A microelectronic device includes a chip housing a functional part and carrying first electrical contact regions in electrical connection with the functional part through first protected connections extending over or in the chip. A substrate has a first contact area and a second contact area, which is remote from the first contact area. The first contact area carries second electrical contact regions, and the second contact area carries external connection regions. The second contact regions and the external connection regions are in mutual electrical connection through second protected connections extending over or in the substrate. A protection-ring structure surrounds the first and second electrical contact regions and delimits a first chamber closed with respect to the outside. The first electrical contact regions and the second electrical contact regions are in mutual electrical contact.
TRIGGER DEVICE
A trigger device includes a circuit board, an arched sheet, and a noise-reducing unit that includes first and second electroconductive sheets respectively connected to first and second nodes of the circuit board. The arched sheet is mounted to the second electroconductive sheet and is pressible from a preset state to a bent state, with the arched sheet being deformed and proximate to the first electroconductive sheet, and further from the bent state to a contact state, with the second electroconductive sheet being compressed and with a central portion of the arched sheet being brought into contact with the first electroconductive sheet to thus electrically connect the first and second nodes.

Each corner retaining feature includes a base being formed of a planar structure and having a base top surface, a support rail extending from a portion of the base top surface and having a support rail top surface, a fastening feature defined by surfaces of the base and support rail and comprising vacant space extending through the base and at least a portion of the support rail, a guide wall extending from a portion of the support rail top surface, a retaining protrusion extending from the guide wall toward a center line of the electronic device fastener, and a stopper positioned beside the base link bar and at back ends of the base, the support rail, the guide wall, and the base link bar.
Circuit board
A circuit board electrically connected to a chip includes a substrate and a circuit layer. A first conductive line of the circuit layer includes a main line and a branch lead connected with each other. The branch lead provided to increase lead quantity for bonding with the chip includes an extension part and a bonding part which is used for bonding a bump of the chip. During thermal compression, gaps existing between the extension part and the main line and between the bonding part and the main line can prevent solder on the main line from flowing toward the bump and overflowing from the branch lead.
