sound data.

The foreign matter detection signal generation circuit generates a first foreign matter detection signal, based on an analog image signal to be output from a line sensor. In foreign matter detection processing, when a pixel that reads foreign matter continues by a specific first consecutive number or more in a signal based on the analog image signal of each pixel to be output from the line sensor, the foreign matter detection signal generation circuit sets a level of the first foreign matter detection signal to a level indicating the presence of foreign matter.

A transmitting apparatus includes a communication interface that transmits data according to a transmission job, and a controller having one or more processors which executes instructions stored in one or more memories. The controller is configured to set a setting of outputting of a transmission report indicating a transmission result of the transmission job as a device setting of the apparatus, set the setting of outputting of the transmission report as a setting of the transmission job, and set whether or not to accept the setting of outputting of the transmission report of the transmission job as the device setting of the apparatus.
