RETROSPECTION ASSISTANT FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS
A meeting record of a meeting attended by a user via a meeting application is received. Sentiment analysis the meeting record is performed to identify one or more key events in the meeting, and retrospective feedback for the one or more key events identified in the meeting is determined. The retrospective feedback identifies respective actions or non-actions by the user in connection with respective key events among the one or more key events, and includes respective feedback on the respective actions or non-actions to recommend modified behavior of the user in subsequent meetings. The retrospective feedback is provided for display to the user.
AVAILABILITY POTENTIAL FOR INDIVIDUAL IN REMOTE MEETING
One embodiment provides a method, including: obtaining, at an information handling device and from one or more sources, context data associated with an individual participating in a remote meeting; determining, based on the context data, an involvement level of the individual in the remote meeting; identifying, based on the determining, an availability potential of the individual, wherein the availability potential is inversely proportional to the involvement level; and providing, based on the identifying, an indication of the availability potential to at least one other individual. Other aspects are described and claimed.
TELECOMMUNICATION AND MULTIMEDIA MANAGEMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS
A telecommunication and multimedia management apparatus and method that supports voice and other media communications and that enables users to: (i) participate in multiple conversation modes, including live phone calls, conference calls, instant voice messaging or tactical communications; (ii) review the messages of conversations in either a live mode or a time-shifted mode and to seamlessly transition back and forth between the two modes; (iii) participate in multiple conversations either concurrently or simultaneously; (iv) archive the messages of conversations for later review or processing; and (v) persistently store media either created or received on the communication devices of users. The latter feature enables users to generate or review media when either disconnected from the network or network conditions are poor and to optimize the delivery of media over the network based on network conditions and the intention of the users participating in conversations.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AN ATTENTION MANAGEMENT PLATFORM AND SERVICE
A system and method for an attention management platform, comprising a control server, an administrative communication means, and a database. A control server employs a plurality of protocols and instructions to monitor and control electronic devices over the Internet. An administrative communication means may be a mobile application, website, cloud-based service, or other user-interface based means by which teleconference/telemeeting participants and hosts can create and manage profiles and register electronic devices. A database stores both participant profiles and information on electronic devices. An attention management platform may be, but typically not, co-located with any participant of a teleconference/telemeeting, but allows the host of a teleconference/telemeeting (or anyone with privileges) to monitor and control the electronic devices of the other participants in the teleconference/telemeeting.
AUDIO TRANSCRIPTION FOR ELECTRONIC CONFERENCING
Aspects of the subject technology provide for transcription of audio content during a conferencing session, such as an audio conferencing session or a video conferencing session. The transcription can be generated by the device at which the audio input is received, and transmitted to a remote device at which the transcription is displayed. Video content can also be provided from the device that generates the transcription to the remote device that displays in the transcription. The transcription can be provided with time information corresponding to time information in the video content, for synchronized display of the transcription and the corresponding video content.
Privacy-Aware Meeting Room Transcription from Audio-Visual Stream
A method for a privacy-aware transcription includes receiving audio-visual signal including audio data and image data for a speech environment and a privacy request from a participant in the speech environment where the privacy request indicates a privacy condition of the participant. The method further includes segmenting the audio data into a plurality of segments. For each segment, the method includes determining an identity of a speaker of a corresponding segment of the audio data based on the image data and determining whether the identity of the speaker of the corresponding segment includes the participant associated with the privacy condition. When the identity of the speaker of the corresponding segment includes the participant, the method includes applying the privacy condition to the corresponding segment. The method also includes processing the plurality of segments of the audio data to determine a transcript for the audio data.
REAL-TIME CONTENT OF INTEREST DETECTION AND NOTIFICATION FOR MEETINGS
A meeting application server and a method for real-time content of interest detection and notification for a meeting are described herein. The meeting application server includes a processor and a computer-readable storage medium operatively coupled to the processor. The computer-readable storage medium includes computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive, via a remote computing system, content of interest data for a meeting. The computer-executable instructions also cause the processor to analyze the content of interest data to determine a theme of interest for the meeting, train a classification model for the theme of interest, and generate real-time meeting data for the meeting. The computer-executable instructions further cause the processor to determine the probability that the real-time meeting data relate to the theme of interest using the classification model and, if the probability exceeds a threshold value, transmit a content of interest alert to the remote computing system.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR GENERATING ARCHIVAL DATA FROM VIRTUAL MEETINGS
Various embodiments of an apparatus, method(s), system(s) and computer program product(s) described herein are directed to an Archiving Engine that detects a regulated user account(s) joining a virtual meeting and instantiating a virtual meeting participant instance to capturing one or more communication channels of the virtual meeting hosted by a communication system. The Archiving Engine generates an archival file(s) based on the captured communication channel data. The Archiving Engine generates one or more translated files by applying a compliance policy associated with at least one of the regulated user accounts to the one or more archival files.
Systems and methods for enhancing meetings
The present disclosure provides methods and systems for quantifying meeting effectiveness. A method for quantifying meeting effectiveness may comprise: (a) receiving calendar data related to a meeting; (b) generating a feedback survey based on the calendar data for collecting user feedback data, wherein the feedback survey is presented to a user on an electronic device; (c) generating, using a trained machine learning algorithm, a meeting score indicative of an effectiveness of the meeting based on the meeting data and the user feedback data, and (d) displaying the meeting score within a graphical user interface (GUI) on the electronic device.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING INTERACTION RECORD, AND DEVICE AND MEDIUM
A method and apparatus for generating an interaction record, and a device and a medium are provided. The method includes: firstly, from a multimedia data stream, collecting behavior data, represented by the multimedia data stream, of a user, wherein the behavior data includes voice information and/or operation information; and then, on the basis of the behavior data, generating interaction record data corresponding to the behavior data. According to the technical solution, by means of collecting voice information and/or operation information from a multimedia data stream, and generating interaction record data on the basis of the voice information and the operation information, an interacting user can determine interaction information by using the interaction record data, and the interaction efficiency of the interacting user is improved, thereby also improving the user experience.
