MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH
Provided is a multifunction switch (1) having a switching function for an electrical contact switch and a switching function for a mechanical element. The multifunction switch (1) includes a swingable control body (20) having a control pin (22), a movable contact (31) coming into contact with the control pin (22), and a movable element (40) having the control pin (22) running therethrough and swingably supported. With the control pin (22) being swung, the movable contact (31) is pressed by the control pin (22) to come into contact with a fixed contact (32) and the movable element (40) is swung by the control pin (22) to implement mechanical switching for an additional element.
Overheating destructive switch
An overheating destructive switch, comprising: a first conductive element, a second conductive element, a movable conductive element, an overheating destructive element, an operating component, and a second elastic element. The movable conductive element connects the first conductive element and the second conductive element. A first elastic element and the second elastic element act on an operating element. The first elastic element is compressed and has a first elastic force, and the second elastic element has a second elastic force. The first elastic force is greater than the second elastic force under in a normal state. When the overheating destructive element is destroyed due to overheating, the first elastic force is reduced or lost, such that the second elastic force becomes greater than the first elastic force. The movable conductive element is consequently disconnected from the first conductive element and the second conductive element, thus achieving protection against overheating.
SWITCH
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a switch. The switch comprises a switching assembly comprising a switching member adapted to move between at least two positions to control an operation state of the switch; and a driving member coupled to the switching member and operable to rotate to drive a movement of the switching member; and an operating assembly separated from and detachably arranged on the switching assembly and operable to cause the driving member to rotate. By providing the switch comprising a switching assembly and an operating assembly separated from each other, any one of the switching assembly and the operating assembly can be replaced separately without changing the overall height of the switch. This significantly increases the flexibility to personalize the switch.
Overheating Destructive Disconnecting Method For Switch
An overheating destructive disconnecting method for switch, which enables a first elastic force to concurrently apply force to an overheating destructive member and a movable conductive member. Moreover, the force direction causes the movable conductive member to concurrently contact a first conductive member and a second conductive member to form a conductive circuit. A second elastic force acts on the movable conductive member, and the force direction thereof causes the movable conductive member to separate away from the first conductive member or the second conductive member, The overheating destructive member is positioned in a required non-electric transmission path and at a distance from the movable conductive member. When the overheating destructive member is destructed or deformed under a fail temperature condition, the first elastic force is lessened or lost, at which is time the second elastic force causes the movable conductive member to change position, thereby breaking the current-carrying circuit.
TIME SWITCH OF CONTROLLABLE TIME ADJUSTMENT
A time switch of controllable time adjustment, including a switch housing, a control circuit board, an input terminal, an output terminal, a connecting piece, a first spring, a warped plate, and an electromagnet. The control circuit board is arranged inside the switch housing and electrically connected to the electromagnet and the output terminal. The control circuit board is configured to control the electromagnet to be powered on according to a turn-off time preset by the control circuit board. The first spring is provided between the warped plate and the connecting piece to enable the warped plate to sway around the rotating shaft and drive the connecting piece to sway. The connecting piece is configured to connect the input terminal and the output terminal. The swaying of the connecting piece causes the input terminal and the output terminal to complete closing and opening.
Time switch of controllable time adjustment
A time switch of controllable time adjustment, the time switch comprising a switch housing (10), a control circuit board (9) arranged inside the switch housing (10), an input terminal (6) and an output terminal (7) arranged on the bottom surface of the switch housing (10), a connecting piece (5) for connecting the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7), a warped plate (2) connecting to the switch housing (10) by means of a rotating shaft, a first spring (4) provided between the warped plate (2) and the connecting piece (5). The warped plate (2) swaying about the rotating shaft drives the connecting piece (5) to sway. The swaying of the connecting piece (5) causes the input, terminal (6) and the output terminal (7) to complete closing and opening. The control circuit board (9) is electrically connected to the output terminal (7). The time switch has a simple structure and a convenient installation, so it can be installed in various electric appliances needing to realize a timing function. Rocker arm of an electric switch, blocking device with such a rocker arm, and electric switch with such a rocker arm and such a blocking device
In a rocker arm of an electric switch, the electric switch is actuated by the rocker arm for setting definable positions. The rocker arm of an embodiment includes a first part, for setting the definable positions, and a second part, movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position of the second part, the first part can be moved into the definable positions; and in the second position of the second part, the movement of the first part is blocked.
Heat destructive disconnecting switch
A heat destructive disconnecting switch, comprising a first conductive member, a second conductive member, a movable conductive member, an overheating destructive member, an operating component, and a second elastic member. The movable conductive member enables electrical conduction with the first conductive member and the second conductive member. A first elastic member having a first spring and a second spring which are compressed and provided with a first elastic force, and the second elastic member is provided with a second elastic force. When the overheating destructive member is destructed due to overheating, the first elastic force is diminished or vanished, which causes the second elastic force to be larger than the first elastic force and forces the movable conductive member to disconnect from current conducting state between the first conductive member and the second conductive member, thereby achieving a protective effect from overheating.

The first supporting portion or the second supporting portion is resiliently deformable when mounting the operational knob on switch main body. The first supporting portion or the second supporting portion further includes an interference lessening portion at a corner of an assembly terminating end side of the first coupling portion or the second coupling portion.
