An information processing apparatus according to embodiments includes: a comment acquisition unit for acquiring a comment of a viewer for a program from an external posting site to which a comment, which is feedback on the content of a program, is instantly posted; and a comment displaying unit for displaying the comment acquired by the comment acquisition unit in a live information display area located below an image display screen for displaying an image of the program. The comment displaying unit scroll-displays, in a horizontal direction, a comment acquired by the comment acquisition unit in either a first lane or a second lane of the live information display area.

A system for visualizing data includes storage means, and a video source arranged for dividing first data to be visualized in one or more banner areas in a plurality of chunks and arranged for outputting the plurality of chunks of the first data to be displayed and for outputting second data to be visualized as a background. A display for visualizing the first and second data is adapted for having information scrolling in the banner areas of the display. A scroll engine is arranged for receiving the first and second data from the video source, and for grabbing chunks of the first data of the plurality of chunks and for storing the grabbed chunks in the storage means. The scroll engine comprises multiplexing means for multiplexing the second data with stored chunks of the first data, and is arranged for forwarding the multiplexed first and second data to the display.

OVERLAY DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods according to exemplary embodiments provide for overlaying graphics onto a received video content and generating a composite output. The method for overlaying graphics by a first device on top of a video content includes: receiving the video content; overlaying a first graphics on top of the video content; creating a composite output of the video content and the overlaid first graphics; and transmitting the composite output to a television (TV).

Example embodiments provide a media content news feed identifying one or more media content streams that may be received and displayed. In an example embodiment, media content alert information is received at a media content device that describes at least one of a plurality of media content streams receivable at the media content device via a network. The received media content alert information is processed to generate a content news feed including one or more content news items. The content news feed is presented using the display device. A selection of one of the content news items of the feed is received, with the selected content news item identifying a corresponding media content stream of the plurality of streams. Based on the selected content news item, the corresponding media content stream is processed.

A video aggregation system for providing a user personalized video content from videos available on the Internet generates a selective feed by combining a first feed and a second feed. The video aggregation system receives a search request from an Internet service and transmits a search reply containing a separately resolvable link to a video content object from the selective feed.

In one aspect, a method includes identifying an upcoming content-modification opportunity on a channel, where the upcoming content-modification opportunity relates to a modifiable content-segment transmitted by a content-distribution system on the channel, and where the modifiable content-segment includes an overlay content portion and a non-overlay content portion. The method also includes responsive to identifying the upcoming content-modification opportunity on the channel, identifying a content-presentation device tuned to the channel. The method also includes determining location data associated with the overlay content portion. The method also includes transmitting, to the identified content-presentation device, the determined location data to facilitate the content-presentation device performing a content-modification operation in connection with the identified upcoming content-modification opportunity on the channel, where performing the content-modification operation involves replacing only the non-overlay content portion with supplemental content.

A digital system including virtual seating, includes at least hardware, software, data storage and a network for interconnecting the system. The digital system includes a user device including an application facilitating selection of a virtual seat corresponding to a physical seat at an event venue. The virtual seat has a seat position and a unique perspective relative to the event venue. The user device displays a 360° view of the stadium from the unique perspective relative to the event venue. The user device, after selection of the virtual seat, receives and displays live stream audio and video corresponding to the seat position and unique perspective.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR PRESENTING MULTIMEDIA INFORMATION
A computer-implemented method for broadcasting multimedia information, the method comprising providing written, visual and/or audible information on an electronic device. The method including the steps of selecting, on the electronic device, a setup mode corresponding to a mode allowing a user to configure the program, displaying a request interface for selecting categories associated with one or more available multimedia content elements from a plurality of content sources, selecting at least a first category and sending the selection of categories, and optionally sub-categories, to a multimedia information database. Subsequently, the method requires selecting an information broadcast mode, from several broadcast modes, before validating the end of the setup mode configuration and exiting the setup mode in order to broadcast the information according to the selected broadcast mode.
