Noble metal coated silver nanowires, methods for performing the coating
Metal nanowires with uniform noble metal coatings are described. Two methods, galvanic exchange and direct deposition, are disclosed for the successful formation of the uniform noble metal coatings. Both the galvanic exchange reaction and the direct deposition method benefit from the inclusion of appropriately strong binding ligands to control or mediate the coating process to provide for the formation of a uniform coating. The noble metal coated nanowires are effective for the production of stable transparent conductive films, which may comprise a fused metal nanostructured network.
Through hole filling paste
Through hole filling pastes which include a magnetic powder (A), an epoxy resin (B), and a curing agent (C), in which the magnetic powder (A) is surface-treated with a surface treating agent containing at least one element selected from Si, Al, and Ti, are capable of achieving a cured product excellent in plating adhesion.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD, AND ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD OBTAINED BY SAME
An electronic circuit board manufacturing method according to the present disclosure is a method of manufacturing an electronic circuit board including a substrate and an electronic circuit having a predetermined pattern, the electronic circuit being fixed on the substrate and being made from a nanoink composition containing metal particles. The method includes the steps of: causing a printing plate to hold a nanoink composition containing metal particles, the printing plate including an ink holding part formed on a surface thereof and having a predetermined pattern; bringing a surface of the substrate into intimate contact with the printing plate to transfer the nanoink composition held on the ink holding part onto the substrate; and drying the transferred nanoink composition in an environment of 40° C. or below in the atmosphere to fix the nanoink composition after the transfer step, thereby forming an electronic circuit having a predetermined pattern.
Oxidation-resistant conductive copper paste, method for preparation thereof and method for manufacturing conductive film
The present invention discloses an oxidation-resistant conductive copper past, a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The oxidation-resistant conductive copper paste comprises 70 wt % to 90 wt % of copper particles, a binder, a thixotropic agent and a solvent. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of mixing the binder, the thixotropic agent and ethanol thoroughly to obtain a first mixture; mixing the solvent with the first mixture thoroughly to obtain a second mixture; mixing the copper particles with the second mixture to obtain a conductive copper paste precursor; and removing the ethanol from the conductive copper paste precursor to obtain the oxidation-resistant conductive copper paste. The oxidation-resistant conductive copper paste can be used for manufacturing a conductive film of a circuit board or an electrode of a solar battery by a printing process.
PRINTED CIRCUIT, THIN FILM TRANSISTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A printed circuit, a thin film transistor and manufacturing methods thereof are provided. The printed circuit includes a plurality of metal nanostructures and a metal oxide layer. The metal oxide layer is disposed on a surface of the metal nanostructures and fills a space at an intersection of the metal nanostructures. The metal oxide layer disposed on the surface of the metal nanostructures has a thickness of 0.1 nm to 10 nm.
HEATING ELEMENT INCLUDING CARBON NANOTUBE (CNT) LAYER
Apparatus, materials, and techniques and techniques herein can include providing a deposited layer comprising a composite material including carbon nanotubes (CNTs). According to various examples, the composite can be applied to a substrate such as using a solution containing CNTs and other constituents such as sulfur. The solution can be spray-applied to a substrate, or spin-coated upon a substrate, such as to provide a uniform, conductive, and optically-transparent film layer. In one application, such a film layer can be clad or otherwise assembled in a stack-up including a substrate and cover layer (e.g., glass layers), such as to provide a transparent assembly. Such an assembly can include a portion of a window, such as a windscreen for a vehicle, where the CNT material can provide a conduction medium for Joule heating.
Conductive transparent substrate manufacturing method, and conductive transparent substrate
Provided herein is a method for manufacturing a conductive transparent substrate, the method including forming a plurality of main electrodes on the substrate such that the main electrodes are distanced from one another; and forming a connecting electrode that electrically connects two or more main electrodes such that the plurality of main electrodes are grouped into a plurality of group electrodes that are electrically disconnected from one another, thereby producing a conductive transparent substrate with excellent transmittance in a process of high yield.
SUBSTRATE FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUBSTRATE FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
The substrate for a printed circuit board according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base film having insulating properties, and a metal layer stacked on at least one surface of the base film, in which the base film includes a portion where a transition metal in group 10 of the periodic table is present. The transition metal in group 10 is preferably nickel or palladium. The portion where the transition metal in group 10 is present preferably includes a region having an average thickness of 500 nm and extending from an interface with the metal layer.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A manufacturing apparatus that includes a conveyance device that moves a stage, where an electronic device shaped by multiple layers is placed, in X-axis and Y-axis directions. A first shaping unit, a second shaping unit, and a component mounting unit are arranged within a range in which the stage can move. The manufacturing apparatus performs additive manufacturing of the electronic device on the stage by performing a sequential movement of the stage to respective working positions of different units. As a result, in this manufacturing apparatus, a workpiece on the stage does not have to be removed and repositioned during each work process such as shaping by a first shaping unit, shaping by a second shaping unit, and electronic component mounting by a component mounting unit.
