ROBOTIC PAINT REPAIR
A disc changing system for a robotic defect repair system is presented. The system has a first abrasive disc and a second abrasive disc. The first and second abrasive discs are coupled to a liner. The system includes an abrasive disc placement device configured to automatically: remove the first abrasive disc from the liner, transport the first abrasive disc to a robotic tool of the robotic defect repair system, and place the first abrasive disc on a backup pad coupled to the robotic tool. The system also includes an abrasive disc remover configured to automatically remove the first abrasive disc after receiving a removal signal. The system also includes a controller configured to send an instruction to the disc placement device to remove, transport and place the first abrasive disc, instruct the robotic tool to conduct an abrasive operation. The controller is also configured to send the removal signal. The controller is a processor and the instructions are stored on a non-transitory com-puter-readable medium and executed by the processor.
HARMONIC REDUCER AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
A harmonic reducer includes a shaft having a first through hole extending from a first end to a second end of the shaft; a wave generator arranged on the shaft and being rotatable along with the shaft; a flexible spline arranged around the wave generator; a circular spline arranged around the flexible spline; a first flange coupled to the shaft via a first bearing and coupled to the flexible spline; and a second flange coupled to the shaft via a second bearing and coupled to the circular spline. One of the flanges is arranged near to the first end of the shaft. A cavity is provided between the one of the flanges and the first end of the shaft, such that it is in fluid communication with an external environment via the first through hole.
ROBOTIC ASSISTED SYSTEM FOR OPHTHALMIC SURGERY
The present invention discloses a robotic assisted system for ophthalmic surgery, comprising a first driving unit, a second driving unit and a third driving unit, wherein the three driving units can respectively complete the movement in three dimensions, the first driving unit is connected with the second driving unit, the second driving unit is connected with the third driving unit, and an instrument is arranged on the third driving unit; during operating, the third driving unit can drive the instrument assembly to move, the second driving unit can drive the third driving unit and instruments thereon to move, and the first driving unit can drive the second driving unit, the third driving unit on the second driving unit and the instruments on the third driving unit to move; the accurate control on the instruments can be completed by controlling the three different driving units. Through the specific RCM structure, the advantages of high precision and compact structure are achieved, and the present invention is suitable for various eye surgeries such as retinal bypass surgery, sub-retina injection and vitrectomy. The ophthalmic surgical device of the present invention has extremely high safety.
SHOE DRYER
A shoe dryer includes a base, a heat supply tube, an object support, and a heating device. The base includes a first base and a second base that are detachably connected. The first base and the second base have at least one pair of a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion that are male and female connecting portions and connected in a snap-fit manner, so that the first base and the second base form the whole base. A lower end of the heat supply tube is mounted to the first base. The object support is mounted to an upper end of the heat supply tube. The heating device is configured to supply hot air to the heat supply tube.

A painting facility 1 includes a painting chamber 3 in which a spray painting operation is effected on a painting object W, an air supplying chamber 2 configured to supply air into the painting chamber 3 via an air supplying section 4a, 4b provided in a ceiling portion 30 of the painting chamber 3, and an air discharging chamber 5 configured to suction air and uncoated paint mist present in the painting chamber 3 via a floor discharging section of the painting chamber 3, two air supplying sections 4a, 4b are disposed in left-right symmetry relative to a position of the painting object W in a width direction of the painting chamber 3 as the center therebetween. Air is released in a radial form from an outlet portion 40 of each one of the two air supplying sections 4a, 4b.
Magnetic separator, magnetic separator control device, and magnetic sludge removal method
Provided is a magnetic separator in which even when content of a magnetic sludge in a liquid to be treated increases, recovery performance of the magnetic sludge is less likely to degrade and a malfunction of the device is less likely to occur. A part of an outer peripheral surface of a magnet drum is immersed in a flow of the liquid to be treated containing the magnetic sludge. A removing mechanism removes the magnetic sludge on the outer peripheral surface of the magnet drum from the outer peripheral surface of the magnet drum. A magnetic sludge containing information acquisition device acquires magnetic sludge containing information relating to a content of the magnetic sludge contained in the liquid to be treated. A control device changes a magnetic sludge removal capability of the magnet drum depending on the magnetic sludge containing information acquired by the magnetic sludge containing information acquisition device.
Servo controller
To provide a servo controller for an industrial machine allowing construction of a system achieving more excellent power efficiency than a conventional system. A servo controller includes: a driving motor that drives an industrial machine; a load detecting unit that detects a load on the driving motor or the amount of power consumed by the driving motor; a buffer motor that feeds regenerative power to the driving motor on the basis of a result of the detection by the load detecting unit; and a base speed setting unit for recovering the buffer motor to a second base speed set to be lower than a constant first base speed preset for the buffer motor and applied before the regenerative power is fed to the driving motor after the buffer motor is decelerated from the first base speed and the regenerative power is fed to the driving motor.
METHOD FOR THE UTILIZATION OF CONSTITUENTS FROM BLENDED TEXTILE WASTES
The invention relates to a method for the treatment and utilization of waste liquor containing at least polyester degradation products and originating from an alkaline pulping process for the extraction of cellulose raw material from blended textile waste which contains at least a cellulose component and a polyester component. In order to make the method environmentally friendlier and more resource-efficient, it is proposed that the method comprises the following steps: the evaporation of water from the waste liquor in order to precipitate the polyester degradation product from the waste liquor and to obtain a two-phase mixture having an aqueous phase and a solid phase including the polyester degradation product, b) the separation of the solid phase from the liquid phase, and c) the thermal/energetic utilization of the solid phase.

An analysis method and apparatus are disclosed for analysing an absorption filtering medium that filters volatile organic substances in a process gas in a plant for dehumidifying polymer granules, with a fan that generates a flow of gas through the S filtering medium, an analyzer of the total concentration of the organic carbon, a sensor to detect the pressure downstream of the filtering medium, in which the saturation state and/or the absorbent capacity and/or the deterioration over time of the filtering medium is determined by a comparison of the measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the flow of gas upstream and downstream of the filtering medium.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT CONTROL OF A DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY CONVEYING MATERIAL
A control system for a device for continuously conveying material is provided for at least one conveyor belt device adapted for continuously conveying the material and having at least one conveyor belt. The conveyor belt device can be operated by one or more drives in working processes to provide a predeterminable setpoint conveyor flow. The control system is configured to register at least one value of a power and/or energy consumed by at least one of the drives during a working process and to determine an energy efficiency for the respective working process and for the predetermined setpoint conveyor flow with the aid of the at least one value of the consumed power and/or energy. The control system also configured to provide control data relating to drive speed for the at least one drive as a function of the energy efficiency.
