Through-hole electrode substrate
A method of manufacturing a through-hole electrode substrate includes forming a plurality of through-holes in a substrate, forming a plurality of through-hole electrodes by filling a conductive material into the plurality of through-holes, forming a first insulation layer on one surface of the substrate, forming a plurality of first openings which expose the plurality of through-hole electrodes corresponding to each of the plurality of through-hole electrodes, on the first insulation layer and correcting a position of the plurality of first openings using the relationship between a misalignment amount of a measured distance value of an open position of a leaning through-hole among the plurality of through-holes and of a design distance value of the open position of the leaning through-hole among the plurality of through-holes with respect to a center position of the substrate.

SHIELDED ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PACKAGE
An electronic component package includes a substrate and an electronic component mounted to the substrate, the electronic component including a bond pad. A first antenna terminal is electrically connected to the bond pad, the first antenna terminal being electrically connected to a second antenna terminal of the substrate. A package body encloses the electronic component, the package body having a principal surface. An antenna is formed on the principal surface by applying an electrically conductive coating. An embedded interconnect extends through the package body between the substrate and the principal surface and electrically connects the second antenna terminal to the antenna. Applying an electrically conductive coating to form the antenna is relatively simple thus minimizing the overall package manufacturing cost. Further, the antenna is relatively thin thus minimizing the overall package size.
METHOD OF FORMING A SOLDERABLE SOLDER DEPOSIT ON A CONTACT PAD
A method of forming a solderable solder deposit on a contact pad, comprising the steps of providing an organic, non-conductive substrate which exposes said contact pad under an opening of a first non-conductive resist layer, depositing a conductive layer inside and outside the opening such that an activated surface results, thereby forming an activated opening, electrolytically depositing nickel or nickel alloy into the activated opening such that nickel/nickel alloy is deposited onto the activated surface, electrolytically depositing tin or tin alloy onto the nickel/nickel alloy, with the proviso that the electrolytic deposition of later steps results in an entirely filled activated opening, wherein the entirely filled activated opening is completely filled with said nickel/nickel alloy, or in the entirely filled activated opening the total volume of nickel/nickel alloy is higher than the total volume of tin and tin alloy, based on the total volume of the entirely filled activated opening.

Touch panel and junction structure of touch panel and flexible printed circuit board
A touch panel includes: an adhesive layer formed on a base film; a protective layer formed on the adhesive layer; a touch sensor portion formed on the protective layer; a bonding pad portion comprising a plurality of unit bonding pads formed on the protective layer as electrically connected to the touch sensor portion; and a first insulating layer formed on the protective layer to extend from a unit bonding pad while filling separation regions between the unit bonding pads. Since the deformations in the elements of the touch panel during the process of bonding the touch panel and the flexible printed circuit board are prevented, there are effects that the degradation in the performance of the touch panel is prevented, and the structural stability of the junction structure of the touch panel and the flexible printed circuit board is secured.
Control circuit board and robot control device
A control circuit board includes first and second elements on each surface of a board member. The first and the second elements respectively have first and third edge portions, which are opposite to each other and second and fourth edge portions which are opposite to each other. A plurality of signal input pins are provided to the first edge portion, a plurality of signal output pins are provided to the third edge portion, a plurality of between-element communication input pins are provided to the second edge portion, and a plurality of between-element communication output pins are provided to the fourth edge portion, respectively. A common signal is input to the first and second elements and a communication is performed between the first element and the second element. Loss of control function can be surely prevented while suppressing enlargement of the board and increase of development/production cost.
