Systems and methods for providing multiple audio streams in a venue
Methods and systems for providing multiple audio streams, such as, for example, those audio streams that may be available in a public venue, are presented. An example system may include a plurality of audio relay devices and an access device. Each of the audio relay devices may receive an audio signal corresponding to video content being presented by a video presentation device, and transmit a digital audio stream representing the audio signal to the access device. The access device may receive each of the transmitted digital audio streams from the plurality of audio relay devices and transmit wirelessly the received digital audio streams to a mobile communication device.
Secure conferencing device
A secure conferencing device operating in a host or a guest mode. In host mode, the secure conferencing device coupled to an interactive digital signage (IDS) device, grants conference control to a host computer of the IDS device. The secure conferencing device receives a guest control signal and a guest video stream from a guest device, where the secure conferencing device prevents the guest control signal from being communicated to the host computer, yet transmits the guest video stream to the host computer for display on the IDS device. In the guest mode, the secure conferencing device grants conference control to a guest device, enables the guest device to affect a component of the IDS device, but does not enable the guest device to communicate guest control signals to the host computer of the IDS device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATION AND LOGIN PORTABILITY FOR MULTISCREEN DISCOVERY AND LAUNCH OF FIRST SCREEN CONTENT
A device including a communication component, a DIAL protocol component, a video processing component and a PIC verification component. The communication component can wirelessly receive a personal identification code, can communicate with a display and can receive first video content from a content provider. The DIAL protocol component can perform protocols in accordance with a multiscreen discovery and launch of first screen content specification. The video processing component can provide first video data including PIC image data corresponding to a code so as to display the first video data and a PIC image on the display. The PIC verification component can generate a verification signal when the personal identification code corresponds to the PIC image data. The video processing component can further provide the first video content to the display based on the verification signal.
TRACKING ONLINE CONVERSIONS ATTRIBUTABLE TO OFFLINE EVENTS
Systems and methods are provided for determining a quantity of network location visitors that are likely generated or encouraged by specific offline events. A corresponding number of leads may then be attributed to and associated with those specific events. Ongoing conversion activity of those visitors may be tracked and associated with the offline events. Conversions of those visitors may be attributed entirely or partially to one or more specific offline events. The effectiveness of each offline may then be evaluated based on aggregate lead and conversion information.
Display apparatus, control method thereof, and display system
A display apparatus, control method, and system are provided. The display apparatus includes a display; one or more loudspeakers; a signal processor configured to process an image signal so that an image may be displayed on the display and sound may be output from the loudspeaker; a communication interface configured to communicate with one or more external display apparatuses; and a controller configured to transmit sound processed by the signal processor to the one or more loudspeakers in accordance with a preset output designation state, determine a divided and displayed state of an image with respect to the display apparatus and the one or more external display apparatuses, and adjust the output designation state of the sound with respect to the one or more loudspeakers based on the determination.
System and Method for Real-Time Customization and Synchronization of Media Content
A method for customizing media content includes: receiving over a network from a client device controlled by a user, by a server-side computing device, a message or packet comprising stock media content received from a user, the message or packet further comprising customization preferences of the user obtained by the client-side customization application, the customized media content to be played by a client-side playback device in coordination with server-side playback of the stock media content by a server-side playback device; customizing the stock media content, by the server-side computing device, using the customization preferences of the user, so as to create customized media content; and streaming live over the network, by the server-side computing device, to the client device, the customized media content for playback by the client device that is substantially synchronized with playback by the server-side computing device of the stock media content.
Smartphone application-based entertainment light show hardware and software time-based synchronization system that provides a synchronized entertainment light show not requiring real-time internet connection
A smartphone application-based entertainment light show hardware and software timing-based synchronization system is disclosed that provides a synchronized entertainment light show not requiring real-time internet connection.
Pulse-density-modulation pixel control circuits and devices including them
A pulse-density-modulation display and image capture system comprises a display comprising a plurality of pixels. Each pixel comprises a light emitter that controllably emits light at a constant current for a variable amount of time and a control circuit connected to the light emitter to control the light emitter to emit light in response to an input signal specifying the desired luminance of the light emitter. The control circuit converts the input signal to a non-contiguous pulse-density-modulation signal and controls the light emitter to emit light in response to the non-contiguous pulse-density-modulation signal with a temporally variable constant-current control signal. Each pixel emits light responsive to a display timing signal. The pulse-density-modulation display and image capture system also comprises a sampling camera that records the pixels and is responsive to a camera timing signal different from the display timing signal.
Systems and methods for sharing video data via social media
Disclosed are efficient and user-friendly systems or methods configured to capture and share video data in real time, at a later date, or a combination thereof in an authorized manner via social media. In certain aspects, these systems and methods include capturing video, for example, from a “Jumbotron” during a sporting event or other live venue event in an authorized manner (e.g., abiding by applicable copyright laws) and sharing this captured footage with other via social media.
Method and system for transmitting alternative image content of a physical display to different viewers
The present invention relates to a method and a system for transmitting alternative image content of a physical display to different viewers, comprising: generating at least two different sets of image data, each set of image data comprising a sequence of individual images; displaying the images of said at least two sets of image data in a time-sliced multiplexed manner on said physical display; generating at least one video stream of a scene which includes said physical display, said video stream consisting of video frames captured synchronously with the displaying of the images of one of said at least two sets of image data on said physical display; and transmitting said video stream to a sub-set of said viewers, wherein at least one set of image data comprises a sequence of images and inverse images. The present invention also relates to a control interface implementing the claimed method.
