SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND MEASUREMENT DEVICE
A semiconductor device includes an electronic component that includes an oscillator and has terminals on one face. A semiconductor chip is electrically connected to the electronic component and also includes terminals on one face thereof. The electronic component and the semiconductor chip are mounted to a mounting base such that the terminals of the electronic component and the terminals of the semiconductor chip face in the same direction. First bonding wires are connected to the terminals of the semiconductor chip, and second bonding wires having an apex height smaller than that of the first bonding wires connect the terminals of the electronic component to the terminals of the semiconductor chip. A sealing member completely seals within at least the electronic component.
IMPEDANCE MATCHING CIRCUIT FOR RADIO-FREQUENCY AMPLIFIER
Impedance matching circuit for radio-frequency amplifier. In some embodiments, an impedance matching circuit can include a primary metal trace having a first end configured to be capable of being coupled to a voltage source for the power amplifier, and a second end configured to be capable of being coupled to an output of the power amplifier. The impedance matching circuit can further include a secondary metal trace having first end coupled to the second end of the primary metal trace, and a second end configured to be capable of being coupled to an output node. The impedance matching circuit can further include a capacitance implemented between the first and second ends of the secondary metal trace, and be configured to trap a harmonic associated with an amplified signal at the output of the power amplifier.

A semiconductor device includes a lead frame comprising a first terminal and a second terminal for grounding, a sealing resin which covers the lead frame, an exposed part which is a part of the second terminal and is exposed from the sealing resin and a conductive material which covers the surface of the sealing resin and contacts the second terminal at the exposed part.
Package with separate substrate sections
A package is disclosed. In one example, the package comprises a substrate having at least one first recess on a front side and at least one second recess on a back side, wherein the substrate is separated into a plurality of separate substrate sections by the at least one first recess and the at least one second recess, an electronic component mounted on the front side of the substrate, and a single encapsulant filling at least part of the at least one first recess and at least part of the at least one second recess. The encapsulant fully circumferentially surrounds sidewalls of at least one of the substrate sections.

A semiconductor chip includes a front surface and a back surface, a source pad, a drain pad and a gate pad on the front surface; a die pad under the semiconductor chip and bonded to the semiconductor chip; a source lead, electrically connected to the die pad; a drain lead and a gate lead, disposed on a periphery of the die pad; and a sealing resin. A plurality of vias for external connection are formed to connect to the source pad. A first subset of the plurality of vias for external connection is disposed along a first side of the source pad, and a second subset of the plurality of vias for external connection is disposed along a second side of the source pad, wherein the first and second sides are arranged adjacent to each other to form a first edge of the source pad.

A semiconductor device and a lead frame. The semiconductor device comprises at least one semiconductor chip that is attached to a surface of a base island in a first plane, wherein a connecting rib is connected to the base island, and has a first part which is obliquely connected to the base island; the connecting rib has a second part, and the second part has a surface in a second plane; the second plane is parallel to the first plane and is a plane different from the first plane; the connecting rib has a branch part divided from the second part and the branch part has, in the second plane, a surface used for receiving a lead connected to the semiconductor chip; and the branch part has an edge which is distant from a first edge of the base island by a first distance.
Light emitting device
A light emitting device includes: a base having a first stepped portion and a second stepped portion; a light emitting element; an electronic member configured to be irradiated by light emitted from the light emitting element; a first wiring region located on the first stepped portion; a second wiring region located on the second stepped portion; wires connected to the light emitting element and the electronic member. The wires includes a first and second wires. The first wire has a first end that is connected to the first wiring region, and a second end. The second wire has a first end that is connected to the second wiring region, and a second end. A position of the second end of the first wire relative to the bottom face is lower than a position of the second end of the second wire relative to the bottom face.
Semiconductor device
A semiconductor device includes: a first electrode terminal; a second electrode terminal; a semiconductor element having an electrode on one surface connected to one surface of the first electrode terminal; a wire that connects an electrode on the other surface of the semiconductor element and the second electrode terminal; and a resin portion formed of an insulator covering the semiconductor element, a part of the second electrode terminal, and the one surface of the first electrode terminal, wherein a chamfered portion is formed on at least one of end portions where the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal face each other.
SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE WITH TEMPERATURE SENSOR
A semiconductor package includes a first set of leads, a temperature sensor proximate the first set of leads, a second set of leads, a semiconductor die, a first electrical connection between the temperature sensor and the semiconductor die, a second electrical connection between the semiconductor die and the second set of leads, and mold compound at least partially covering the temperature sensor, the semiconductor die, the first set of leads and the second set of leads. The mold compound physically separates the semiconductor die from the temperature sensor and the first set of leads.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
For example, a semiconductor device includes one or more first subcontacts electrically conducted to a substrate. At least one of the one or more first subcontacts is formed in an element arrangement region, and has a lower impedance than the substrate. Preferably, at least one of the one or more first subcontacts is adjacent to a circuit element formed in the element arrangement region. Preferably, on the substrate, which is of a first conductivity type, an epilayer of a second conductivity type is formed, and the one or more first subcontacts include a first line having a lower impedance than the substrate, and a semiconductor region of the first conductivity type penetrating through the epilayer to electrically conduct the first line and the substrate to each other.
