JEWELRY WITH INTERCHANGEABLE DECORATIVE ELEMENT OF VARIOUS SHAPES
A mount for removably mounting a decorative element is provided. The mount includes a base, a spring element positioned in the base and a halo configured to be removably secured to the base. The base has a foundation wall, a first sidewall surrounding the base wall, a second sidewall spaced apart from and inwardly of the first sidewall, a peripheral recess formed between the first and second sidewalls, and a central recess bounded by the foundation wall and the second sidewall. The second sidewall includes a plurality of spaced-apart vertical posts on an interior surface thereof. The spring element includes a plurality of spaced-apart protrusions positioned in the central recess of the base configured to support the decorative element. An inner periphery of the spring element includes a plurality of spaced-apart notches, and each vertical post of the second sidewall of the base is received within a respective notch.
RUBBER RING WITH INTERCHANGEABLE JEWELRY
A ring with interchangeable jewelry is provided, the ring comprising a ring having a circular band made of elastic material and a plurality of jewelries fastened on a strip. The circular band has a receptacle with a slit on the inner surface and a plurality of holes on the outer surface. The jewelries and the strip are pushed into the receptacle through the slit and the jewelries are inserted into the corresponding holes while the strip stays in the receptacle. The jewelry can be conveniently attached to or detached from the ring.
Breathable, Expandable, and Antimicrobial Rings
User-wearable rings are disclosed that are expandable, antimicrobial, and/or breathable. Each ring is shaped into a toroid formed at least partly of an expandable polymer having an elastic modulus no greater than 5 gigapascals (GPa). The toroid is sized to fit snugly over a digit of a user and is configured to expand as needed. Some ring implementations include antimicrobial elements disposed within the expandable polymer. In some implementations the antimicrobial elements include ionic silver. Some ring implementations include precious materials, such as precious metals or crushed pearl, interspersed within the expandable polymer. Some ring implementations include one or more colorants having a color matching the color of one or more precious materials interspersed in the ring. Some ring implementations include grooves formed on an inner surface of the ring and allowing moisture, dirt, grime, and the like to exit from between the digit of the user and the ring.
WEARABLE ELECTRONIC SIMULATED SMOKING DEVICE
A wearable electronic simulated smoking device is provided for delivery of a desired active ingredient responsive to a user's inhalation through the device. The device includes an elongated tubular member having at least one fixedly arcuate shaped portion to at least partially encompass a portion of a user's body and is releasably retainable thereat. The device includes a vaporization chamber supplied with a vaporizable smoking composition and enabled by a controller to generate vapor from the vaporizable smoking composition and add the vapor to air drawn through the device.
WEARABLE ELECTRONIC SIMULATED SMOKING DEVICE
A wearable electronic simulated smoking device is provided for delivery of a desired active ingredient responsive to a user's inhalation through the device. The device includes an elongated tubular member (110) having at least one reversibly bendable portion to at least partially encompass a portion of a user's body and is releasably retainable thereat. The device includes a vaporization chamber supplied with a vaporizable smoking composition and enabled by a controller to generate vapor from the vaporizable smoking composition and add the vapor to air drawn through the device.
DECORATIVE FASHION JEWELLERY COMPRISING A LINING PRESSED INTO CONTACT WITH A CUTOUT PIECE OF METAL PLATE
Portable decorative element with a metal structure (2) made from cutout metal plate with decorative openings, on the back face of which there is a lining forming a plate that can be seen through these openings, that can be elastically bent (4), the back face of the metal plate comprising attachment means (10, 12) holding the lining (4) in place and clamping this lining, pressing it into contact with the back face of the structure.
Jewelry with interchangable jewel
A jewelry device adapted to have interchangeable jewels includes a decorative setting, such as a ring, earrings, or pendant, for displaying a jewel. The decorative setting has a jewel receiving space to receive and hold a jewel housing having a jewel secured therein when the jewel housing is inserted into the jewel receiving space. A fastener held by the decorative setting is adapted to attach to and hold the jewel housing with jewel secured therein when the jewel housing is inserted into the jewel receiving space of the decorative setting. The fastener may be inseparably attached to the decorative setting so it is not separated and lost when changing jewels. Further, the jewel receiving space and the jewel housing may have interlocking portions to prevent relative rotational movement between the jewel housing and the decorative setting when the decorative setting is received in the jewel receiving space.
FINGER RING ELECTROCARDIOGRAM MONITOR TRIGGER SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A finger ring health status monitoring device comprising an inner ring member and an outer ring member positioned radially outward from and operably connected to the inner ring member. The inner ring member features a conductor characterized by at least one physiological-type sensor, and an annular bladder that defines an adjustable aperture sized to receive a finger of a patient. Adjustment of the aperture is accomplished by rotating the outer ring member in a first direction about an axis of rotation common to the outer ring member and to the inner ring member, thereby causing the bladder to expand radially inward so as to reduce an inside diameter of the aperture. Rotating the outer ring member in a second direction opposite the first direction causes the bladder to contract, thus increasing the inside diameter of the aperture.
Jewelry with Threaded Head and Improved Magnetic Assembly
A modular magnetic jewelry system includes a jewelry body having a magnetic jewelry base and a magnetic jewelry head configured to magnetically couple with the magnetic jewelry base. The magnetic jewelry base may include a first permanent magnet, and the magnetic jewelry head may include a second permanent magnet, and a malleable resilient gasket placed between said base and said head. The jewelry body may have a male or female threaded portion, and the head may have a threaded portion of opposite gender to said jewelry body for mating engagement therewith when the head is magnetically coupled to the magnetic base.
